"Sometimes, luck is all it takes," replied the archer, a slight grin still on his face. He cracked his knuckles and stood up, grabbing his bow as he did.
"However, now that Yaen is no longer in cardiac arrest, I say we get moving. No sense in hanging around here for too long, now that our swordsman has found his closure." Wein glanced at his friend. "Assuming you are all closed up. Don't want that wound acting up more than it needs to."

"I think he needs rest, at least for...two hours. Rest is the best medicine." Arturia replied to Wein. She worried that Yaen's wound might get worse if he walked again, his wound was different than what she had ever seen. Well, if his story about being impaled was real, it would be normal for him to have his scar aching sometimes. Arturia stood up and grabbed her staff, standing near the bed while staring to Wein. "He could lie on the bed for a while, I want to buy something in the market."
But before she left, she wanted to confirm something. "Well, we have discussed it before but..." Arturia looked at Yaen then switched her glance to Wein. "Are you sure you would take me to Bern border?" She asked Yaen, the cleric looked serious. "You are not in your best condition."

Yaen shrugged. "The wound isn't going to heal, if that's what your asking. It's just that sort of wound. Don't worry, I'll manage. I always do."

"Alright. Just keep in your mind that your health always comes first" Arturia smiled before leaving them, she headed toward the market to buy a cloak. She might need to hid her face when they arrived in the border. The cleric walked for a while before she finally found a shop. The bell that hanging near the door ringing when she opened the wooden door. The shopkeeper smiled toward his customer, it was rare for him to get an Etrurian customer, and a young lady too.
"Are you looking for something?" He asked Arturia.
"Do you have a white cloak?" She replied as she looked around to find the cloak she was looking for.
"Aaah...There is only three pieces left. Wait here." The shopkeeper disappeared behind the sea of clothes, he then came back with a white cloak. He let Arturia touched it to feel its softness. "It was made in Lycia, they used the best silk from Laus." Arturia didn't really care, she just needed a cloak. Beside, that incident with the drunk man made her scared being alone here. She handed him a pouch and left the shop quickly.
She made her way back to the inn, to the room where Yaen and Wein were waiting. "Thanks for waiting. I am ready now."

"Alright then," said Wein, having stayed with Yaen while Arturia bought her new cloak. "Then let's be off." The archer picked up his bow and strapped it to its leather harness. He looked at Yaen and Arturia. "The trip should be relatively uneventful until we get out of Sacae, so it should be pretty easy on Yaen."

Yaen gave the archer and the cleric a funny look. "Yes, well, while I normally don't criticize or use sarcasm, I've kind of had a tiring day. Fighting legendary swordsmen, beating up drunks, having heart attacks, it really takes a lot out of a man, so I'm afraid I'm just not up to running off in the middle of the night when we could be sleeping in beds-Beds we've already rented, unless you forgot." He pointed out, trying not to sound very rude. He doubted it worked.

OoC : Totally forgot lol...
"Oh...You're right. What's wrong with me? And I was the one who suggested you to rest." Arturia blushed as she said. She had forgotten they had warm beds for tonight. It might because she felt nervous after meeting a legendary hero, that incident with the drunken man, and Yaen's heart attack. For some reason, she felt like to leave now.
"By the way, for tonight..." Arturia looked at his chest as she said. "Seeing how bad your wound is, I think you should sleep early and eat proper foods." Wow, this noble girl sounded like a real nurse now.

OoC: Whoops
Wein looked out the window. It was definitely dark, which would mean that it was no longer daytime, which would also mean that peak traveling hours were definitely over. "Oh, riiiiight..." said the Ostian scholar-archer sheepishly as he gently unfastened his quiver, placing it on the bed. What an interesting thing, time.
It always seemed that whenever you wanted more time, you didn't have it, but when you wanted less, life seemed to give you more. Most likely due to human perception. When people want something, enough never seems to be enough, but when they don't want something, enough can seem like too much. But that wasn't even the situation here. This had to do with a lack of attention. It was as if not paying attention to time made it pass faster, like it's trying to run away from you when you're not looking. Perhaps attention is directly correlated to the rate time passes. But if-
Wein cut himself off. He was rambling, albeit mentally. It had been late, they had forgotten, and now it was later. Pretty basic concept. Besides, time isn't even technically something that can "pass". It's just the measurement of change. So that makes time a measurement of a measurement. It's a rate. The change of change. How fast something changes. The-
More rambling. Good grief. Wein directed his attention to Yaen. He had missed everything Arturia had been saying, just catching "eat proper foods." Yes, that sounded like a good idea.
"Arturia's right. It's good to stay healthy," he said matter-of-factly, landing his rear on the bed. "Besides, we can't have you running around in the condition you're in".

Yaen nodded. "Yes, yes, I know." he replied, shifting so he could lay down properly. "At any rate, I'm tired. So Wein, get off my bed before I kick you." he threatened jokingly. "Arturia, your room is next door. Not really proper for a cleric to share a room with two mercenaries, after all."

"Woah, who are you calling a mercenary?" sounded Wein in response to Yaen. Mercenary wasn't really his favorite term, especially not in reference to himself. Mercenaries were dirty, loud, smelled like alcohol, and usual very nasty in the Ostian's experience. They were like pirates, only they tended to follow the law and lived on land. "I'm a wandering savant of sorts, thank you very much. An archer and a field scholar." The archer then turned to Arturia.
"Nevertheless, our mutual swordsman friend is right. It wouldn't be at all standard for a lady such as yourself to spend the night with a couple of men. People would get the wrong impression." The archer reached into his pocket, pulling out a couple of gold coins. "I have to go pay the innkeeper for our room anyways, I could pay for yours if you don't have the coin."
