Name: Spencer Reid, commonly known as “Tiger”.
Class: Fighter → Hero
Hair Color: Light Brown.
Eye Color: Brown.
Age: 21.
Appearance: Coming from a family of naturally built fighters, his muscular appearance is not surprising. However, he is still considered the smallest of his family. At first glance, attention is usually turned to a few scars on his arm and chest. But other than those, he at least looks his age. Back then, he never really liked how tall he was, as he stands at a towering height of 6'5". But actually seeing a few people taller than even he and they were proud of it, he never minded being a giant anymore...unless someone teases him about it.
As he likes to battle as loose weighted as possible, Tiger only wears black pants and an armored shoulder pad that's securely fastened with the help of the thick strap going across his chest. While he doesn't like to show off his body, keeping himself shirtless is his own rough training. If it gets severely hot or cold, he takes it in so he could adapt. Even when it rains, he doesn't care. He isn't the type to worry about if his clothes get wet or his hair gets dirty/muddy. It's easy for his short and wavy brown hair to fall suspect to that.
Affinity: Ice.
Born in: Ilia.
Story: The Reid Family is a well-known group of mercenaries in Ilia for their ability to take on any job, at any time, and not care about petty details. Living in a country where it's cold all around and needing to do any type of work to survive, they made a living solely off of using their combat skills. They all were giants and mainly used enormous swords to get their jobs done. Some people were actually afraid to be near them, as the family members also had a pretty bad temper run through them. Seeing a bunch of hot-heads that are like titans wasn't someone people wanted to be around if they got on their bad side.
As years passed, two more children were born into the family; Jason and Spencer Reid. While Jason was growing as expected, Spencer was taking an odd growth spur. It was surprising to them that when he turned fourteen, he was just as big as an average teenager, where as around that age is where they start to become enormous. But what surprised the family even more was his weapon of choice. They all favored large swords, but Spencer took a huge interest in axes. There was no special technique or anything of the sort that ran through the family, so members always had to fend for themselves when it came to teaching themselves how to fight. In Spencer's case, he struggled for a while with trying to wield an axe.
When he finally got a hang of it, he asked his parents if he could start working. The Reid family as a whole had the mindset of stubborn mules. But when it came to working and fighting, it was their life. So they were more than thrilled to know that their son wanted to work so badly. His brother was already taking jobs, as he was three years older. Since he was already experienced enough, Jason went on Spencer's first job with him to see how he did. The family was fast learners when it came to mercenary work, so his older brother was already a pro at his young age. After taking care of his first job, Spencer did as expected for a novice. But when they arrived back home, the villagers were in quite an uproar due to something happening.
As they peaked their heads through the crowd, he saw the homes of their relatives and their own home in flames. In the confusion, they saw their father and mother beaten to the ground along with a few other relatives. They weren't tied up or anything, so Spencer and Jason were confused as to why they weren't defending themselves. Overhearing some of the townsfolk whispering to each other, they were saying that the Reids had apparently did something “unforgivable”, so they were being punished for it...with death. Fearing for the life of he and his younger brother, Jason grabbed Spencer and fled town as fast as he could. The people turned around and recognized them. Some gave chase while the rest continued to execute their family.
After losing the villagers, the two brothers hid out in the wilderness and watched the town from afar when they were in the clear as they saw the smoke rising. They couldn't go back there anymore. If anything, they probably had to leave the country. Jason was insistent that they stayed for an unknown reason to Spencer. Either way, the memory burned forever in the back of their minds.
Several years passed after that and they both lived in hiding. When Spencer turned nineteen, he was finally growing up into a bigger man as he was supposed to, but still was a bit below average of the standard body size of their family. But one day, Jason mysteriously vanished from their hideout. He searched all over the country side, but he couldn't find him. But then he thought back on his brother's word with a conversation they had the night before. Not liking what he remembered, he made haste back to their old village as quick as his large legs could take him.
As he arrived, the village was in shambles. He was too late. However, he searched the destroyed village thoroughly until he witnessed the sight of Jason snapping the last surviving villager's neck. He questioned his brother as to why he came back and did what he did. But the answer was obvious...his brother didn't let go of revenge like he did. Jason claimed that the villagers didn't kill their family for the supposed crimes they committed...but they were killed because the people feared the Reids' power. So he took them all on in a surprise attack when some of the village's skilled mercenaries left town. Then when they came back, he killed them one by one to make his revenge easier. Spencer could tell his brother planned this for a while, but that incident was more than five years from that current time. Nonetheless, his brother committed a crime...and when a Reid does a terrible deed, another Reid has to handle the punishment themselves.
The two brothers fought, but it ended in a draw after they cut themselves up. That, and Jason didn't want to kill Spencer. His brother fled and ever since then, Spencer had sworn to find Jason and kill him to fulfill his duty. The scars his brother left on his body was a symbol of his failure. He felt as though he didn't deserve bare the name given to him...so after the day he set out to leave Ilia, he threw away Spencer Reid and gave himself a new name: Tiger.
Personality: When first met, Tiger comes off as rather cold. He isn't really too friendly and he easily makes enemies solely because of it. He is mostly focused on his work that is given to him and doesn't pay attention to anything else other than getting the job done. Despite this, he does have a sense of justice about him, as he knows when something is right or wrong. But he still doesn't like to meddle in the affairs of others unless it's strictly necessary.
Despite being heavily mission focused, Tiger enjoys a good challenge. He likes to test his strength with obstacles thrown at him or anything of the sort. He respects people that knows what they are doing or have a strong sense of duty like he does. But he still isn't very close to people in general. He mostly keeps to himself and doesn't really like to speak unless he's addressed or disturbed by someone. However, when he is needed to give someone advice or give them a bit of scolding, he'll speak his mind like it is and won't hold back any punches. He isn't the type to sugar-coat words, as he feels as though holding back hurtful words does the most harm.
