(OoC: Yep Athos and Nergal were the ones who put the sandstorm around Arcadia, in FE6 they only had one leader, which we should incoperate into here somehow and he didn't hate humans, rather he feared them. Many humans come to Arcadia, it was founded by dragons and humans, hence why most of the residents are only part dragon. Pent and Louise seem to be able to come and go as they please. Hawkeye's family are the protectors of Nabata that ward of bandits and wrong doers. You really need FE7 lol. Also keep in mind that I made it so Fa likes you)
"I shall speak to the council, they hold no power over me" Athos turned around and left. "Fa freed Brad" Fa said happily "That's right, she came and she busted down my door, Divine Dragons sure are powerful!" Brad remarked. The young dragon girl jumped up and hugged Dray'Gon.
"Dray'Gon how come you have wings and Fa not, You wings pretty" (OoC: Divine Dragons look like chickens, they have very small wings) "Let's go follow Athos" Brad said.

Dray'Gon watched Athos leave, and prepared to follow him, when Fa spoke to him. He had heard of Fa, but he never had the pleasure to actually meet her. He was taken by suprise at first, and fumbled to find the words to say. All his life, he thought he was special, as he was one of the few to have wings, and that he had been blessed with more draconic blood in his veins. Now, here he was, standing before Fa, a divine dragon, and she didn't have wings like he.
"I... Truly I do not know. I had thought I had been gifted with more draconic blood in my veins, but I could not possibly have more than you."
Dray'Gon was re-examining himself when Brad brought his attention back to Athos, and the council. Dray'Gon nodded at Brad, and he headed out to follow Athos.

Fa gave Dray'Gon a puzzled look, she had no idea what he was on about so she put out her finger and said "Pull Fa's finger!" "Fa we have to go follow Athos" "Then we can go back and meet up with your friends again" "Yay" Fa ran ahead after Athos Brad ran after her as quickly as he could, for such a small girl she sure was fast.

Athos already had a good start on them, but Dray'Gon already knew where he was heading. Dray'Gon arrived while Athos was speaking before the council. He waited near the entrance till Athos was finished, and he heard the council's response. It seemed he was winning them over, but he didn't want to risk messing things up by showing up prematurely. However, if Athos did call for him to come forward, he would come up beside him.
(OOC: I'm still not comfortable with trying to control the NPCs that are from the game. Feel free to control the council, however as they aren't specifically named NPCs, much less from the game.)

"Members of the council, you have wrongfully accused the dragon Dray'Gon and the human Brad of crimes they haven't commitited" Athos stated "But Lord Athos" The first councilmen pleaded "Wait until I am finished Councilman. You assumed because Dray'Gon brought a human in here that he was betraying you and that the human was here to hury you" "But the humans in this area have done nothing but try to hurt us" "Does he look like a bandit to you?" "No but" "Exactly. I also heard that you wish to destroy the sacred weapons that we 8 heroes used during the scouring, they were made to kill evil dragons. Have you all forgotten the scouring. You good dragons and some less good ones" Athos shot a look at Vhaliene "Came here to live with humans so you could be away from the fighting when my comrades and I forged weapons so that we could protect ourselves. One of which, my anima tome Forblaze lies here" "But Lord Athos, they are dangerous to us" "They shall only be used against you in case you try and take over the human's domain and their locations are kept secret"
"So I demand that Dray'Gon be allowed to have his dragonstone recharged, and be able to come and go in and out of Arcadia as he pleases and that the human can come and go as he pleases also, or I shall remove the sandstorm that protects you" "We shall go to Lord Nergal than" "Lord Nergal would be in full agreement with me, you have no choice"
"And so I know that this place shall be secure, I shall place one elder in charge opposed to a council (OoC: That's how it was in FE6) Dray'Gon I would offer this position to you but I'm sure you wish to go back to your friends in Lycia. So Ranold you shall be the leader of the Manakete and humans that live here in Arcadia" Dray'Gon pulled up an elderly gentlemen (he was a dragon that had long lost his dragonstone).
"Come Dray'Gon you must get your stone recharged correct? And Brad I shall bring you to a place where you can study until you can not study any more. Fa Pent and Louise should be arriving soon" "Pull Fa's Finger!" Fa said energetically to Lord Athos "Thank you lord Athos" Brad said as he bowed towards the aging legend.

(OOC: Maybe I should have clarified... it was specifically Vhailene's idea to try and destroy those weapons. The council had no knowledge of it. Also, Vhailene had left Arcadia, not wanting to be found out as his plans had been ruined. Other than that, I guess you did well, save that the council member's speech color was orange, not red.)
Dray'Gon turned to Athos, and said, "Yes, and it should be recharged by now... that is if the forgemaster hadn't changed his mind after I got arrested." Dray'Gon then headed for the dragonstone forge to retrieve his stone.

(OoC: Sorry about the colour and maybe Vhailene had an acomplice in the council or something)
"Well, Athos has now cleared your name and if gossip spreads as quickly here as it does back home then everyone should know about it by now. You go ahead there and I'll go with Athos se we can study then we should meet back up at Athos tour so we can have Nabata's gaurdian Hawkeye escort us out, it'll be safer that way" Brad made his plans with Dray'Gon and then ran after Athos.

Brad found himself once again in the hall that was home to Lord Athos the Archsage, he saw Hawkeye, Igraine, Sophia and two new faces. A beutiful woman and a man. Brad recognised the man immediatly as Lord Pent, Marquess of Reglay in Etruria. He was also the Mage General. "Lord Pent, Lady Louise, I hope you haven't been waiting for too long" Athos said to the two. "No we just arrived" Pent replied "Yay!" Fa yelled she ran up to Lord Pent and his wife Lady Louise and hugged them. Brad stepped foward.
"This is, Lord Jason, the Marquess of Ryerde's son" Athos introduced Brad with his actual name. "I heard you were dead" Lord Pent replied "For the past 10 years I have been going under the alias Brad, a shaman from Etruria" Brad explained. "Pull Fa's finger!" Fa said to Lord Pent, he pulled her finger and she farted "Fa, that's not a very appropriate trick for a lady to know" Louise said kindly. "Sorry"
"Lord Pent, I would like you to take 'Brad' here to the library, he came here to learn" Athos replied "All right" Lord Pent replied and took Brad off to the library, it was massive it was triple the size of Niime's allready large library.

Dray'Gon left the Dragonstone forge, glad to have his dragonstone back in his posession. He prepared to meet an old friend of his, when he noticed someone being taken to the council. Dray'Gon almost passed it off when he noticed the person being taken seemed to look familiar, but he couldn't place a name, or fully recall the face.
He stood there pondering for a moment until she was out of sight. Figuring that nothing still came to mind, he decided to continue on his way.

Brad looked around at all the books, he went straight to the section labelled "Dragons" Niime had a few old books on these wonderful creatures but nothing like these, a whole bookshelf, maybe more of stuff about dragons. Brad picked up a first one "Smith's journel" there was a smudge of dirt next to the name smith and between the apostraphe, probably just a sir name.

Dray'Gon arrived at his friend's house in Arcadia. He knocked on the door, and a gruffy old human came to the door. "What is i... Oh! It's you! Where've you been?"
"I've been outside of Nabata, seeking people who would help with our bandit problem."
"Is that so?"
"Yes, Darnin. With the bandit threat growing like it is, it is only a matter of time before they find a way here to Arcadia, and we may never know peace again. I want to prevent that from happening."
"You always were different than most of the other manaketes I know. Why don't you come in and relax?"
"Thank you." Dray'Gon then followed Darnin inside his home.

Dray'Gon followed Darnin to what might be considered the living room, were it not for all the junk piled up all over the place. Dray'Gon had a hard time finding a suitable place to sit.
"Now, why don't you tell me about your adventure outside of Arcadia. Is it as bad as the others tend to make it out to be?" He said this with a laugh at the end, as if he didn't really believe what he had just said.
Dray'Gon pondered where to start. At first, he did have difficulties dealing with people due to his wings, but somehow, he managed to find out about a group of people whom were making strides against the bandit threat. He had heard the name Matis, and got a brief description of him, but he did not learn much about the others. It seemed the primary leader was a loner. In an attempt to get up with them, however, he had fallen into a bandit trap.
Dray'Gon recounted his whole tale, including the problems that occurred during his return. All the while, Darnin listened intently only asking a few questions now and then to clarify certain details. When Dray'Gon was finished, Darnin said, "Sounds like you've had quite a time. So have you come back to relax a bit?"
"Well, I originally came back to recharge my dragonstone, and then I planned to return to help the others. My hope is to do some favors for them, so that they may be inclined to help us out here."
"...and yet you came to see me before you left. Was it just to catch up on old times, or did you have a reason?"
Dray'Gon smiled, and said, "You always could see through me. I was hoping you might be able to help deal with Vhailene, or at least find out why he's set against me."
Darnin's smile turned into a frown as he said, "I fear there is little I can do to assist you in dealing with Vhailene. About the best I can do is try to dig up some old text, or maybe ask around, but he seems to have somethign against us humans, even those in this town. One would almost think he was descended from one of the evil dragons from the war."
Dray'Gon suddenly was hit with a thought. He recalled back to the time he had been in battle with the various ancestors of his friends, and evenhis own past. The ancestor of his that he battle was one that was in the war, but he had not realized he had an ancestory to him. Dray'Gon was snapped out of his thoughts by Darnin whom said, "Dray'Gon, are you ok? You look like you seen some kind of ghost."
Dray'Gon looked at Darnin, unsure of how to tell him. "I... I'm fine. I just need some air. Thank you for your time."
Dray'Gon had abruptly left. Darnin questioned to himself, "I wonder what's on his mind.", but dared not to follow him.
Dray'Gon headed to the oasis, and doused his face in water, as if trying to forget what he had just thought about. After looking up, he saw the familiar looking person he saw earlier, now heading to Athos' tower. Dray'Gon soon forgot about his thoughts and also headed to Athos' tower to find out what was going on.
(OOC: Ok, so I found a way to get me up with the rest of the group, but I'll have to wait till after Lyndsey posts there, as I'm following behind her.)

Grimbold soared over the southern mountains of Nabata and entered the heat wave. Now all we gotta do is find the village hidden in the sandstorm. Yeah, no problem. Alan thought grimly. Still he was glad that he was at last nearing the end of his journey. He hadn't spoken to another human being for some time. An besides that there were people he needed to see. And by see I mean kill.

Alan and Grimbold had at last found themselves a sandstorm that was just about at the right location. Knowing that Grimbold couldn't possibly keep a steady course in these winds, Alan landed and led the wyvern into the storm on foot. Alan could only hope that theirr efforts would pay off.
