The house was as large as everyone expected it to be. Several spacious rooms were situated in the interior, making the building seem even large on the inside. Quite a few people bustled about inside, trying to keep the place tidy. Certain rooms were left completely alone, and there was more than enough room for each of the "heroes" to have their own quarters. Apparently, something had just happened to the previous owner of the house, making his lodging vacant for use.
Matthias was the first of the heroes to make it to the house, having wasted little time in town, and not running into any of the other heroes. The servants inside were thrilled to be aiding the "heroes," in any possible way, and dashed Matthias off to be properly groomed. The sniper recoiled at the mere thought of bathing, but he realized that he probably smelled worth than Alan's wyvern, so it was an inevitability. At least they provided wonderful new clothes, and promised to take care of his weapons.

Matis found the house not long after Matthias did, only to be treated the very same way as the sniper. Unlike him, though, he decided not to be dragged around by the maidens, and instead asked where his room was. He was shown the way, and was told that Athos made it so that every room in the house was enlarged, and had an added bathroom.
"Athos sure has quite the ammount of tricks under his sleeve. Wonder why he doesn't want to help us fight the heroes directly...He must have his own reasons, though. I guess it would be painful to fight your former comrades."
Matis did like Matthias, and took a refreshing bath. As soon as he got out, a maiden was entering the room with his clothes on her hands. "We washed your clothes, sir" she said, leaving them atop the bed. "Than-" was all he could say before the maiden left the room. She sure was in a hurry. Now, clean and with nice smelling clothes, he was ready to continue the "adventure". Although they would set off in the morning, so he just went outside again.

After Matthias finished sprucing up, the locals provided food for him. The slightly greedy sniper was more than willing to allow them to shower foodstuffs onto him. Various fruits and curiously spiced meats vanished down his gullet, filling the void in his stomach. It was nice, after all he'd been through, to have enjoyed a hot bath and a nice meal. Now, all that remained was for him to get a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed. He figured he'd wait up, and see if someone wanted to go drinking or something. Otherwise.... his gaze went to the multitude of beds.

Lumino walked quietly into the inn. He had considered following some of the people around town, but he wasn't in with this group particularly well. He then notice Matthias sitting at a table, devouring mountains of food.
"Didn't your mother ever teach you not to eat too much? It's not healthy." Lumino remarked as he sat down and took a bite of a rather delicious looking piece of unknown meat.

Alan also entered the Inn. He walking straight past Lumino in the dining room and started eating the moment he sat down. 'Would you get off his case, kid?' He said to the mage with his mouth half stuffed. 'It's kinda obvious his mother didn't teach him several things you consider normal.'

The sudden appearence of Alan made Lumino uneasy, so he just looked away and ate his food in silence.

Matthias grinned, holding up a kabob, which he thrust like a sword. "Actually, I don't have a mom, thanks fer remindin' me. My dad was a drunk, not a very nice person who used my hunting skills to survive. I'd be dead if it weren't for Alexia's parents," explained Matthias, taking a chunk out of the kabob. He chewed a little, but continued while the food was in his mouth. "Now there was some good folks... Ya see, I saved Alexia from some wolves one day, an' her family decided ta feed me fer it. Next thing ya know, there's talk 'bout Alexia an' I gettin' hitched..." He stopped eating to stare off into the distance, as though observing his past. "'course, that was afore da bandit attack..."

Alexia entered right as Matthias finished talking. She saw the trio sitting before a table of food. Without waiting, she walked further in, knowing she'd have to clean up before she should eat anything.

Ralph entered where everyone else was and munched on a little bit of food. He knew not to over eat, especially if he hadn't eaten much lately.

After being redirected to the Inn by Athos Brad noticed there was a lot of food and that he was hungry. He breifly said hello and grabbed a kabob. "Whoever invented meat on a stick is a genius" Brad said as he finished off his first kabob before reaching for another one.

Matis rushed inside the inn, almost taking the door down, and run to his room. "It's not here!" he shouted, without even noticing he had done so. Desperation overcame him, as he started opening drawers, closets and the like, but still being unable to find it.
He then walked back, face down, to the dining room. "It's not here...Has anyone seen the blonde maiden with the brown dress?" Matis managed to say, with an almost non-existant voice.

"Jeez, Matis, relax. It's not like there's some evil conspiracy hidin' in the shadows or somethin'. She coulda taken it ta da wrong house, or ta da wrong room. 'sides, it's not like these people are gonna steal somethin'. Not when they're givin' stuff away," he waved his hand at the table of food. "'sides, what have ya got dat's important? The cat-sword Ralph mentioned?"

Lounging in the hot baths located in back of the house, Alexia could barely hear the commotion. She sat up in the bath, and was about to leave when one of the attendants pushed her back down. "Don't worry, I'm sure it's just a misunderstanding, or perhaps someone drank too much," the attendant explained, smiling at Alexia. The cavalier was a little suspicious, but bathing did feel good. Besides, they could probably handle something. She smiled at the blonde attendant, and relaxed.
