Ternac looked around as he reached a hill, sighing as he saw that he still had a way's to go. He was mainly wandering around, but he had decided to go to ostia for a moment, just to restock. But it was a longer journey than he had expected. Still, more interesting was a wyvern, which held two people and was flying towards him. Ternac looked, and waved, friendly. Maybe he could get a ride with them? He dashed such thoughts, no reason they would stop for him.

The wyvern had been riding for a long period of time. Shadow didn't have to know that, because he could see the wyvern's powerful wings begin to droop. He could also hear the ragged, and raspy breaths coming from the head of the wyvern. He held the reigns in a halting command, and the wyvern began to decend. As the two shamans were decending, Shadow saw a figure from a distance, waving at them. Shadow did not recognize the figure, lossing all hopes of it being Kraka, Cronis, or Blazer. Yet, even as the wyvern was decending, he could tell, by some gut-instinct, that the person was friendly. Shadow, now looking back at the head of the wyvern, saw a quick flurry of green, and suddenly was flying himself. He then hit the ground, hard. His vision was blurry, then, all he could see was darkness.

Stefan saw them decend with surprise, then walked over, before a flurry of green light sprang out of nowhere, and knocked the guy over, before knocking him out. Stefan went wide eyed, and started to run, sword flashing out, as he looked for the perpetrator. Besides that, he wasn't sure if he could even take on this enemy, but it had to be somewhere, and he could tell there was no reason to attack them.

Perhaps it was the reflection of bight green that came from the oddly disturbed creek that was by Shadow's unconscious body. It could not have been magic. No magic was like that at all, unless there was some kind of new spell that was just created. No, just Shadow going through the trees on a half-dead wyvern, who would have died in the sky, had they not descended from the higher altitude. Now, it was just Shadow, once more unconscious, and not knowing how his only companion was.

Stefan realized, after a few seconds, that there wasn't anything nearby, just, appearently, a half dead wyvern, and a unconscious person. Feeling brilliant right now, he sheathed his sword, red faced, then walked over, embarrassment at his overreaction turning to concern as he reached the unconscious man, and looked around, wondering if anyone else was with him. This wasn't too good.

Leera had been knocked out as well and had landed in a nearby tree. After a significant amount minutes past she woke up, freaked out and fell to the hard ground followed by a loud thump. Yet again Leera was unconscious but now was on the ground in plain eyesight of Stefan.

Shadow, barely conscious at all, could only see blurred motion. Anything not moving, was pitch black. Yet, Shadow could think to himself, and could not speak. He saw the moving figure. As it was moving, the figure suddenly stopped, and Shadow could not make out what it was. It had a human form, but after that, darkness. Shadow, giving up trying to figure out what found them, blacked out. This time, it was a complete faint.

Stefan jumped up as another thud rang out, and he looked around, surprised. Seemingly he wasn't alone. Looking at the new person who had appeared, he sighed, wondering what he was going to do now, but deciding that they'd best get to a more sheltered place, or someone might try and attack them. Moving the two unconcious people, he sighed, and waited for them to wake.

Shadow tried to lift his eye lids, but he couldn't. He was sore all over, and that was all he could tell. He tried again, and this time, could see a blurred image. His sight was all disoriented, and he felt a bit dizzy. The dizziness was, after a little while, better. He could open his eyes now, just half way. The vision, still blurred. He tried too look around his surroundings. He saw a lot of green objects. Shadow concluded that those must be trees, or bushes. The slight breeze was nice, cool. He could hear a tiny bit of water, like there was a creek. The serenity over took Shadow, as he sighed with comfort. He did not notice the still unconscious Leera beside him. If he had, the serenity would be broken. In he time, he just waited.

Ternac soon started pacing again, wondering when they would get up, and hoping that they weren't badly hurt. In his pacings, he almost missed the fact that the guy seemed to have regained conciousness, and jumped when he relaized the guy's eyes were opened. Walking over, he kneeled next to the shaman, and asked him quietly "You ok? You took a nasty fall earlier." Looking over at the other one, he wondered when he'd get up, or at least this one would be able to look out for her. He had to get going soon. Where, he didn't know, just get going.

Shadow saw the sudden movement in front of him, almost flinching. But, he restrained himself from the natural action. Because of it, he could see the person in front of him, better. He also heard the person, and he could make out what it was saying. He could also tell the 'it' was a male. The male had strange blue eyes. Shadow pretended to take no interest in them, but it did make Shadow wonder. As for his clothes, he could see the red shirt, but did not care for even checking the pants. For all Shadow knew, he couldn't even be wearing pants. Shadow tried to respond to the man. He feebly said, worried, "Lee... Leera... were is she...?" Shadow had suddenly realized that Leera was not in his sight. He blinked many times, and tried to turn his head. A searing pain went from his head throughout the whole body. He was then still, and waited for the man to say something.

Ternac saw him look at him, nearly out of it, or at least he seemed that way to him, before he feebly asked where a Leera was. He turned to the other person, and said "She's nearby. She hasn't regained consciousness yet though. But don't worry, try and sleep some. You need to get up sometime soon." Seeing how badly this guy was out, he knew he'd be here for the day. He couldn't just leave them. Stretching, he looked around, then said "There anything you'd like? Maybe water?" He asked, walking over to his pack, which held the basic necessities. Not much, but enough for a former nomad like him to live off of.

He was hurting, but that was the least of Shadow's problems. He knew they had to get going to Etruria. He was sad though. He knew that Leera thought that the country they were fleeing to was his home. It was not. He knew better, however, than to tell her that. Of course, it did not matter. She was unconscious. Shadow suddenly was trying to prop himself upward. He then said to the man, "We need to get going. Just, got to stand..." As he was saying this, Shadow's head was pounding. It would hurt for some time, but Shadow persevered. He soon was standing up, leaning by the tree for support. He was now catching his breath, trying to relieve the pain.

Seemingly this man was tougher than appereances took him for. He looked at him as he stood, and helped him up, as the guy's head seemed to be aswim. He said they needed to get going, and looking at the other one, Ternac said simply "Unless she comes to, your going to have some trouble flying at any pace with her." He handed the man some water, which he figured would help at least a bit, then moved over to the one, looking to see if there was any sign of her coming to.

Shadow took a sip of the water. Then another. He did not want a lot of the water, just some. He then handed back the water. He had to think on what to do. He knew they had to leave, but what of Leera? She was a good person, and he could not bare to leave her behind. But, he did have to go. He just needed some time to think. "Just," Shadow began, quietly, "... Just give me some time... to think..."
