Jya was still hanging onto Alcibie when the mystery man was talking, but something caught her eye. It was a grasshopper and a decent size one at that! She heard it was a delicacy in some places, bugs usually taste better then rat. Quickly she lunged and caught it, before gobbling it down. Her health couldn't get any worse unless she drank poison anyways.
Remembering her manners, she spoke,"Oh, did you guys want some, I'll try to catch another if you'd like."

"Yeah I've heard about..." The blood drained from Alcibie’s face. She stared as the grasshoppers leg twitched from the corner of Jya’s mouth. Anyone watching would have witness the cleric turn a delightful shade of green before she ran over to some crates in the alley and puked her guts out.
When Alcibie finally recovered enough to breathe properly, she pulled off her glove with her left hand and wiped the bile from her chin. Honestly could this day get any worse? She shook her right hand dropping most of it to the ground, then proceeded to wipe her hand on the crates followed by her dress. She stared at her scarred arm and slipped it back into the white blood covered glove.

The whole eating bugs things really didn't bother Matthias that much. He wondered for a few moments why she didn't dip it in anything to enhance the flavor, but he didn't think much about it otherwise. Besides, the cricket was probably healthier than some of the other things crawling around on the streets.
"So, uh, traveling out of the city..." Matthias murmured, waving in the general direction of their destination. He chose to politely ignore Alcibie's discomfort, and the strange smell that followed her. Still, he gulped a little at seeing the blood covered glove. Then again, he hung out with Alan.. who was he to judge.
"I'm sure we can find somethin' to munch on out there..."

Melanie just travelled them from above. So she could see if there were troubles coming. She did travelled with Alan and Kenshin and Matthias was also there so she could still be there with him. She then flew to Matthias as she looked to him. "There is a town a bit further we should be soon there."Melanie said looking to her. "But I also saw some burning maby some problems?"Melanie asked to him.

Jya climbed onto Alcibie's back and clinged onto her. She didn't want to lose her like she lost the music person. It made her feel uncomfortable to be lost in an unknown territory alone. She had become used to being with people. As long as someone was there to help her, she was happy.
"I'm scared, but will you be with me Alcibie?" Jya asked.

Alcibie smiled as the monkey child…small thief leaped up on to her back. She ruffled the girl’s hair and placed and arm under her to keep her up.
“You’re too cute. I would never leave you.” Alcibie smiled and followed after Matthias. She had a feeling that she should have just dealt with the churches consequences. That life would have been easier than the crazy dragon, undead monster world.

Matthias walked, determined to get out of town as soon as possible. He'd gotten the cleric, which made him feel a good deal safer. They'd also picked up the small monkey-child, who looked nimble with her hands. People like that usually were helpful in sticky situations.
Though, Matthias wasn't entirely comfortable with dragging a kid along, he also wasn't about to start a fight with the cleric. He'd seen her stare down a mob once, he didn't want to be on the receiving end of that.
Add Melanie and they were quite the diverse little band of wannabe heroes.
"Should try an' get to the next town," Matthias mumbled, glancing over at Alcibie. The cleric had done the leading so far, he didn't see why she couldn't now. He glanced over his shoulder to check and see if Yaen was still around. He'd hate to lose the kid now.
"Yaen? You around kid?" he called, looking for his companion.

((Sorry, schools in and I'm hard stretched for time...))
"Down...here..." came a voice. Sure enouh, there was Yaen, laying at Matthias' feet. "I'm...not good at....moving." he groaned, stating the obvious. "We're...not going to see...Wyvern Guy...right?" he asked, forgetting Alan's name. The Wyvern Rider scared him. More than any dragon could.

Melanie looked to Matthias and to the others as she looked to Yaen. "Yaen get on here at the pegasus."Melanie said holding her hand out so Yaen could get on the Pegasus. That was better for all and so Mathias could go further and faster because her pegasus would hold them.

"Do we really want the guy who can't walk to ride something that's gonna be hundred of feet in the air?" Matthias pointed out, smirking. "That sounds like a good way for him ta die quickly."
He glanced down at Yaen, not at all surprised to find the kid still laying in the dirt. That seemed to be where he spent most of his time.
"You think you could actually ride a pegasus without fallin' off? Because that would be best..."

Jya clung to Alcibie as she listened in closely onto their strange conversation. It was that guy that got stabbed, it made her doubt the group's survival rate, but she wasn't about to say anything. She might be the one costing the group the most stress, thanks to her horrible status. Glancing off here and there, she just kept on holding on.
"I'm scared." she said wide-eyed.

“I know, men are scary…” Alcibie stated patting Jya on the head following in Matthias foot steps.
“But hey um…do you care to explain your stand on this whole crisis that’s going on?” Alcibie asked. She had heard about it from Aerious, Alan, and even the church back home, Lord Athos even played a role in this entire setting.
To believe such things and accept them, having never seen any of it with her own eyes made it all see so unreal. Another view point would not hurt...she did not think.

Yaen nodded, forcing himself to his feet. "Sorry..." he mumbled as he took Melanie's hand and hoisted himself up on the pegasus. He felt nervous, and he knew when she kicked off, he'd have to cling for dear life. Just the thought of clinging made him blush.

Matthias watched as Jya clung to Alcibie, again wondering if they should be bringing the scruffy girl along. Then again, she probably didn't have any other place to go. Ralph had simply vanished, probably killed, and Matthias couldn't help but feel slightly responsible for that.
Alcibie's voice distracted him, and he turned to the cleric, again struck by how cute she was.
"How the f**k should I know?" he responded flatly, sighing. "Look, I've been fighting these f**king bandits for over a Elimine-d**ned year now. It hasn't been a f**king picnic. I watched guys die, hell I got blasted by St. f**kin' Elimine. I've got a friend out in the middle of Elbe knows where fightin' and a half a dozen other buddies strung along the f**kin' continent.
"I just want to get this stupid, f**king thing over with and f**king retire somewhere," he muttered, turning to Yaen, who, unfortunately, bore the weight of Matthias's ire. "The f**king bandits started this s**t, and they've messed up a helluva lot. I'm just along for the ride now. You really want some in depth bulls**t, ask Alexia when you meet her. she'll be the pretty one in too d**m much armor and lookin' like she's f**kin' suffering."
Matthias squinted in the distance, noticing a familiar shape heading their way.
"Aw, f**k, that's Grimbold, which means we're about to meet Alan again," he kicked the ground, looking over at Yaen. "You ready to meet your bestest buddy again?"

Yaen blinked when Matthias unvented on him but hey, the blonde was the only one who hasn't beaten the crap out of him or flat out insulted him. Let him vent. At the mention of Alan, he turned pale as a ghost.
