Name: Aidan Lowell
Class: Knight -> General
Hair Color: Black
Eye Color: Brown
Age: 27
Appearance: Aidan is a very intimidating man at first glance. He stands a full head taller then most men, and quite a few times bigger in general. With relatively short black hair, small brown eyes, and a black beard, he tends to turn people away before they get too close. His face seems to be permanently scowling, and it wouldn't be surprising to think he's angry even when he isn't. This is something he doesn't mind going around, and actually helps keep up the scary image. Very well built with a solid physique from years of carrying the heavy armor over his body, and learning to fight in it effectively.
Clothes: Rarely will you see him out of his armor, even when he should be wearing it. Of course he takes it off every once in a while, to clean it and make sure it doesn't begin to rust. It was hard to move around in at first, but now it's not much more detrimental then cloth clothing, except it blocks much better. This is because... he's quite embarrassed out of his armor, and he doesn't want anyone to see him that way. His armor itself is a thick pair of plates, a dark teal blue with golden trimming, and a dark red insignia on the pauldrons.
Born in: Bern, Bern
Story: The son of a nobleman of Bern, born before being taken over by the Illians, and one of two children. This other child, however, was not only his sister but his twin as well. The two were born together by a mother who insisted on no one watching the delivery of the two. Almost literally pushing her husband out of the room, and then afterward had both children...
The reason for this was so no one could tell which child was oldest.
His mother refused to tell of the order the two had been born, because of a tradition their family had. It was a tradition that said, the eldest child was to take up studies in politics, government, and swordplay while all the younger children were sent off to become soldiers in the Army of Bern. She... She didn't want either of her children having their life chosen for them based on the few seconds they had in difference.
This was a tradition that went back many generations, starting with the Scouring. His family was among the few that helped establish Bern, and his family has always been known to fight in times of war. They were an old soldier family, with only the eldest of the children staying back to manage the homefront. However, even they learned how to fight. If the eldest would fall, the second oldest would inherit the family, even though he was a soldier.
The secret of their ages was kept locked away, far from the ears of any who would tell their father the truth. It was a secret she kept away from pestering everyday, and it was a secret she kept to her grave. Her death was untimely, and caused by poisoning of a rival family. It was a poison meant to kill her husband, but found it's way unto her lips by chance.
The children were just five then, at the time when the decision was made on where to go. Their ages remained a mystery to the nobleman... so he just chose and Aidan, Aidan was sent to become a soldier.
What he didn't know was Aidan was actually the older one.
