I read about that, It's not coming out in Japan for ages but I'm certainly hoping it will come out here none the less.

I know I'm going to sound like Mr. Living-in-the-past, But I haven't TRULY enjoyed anything since the GBA series.

That's okay Derick, I still consider FE4 on the SNES to be the best one.

In the new games they either make it not entertaining, or too easy. My favorite has to be Path of Radiance for the GameCube.

I love PoR/RD I'm thinking of replaying them. I'm in the middle of a hector run, and I got to 19xx for the first time ever!!

My favourite game would have to be FE12, even thoguh I don't understand japanses. Its hard modes are darn entertaining, even though I somewhat miss reading the plot and supports.

I am afraid that I will be excited and instead get another lame plot like Shadow Dragon. Personally I also do not care much for the non-gba games

I'm going to have to side with the GBA MASTER RACE here. The GC/Wii ones weren't BAD but I never really managed to get into them, and the less said about Shadow Dragon the better. FE7 had the story and awesome capped out, Sacred Stones... satisfied my inner grindwhore, and YMMV on FE6. FE7 was my intro to FE though, and still my favorite.

Sacred Stones... satisfied my inner grindwhore, Thanks to you, "inner grindwhore" is now a part of my vocabulary. I completely agree with you on Stones, poor game, but dang, tower/ruins is a blast.

Ephraim was a freakin' BAWSS but... yeah otherwise SS's story/characters/character development were terribad.
Also, when you're as much of a Disgaea fangirl as I am, the concept of grind stops being second nature and becomes one's TRUE SELF. Mostly because crashing through any game's storyline hilariously overpowered after breaking the game is riotously fun every time.
...it's funny that I'm nearly the exact opposite in RPing, though, focusing so heavily on character development/dealing with consequences. I still get wet for a good story/great characterization and development in a game though. Part of what got me into disgaea 1 so much - it had all of the above in spades.
