Checkmate - A Fire Emblem: Awakening Emblocke

Hi guys! You've probably never seen me on the forums before, and that's because I still haven't submitted my character sheet yet (but I'm almost done, I promise). Anyways, I had an idea one day to make an "Emblocke" (similar to Pokemon's nuzlocke) since it fit into Fire Emblem's gameplay. The main purpose of doing this is to improve my drawing skills, namely humans and their clothing.
For those interested, read on!

I question Chapter 3 though. Does Sumia count as the 'Recruited' character that level? Or are you allowed to get Kellam?

Thanks! And Chapter 3 won't be a problem, since the rule only applies to Chapter 5 and beyond.

For those wondering, I'm doing the challenge on hard mode ( because easy is boring and too many people would die in lunatic D: ). Anyways, the pages are gonna take a lot of time to draw so I'll probably simplify my style at some point or another - without further ado, the first page of the Prologue is done! Would you rather I post them page by page or chapter by chapter? o:

Wow, you've got some talent there! It's a little rough around the edges, but the style is solid. I look forward to seeing more from your self imposed challenge.

Hey now I like Lunatic mode! It really puts my brains to the test, barely anyone dies, but a bit to many enemy units. I might try this myself when I am done getting all of the supports.

I like the drawings, the only thing I don't like is how it was drawn on notebook paper but I'm picky like that.


About rule 5, other than chapter 3 and the one where you recruit Gregor and the dragon chick(ugh her name is escaping me and no 3ds atm) is there a chapter where you are able to recruit more than one person? The only chapter I can think of other than the two listed is where you get the bunny girl and the theif.

Technically you do not 'recruit' Gregor or Nowi, they join you automatically. The same with Panne.

However Libra and Tharja appear in the same chapter, and both need to be recruited. That is the only instance I think it comes into play.

Edrick: Unfortunately, I don't have the brains or guts to do Lunatic mode (nevertheless on Classic). I get too attached to all my units so this challenge will probably end up breaking my heart. ;___;

Hal: Haha, nice picture. Thanks! Yeah, the lines bother me too but I'm on a shortage of white paper right now... I'll see what I can do, they'll probably switch to white paper at some point or another anyways.

Hm... Updated rule 3 so it seems less obsolete, heh. Didn't realize that there was only one chapter in which you needed to recruit 2 people.

Also, I'm working on a Lucina cosplay at the same time as I'm doing this challenge, so uploads might get slow at some points (depends on which one I'm more motivated to work on, and how much time I have). I can post pictures when it's done, if you guys want.

Hal: It won't be done for a really long time, but yeah, I'll do that!

Update - I was sick for the past week and haven't been able to work on my Emblocke, but I'm back up and working again! Hopefully you'll see the complete prologue up... Soon...

On another note, happy birthday to Chrom! He got +Str and Res, 23 exp, and the Wolt's Bow on my (main) file. Not bad... Now that I think about it, I should go back and look on my Emblocke file too...
