Which is your favorite out of all 13?
Personally, I love FE Gaiden. It has an overworld similar to Shining force, and I just like the characters.
With Mila's Divine Protection Anyone?

I will let you know sometime next decade, when I can see what Awakening is like.
For now, the vote probably has to go to Radiant Dawn: Sacred Stones had a good story, but not only was it not WHOOOOAGREAT, it was...really, really easy. Naturally, I'm mystified as to how my brother managed to lose all but 5 characters the moment he got his hands on it. -_-

I have to say the Blazing Sword story was magnificent. It had a lot of dark subjects and didn't cut corners.
Gameplay, I really love Awakening.

I tried the Original, Gaiden, Sword of Seals, Blazing Sword, Sacred Stone and Radiant Dawn, but my favourite is still FE7. I played it at least like 6 times just to know all the supports xD

Fire Emblem, or better known as blazing swords. I loved that game, and played it over and over again. My favoirte characters in the series came from that game, but my first was actully Sacred Stones. Love that game, and loved Ross. He was my favorite unit to play with.

Ross all the way! XD He became such a powerhouse if you put time into himi don't think I ever took him out of my team, he was in every battle and the weapon triangle didn't even exist with him.

Going by the 4 Fire Emblems I played out of the 6 in America, my list is...
Best Gameplay, Sacred Stones. Class choices, Towers, freedom shops, interesting maps and enemies. Just too many things that make this game epic. The only thing wrong with this game is the characters(except the trainee trio) are all boring.
Best Story, Path of Raidiance. Laguz aspect was an interesting twist. Ike's friends progressively improving over the game and even into Radiant Dawn. And his epic battle against the Black Knight.
Best group of characters, Rekka no Ken. It had 3 Lords and does a good job keeping every character relevant throughout the story. In most FE games, once characters are introduced they stay silent for the most part.
