Hiro had came to this town with a goal, it was to gather as many willing suckers soldiers to fight against Kraft. He was quite please with some of the people he roped in, he had gathered a small number of lovely ladies. He had called them 'Hiro's Loli-Angels'. Hiro started the morning he planned on leaving by shaving that scratchy beard, it kept his face warm but it was itchy and hides his wonderful face. Now that his face was as smooth as a baby's bottom he gathered his belongings and left the inn towards the exit of the town. Holy sh- word spreads fast around here, there was an army waiting on him. He couldn't truly count every single last person but there seemed to be about 150ish people out there. It was a good thing that there were so many people here, but at the same time it was going to be a pain checking each and every person to see if one of them kinda looks like somebody from one of the wanted posters.
His first step will be finding people to help him keep this massive group of fighters organized. Who to trust... Who to trust... Well that's a loaded question, he doesn't trust any of them but who would be less likely to mess it up? He figured it would be best to have a small group of people help lead this army*, and to keep his plan in motion once they make it to Kraft's castle. As the army began to march towards Etruria one of the younger fighters ran up to Hiro asking him what the plans were. "For now, we march. I'll be working on the preparations as rest for the night and will inform everybody of the plans once we get closer to our destination."
*OoC: Once the PC's interact with Hiro, they'll be put into the group that will help oversee the army(stating this now for simplicity reasons)

"Ooooo, but where do we go first?"
Another young girl popped up beside Hiro, questioning the wanted man. With hair of gold and dressed in bright pink, she certainly stood out even among a crowd. She twirled a closed up parasol in one hand, walking along beside the taller thief. With a perennial smile on her lips, she remained cheery even despite the biting frost. "I think I know a place that could work as a base~!" She knew of quite the spacious place to stay at near the border between Etruria and Ilia! A place no one had used since she killed daddy and left! Her home was big and spacious and they could stay there!
"It's near the border too!"

The town had certainly been lively. It wasn't too far from Roin's home-village, but that wasn't the thing that lured him here. What had, however, was the chance to see his fellow mercenaries, youths, and just about every other profession that helped Ilia survive. If not for the youths, they'd not have such a booming industry of mercenaries, after all.
He did draw a few odd looks, his Sacaen attire making him stand out quite a good deal. Gently moving through the crowd, however, he quickly made his way to the leader of the makeshift army, his eyes settling on the man in an instant.
"Wherever we stay, perhaps it would be wise to let me keep watch?" He kept a short distance from the figure, getting a few looks of confusion from the nearby men and women. While there was a strange girl, he was also very out of place. After all, he was wearing Sacaen robes in Ilia, and he certainly didn't carry himself as a mercenary. While he was a sell-sword, he had no reason to sell his sword to every man in need of a soldier. After all, he could hunt better than any man needed to survive.
"You will certainly need more skilled hands retired soldiers and fledgling warriors. I'd assume many of them have skill, but they will need someone to direct it. And you certainly can't command this entire group alone."
As all Sacaens, he spoke his mind despite knowing he'd receive foul looks from some of the crowd. However, his words would no doubt also receive enough recognition that this stranger would see the benefit of bring him along. While Sacaens were seen as strange or lesser by most, few could doubt their skill in battle. Roin was certainly no exception, even if he didn't strictly master his sword.

While he was unsure what had originally brought him to Ilia, as soon as he had arrived in town Rembert knew it was where Elimine had guided him. Nearly as soon as he rode into the square, he was approached by an excited young man dressed in scraps of armor asking if he could help fund him in what he called "the great crusade." When he asked the youth what he meant by crusade, he launched into a speech about a man who had appeared in the town to gather an army which he would use to strike down the false prophet. At the mention of Kraft, Rembert had immediately cut off the man and asked him where he too could sign up. The man, albeit a bit confused, informed him that anyone interested in joining could meet at the exit of the town the next day. With that, Rembert had spurred his horse forward, leaving the youth to shout after him. He found lodging for the night and a stable to keep his horse, Quimby. In the morning, he dressed quickly and departed without a meal, eager to get to the meeting place and find out who was bold enough to lead an army against Etruria.
As it turned out, he wasn't the only eager one. It seemed as if the whole town had turned out to join the man's army, though Rembert couldn't tell why. From what little he could see of the man, he seemed to be some sort of scoundrel and he wouldn't have been surprised to hear that he had some sort of criminal past. Nevertheless, he was an enemy of the false prophet and that made him an ally. Perhaps, he decided, a bit of conversation might make his opinion a bit more positive. Riding up behind him and the two interesting characters who had joined him, the former priest made himself known. "I assume you'll also be needing someone to heal the wounded. As it so happens, I've spent many years doing just that. And what's more, you won't even need to waste valuable troops watching me. I'm rather handy with magic, so I can take down anyone who takes a swing at me. The name's Rembert, by the way."

A few more people had approached Hiro, who's name would be forever remembered as a hero, with services that would greatly aid his conquest. He reached his arm around the girl and placed his hand on her shoulder as he pulled her closer. "I thank you for offering me a place to hold these brave souls, we can stay there while we prepare our assault. We'll need a safe haven while I go over the final part of the attack with everybody and everybody prepares for battle." Keeping his arm around the young woman he turned towards the Sacean, "One person to keep watch of an entire army while we sleep is a bit too much, there would be too much ground to cover to ensure we're not attacked. If you truly would like to keep watch at night gather a group of people to rotate in shifts." Hot damn, he was sounding like a general or something. He knew it would be difficult to run an army but people like him is making it seem like a cake walk. He was able to secure a base of operations before they enter Etruria and a night watch without even putting an ounce of effort into it, it was then when another joined the trio.
Rembert was his name, he was able to blast people with tingly healing spells and could fight? Win/Win. Hiro hasn't had the chance to figure out what he's working with but knowing for a fact he has somebody that could keep his soldiers alive was slightly reassuring. "Rembert, do me a favor. Find other men and women of the cloth and let them know they're to report to you once we reach this young lady's base. When we get there I want you to coordinate their distribution on the battlefield once I instruct everybody on the plan." Maybe Hiro was being too lax with his trust but he didn't care. As long as they made it there in one piece and everything went close to his plan it would be alright. Having his arm around the young blonde reminded him about all the other ladies he had met recently, where the hell was his hirem?

So, today was the day. Wein had decided to throw in his lot with this “Hiro” fellow and his band of mercenaries, adventurers, and glory hunters just looking to make a name for themselves. The archer considered himself one of the latter, for after all, what to become renown than to be a part of the crew that took down the infamous Kraft, Prophet of Elimine and ruler of Etruria? Well, that was only part of it. While killing Kraft would no doubt help build the adventurer’s reputation, the Wein couldn’t deny that he had a personal stake in the masked man’s mission as well. Etruria had burnt his homeland to the ground, and as far as the Ostian knew, killed his family. He might not be showing it outwardly, but a very strong part of Wein wanted to drive an arrow right through this damn Prophet’s eyes. He most likely wouldn’t get the opportunity, but even just being a part of the effort would provide that catharsis.
But Wein looked around. There couldn’t have been more than 200 people. Sure, there was value in enthusiasm, but the Ostian had seen the might of Etruria first hand. Unless Hiro had some sort of ace to play, he couldn’t see the lot of them doing much more than crashing against Delphia’s gates uselessly like waves against rock. And where was Valcrist? The young swordsman had seemed so eager to join the fight earlier, but Wein had not seen him since their first few archery lessons. No matter. He was sure the swordsman would show up when the time came.
“Mr. Hiro,” Wein said, waving a hand over his head to get Hiro’s attention as he approached. He’d do what he could to keep this operation moving, as he wasn’t quite sure of Hiro’s capability. He also wanted to be in a position to duck out in case this trip went horribly, horribly wrong. “I’m sure you have everything all under control, but I’d like to make a suggestion.” The archer put his hand down as he got close to the man. “Getting everyone moving is one thing, but making sure everyone arrives safely is another. I happen to be an excellent tracker and a good shot with the bow. Might I volunteer to scout out ahead of the main pack and keep our path clear? I highly doubt the Prophet will let a group of this size walk right into his country without being seen, and I doubt many of these men and women are very familiar with being subtle.”

Harmonia giggled happily as "General" Hiro thanked her, even moving a bit closer to him as he placed an arm around the young woman's shoulders. D'awww, that was so sweet! She knew she liked him for a reason! Well, she liked everybody. But, now she had a reason for him! Yay!
"Mhmm! Mhmm! There's gonna be guards on the border! Usually not many, but we have a big group, so there may be more!" Harmonia piped in now. It was quite important to have a scout, you know! "We should definitely send someone ahead!"

The job of leading the night watch made Roin frown. He was certainly skilled swordsman, so such a task seemed trivial. It was after a moment, however, that he simply looked to the new arrivals, his mind quietly thinking up an arrangement of troops he'd need for such a task. One older man spoke of being able to heal the wounded, which was clearly required in any sound army, but his age and speech pointed him toward being a skilled magic-user as well. Such men and women were useful for healing forces and protecting them. The other arrival, however, was more of a mystery. The stride was familiar to Roin as one of a fellow archer, but this was no skilled bladesman and bowman alone. This man carried himself grace, such as the legendary men and women who mastered purely the bow and could command shots greater than most could strive to achieve.
"I agree. He would have likely fell to a blade already if he were one to be so careless."
Roin's hand moved instinctively, resting at the top of his hilt as the other rested on his free hip, his face changing from deep thought to one of careful focus as he seemed to shift his state from thinking of the situation to speaking on it. The infamous "bluntness" of the Sacaens was clear through this, but it wouldn't phase anyone who had met a Sacaen before.
"We will need to ensure we do not get discovered so early. Etruria is large, but the mercenaries of Ilia will spot the paths we will likely take. Our numbers may be small now, but any skirmishes we win or any caravans to the Prophet's name could ensure we have supplies or gold to enlist more aid. An able pathfinder will be far more useful than just for marking safe roads once we start out."
After a long moment, he let the hand on his hip fall, sighing as he grumbled.
"Of course, we will see what the roads provide...I suppose I shall see about assembling the night watch."
He looked toward the group of people. Most of them had armed or gathered their things. Ilia is known for their mercenaries, after all. They can easily mobilize at a speed that could only mirror the Sacaen tribes.

Jya had overslept. That was unusual nowadays. She stifled a groan and rolled off her spot in the beams. She noted how much her body ached from the extra rest or perhaps her own tension. Noticing that Hiro had already left, it was best for her to hustle and meet up with him.
Even getting down seemed arduous today, she began to wonder how much she can help in...whatever he was doing. Sometimes it's best not to think too hard. She had a vague idea of what was to be done, but if she was going to help, she needed to hurry over to confirm with Hiro. She was good at other things besides killing, so hopefully she won't be too useless.
It became clear that the young man already amassed quite an army. She had to worm her way through a few groups, noting that it was nice to blend in. It wasn't all that hard to find him either. She took a moment to wonder rather she should intrude. He already had so many people around him, but she forced her uneasiness down. She didn't recognize any of them, but they were all on the same team as far as she can tell.
"Hey, can I help with anything?" she asked as she approached from behind, tugging at her cloak.

There was too much information regarding combat coming in waaaaaay too quickly for Hiro. He knows the pointy end of the sword goes into the other guy and if it came down to it he would have to use stealth to get his one and only shot at doing that. A group of armored goons would hinder his only real "expertise" useless. One thing he did understand decently was the usage of a scout, which luckily somebody had offered to provide their skills to the army. "A scout would be wonderful, once we get to this young beauty's location we may not need ones." Hiro pulled Harmonia closer to himself. "Kraft used a vial of lies to get where he was, we're going to fight fire with fire once we hit Etruria but I'll explain deeper once we stop to prepare." It wasn't long before Jya revealed herself, which was just as wonderful as finding the blonde next to him. "Ah, J-" Crap, using a known assassin's name may night be the brightest idea... "Jessica, glad to see you did show up. If you could, aid... this guy in scouting ahead to make sure we don't run into rough spots." Hiro turned his head towards Wein "I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name. In fact I missed everybody else's names as well."

"I'm Harmonia!" The young girl explained herself quite cheerily while the nice guy clung her a bit closer to him. She didn't mind closeness, though! She simply continued to smile cheerily, awaiting more introductions.

"The name's Wein," said Wein, running a hand casually across his beard. He tried to play up any "cool" factor he might have had to, you know, seem more competent. Not that he doubted his own competency, just that apperances were everything when making a first impression. "Wein of house Lowell of Ostia."
He then turned to the newcomer, the girl with black hair, apparently named Jessica. So she would be accompanying him? Fair enough. He worked best in a pair. Hopefully she felt the same. "So it looks like we're partners for the time being," said Wein with a smile. "Let's make the best of it." He extended his hand to the girl in greeting, then continued speaking. "So what do you do? Skill-set-wise. You going to be the muscle?" The Ostian chuckled a bit at his joke. The girl didn't look very dangerous, so Wein expected she was quite the sneak. All the better. "I'm only kidding. If we need anyone dead, which hopefully we won't, you can count on me.

Roin seemed to pause. He hadn't introduced himself, but that wasn't what gave him pause. What did, however, was the brief moment the leader of this ragtag group had stopped while speaking to the new arrival. He wouldn't speak on it, frowning as he made a mental note, but he was certain there was something he wasn't telling. Likely the woman's true name.
"Roin, son of Ronin of Sacae and Lady Roina of Ilia..."
He carefully turned, averting his gaze from the group. He was looking to the sun in the sky. The distance they planned to march would have to fit the time they had. If they didn't reach the warmer regions before nightfall, the nights of Ilia would be brutal upon their number. He turned his gaze to the one who had introduced herself as Harmonia, raising a brow.
"How far is this place you're offering to the group? We can't exactly risk getting caught out in the Ilian night. The snow of the mountains and the cold, frozen over rivers are a dangerous thing to mess with...the sooner we are in a safe enough location, the better off we are."
While these two had volunteered as scouts, he knew few could know the lands of Ilia as best as a true Ilian, but that wasn't his goal. He was simply worried for the army's well-being as well as for the actual chance for success they held. They'd need their numbers, after all, so they couldn't risk the cold night taking anyone's life.
"Perhaps we should see that we have ample firewood toward any campsites we have if we cannot reach it quickly."

Jya resisted the urge to give Hiro a nod. When Hiro introduced her as Jessica, she paused for a moment, but realized what he was doing. She doesn't give her name often and wanted to separate her name from her bounty. Often times she just didn't even bother with a name. Jessica, that didn't sound like her, but she will get use to it in due time. Now her current attention needs to be redirected towards her new partner.
"Thanks, I have good eyes," she responded, taking his hand and shaking it with good nature. She decided right then that she liked the man, but it wasn't hard for her to take a liking. His offer to take care of killing only added to her opinion. She wanted to avoid as much death as possible. If push came to shove, she would still kill in the end.
"I hope we won't need to," she responded, giving an uneasy smile. She looked over at Harmonica and gave her a friendly nod as well. The other man had experience it seemed, but she was well versed in the wilds as well. Unfortunately she survived better alone, but she knew the value of his advice.
"Then I guess we should get moving?" She asked, looking at Wein for approval. She was ready to move and get out of this freezing land.

Rion did have a point, they were marching along with little to know supplies. Quite honestly Hiro figured these people of Illia were smart enough to pack things that would help them survive the harsh cold nights, but it would be a lot easier lugging around all of their equipment and fire wood, if needed, by horse and wagon. "Wein, Jessica. As you two are scouting ahead try to commander some horses and wagons for us. Like six or seven wagons should be good enough." Hiro did not care how many people stayed with him, as long as it was enough to finish off Kraft. The less the better, reduces the number of people angry with him for not being able to keep up his end of the bargain. "I don't want to sound like an ass," which was another lie. "but hurry along and start recruiting a night watch so we can get the show on the road. While you're doing that Wein and Jessica will scurry along to the next town in search of supplies. For now we'll head towards the border and adjust our path as needed." Using his free hand he did a little wave as if he was motioning the four he assigned a duty to leave.
