The Mess
hi and welcome to Venessa's Helpful food prep. Today we will tackle one of my family's favorite meals "The Mess."
First off, you need your Ingedints.
A Baking pot big enough for a 20 pound turkey.
Need 1-2 Dozen eggs
half a cup of milk.
A pound of Bacon w/ or sausage.
half a pound of Potatoes chopped down to cubes.
Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Onion Powder, (If you like it hot and spice, some cummin and Cayne Pepper)
two bags of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
Scramble all the eggs that you want add the milk to help the eggs rise when it's being baked, cook up the Meats and potatoes until they are fully cooked.
Put the meats and potatoes into the pan, then add a layer of cheese ontop of the cooked items. Then pour in the scrambled eggs into the baking pot onto the items. Then lay the second layer of cheese ontop.
Have your oven to 350 degrees, pop in the Pot with lid on it and wait anywhere from 1-2 hours. Check on it every half hour until the eggs edging has a nice brown color.
