Sorry to detract from this, but that bottom sprite models greatly what I wanted Alaric to look like. I'm guessing he's taken?

Synkkis you can have it. I made those as possible models and thus they are not set in stone. I will probably go with the top ones so you can have the bottom one.

The biggest thing is shading. There's no shading where hair meets skin, and on the bottom one there's no shading between his neck and his cloak.

It's good. Had a few issues with the chin and mouth area, but it looks like you've fixed most of them. There is a tiny chunk (like a pixel or two) right next to her chin that could use smoothing out, but otherwise it's great.
Her color, particularly on the left side, could use a bit more solid of an outline. The purple breaks up a bit as it goes around.
That piece of hair coming off of the center of her head looks a little goofy since you removed the other half of the tuft that it was part of. It would probably be best if you removed it too.

Whoooopssss, meant to say "collar". He collar could use a better outline.
That being said, all the changes you made look great. Touch up the collar and you're good.

Thoughts? Was tempted to put something like "Born to Kill" on the helmet, but it wouldn't show up well.

That's really nifty. I like it. Did you use a reference or is that completely freehand?
I only have two issues, and they're more with the execution than the actual sprite. First issue is that I don't see the helmet casting quite as much of a shadow on his face as you have it. There's a shadow on his helmet from the visor, then a lot of darkness on his face from what exactly? The metal is thin, and hugs his head quite closely.
Speaking of thin, my second issue is that the helmet on the left side of his face (our right) has no weight to it. There's no sense of physical space. It's just an infinitesimally thin sheet of metal. Try adding at least another line of pixels to the black you're using to outline the edge of the helmet to that side.

I used a reference mainly on the visor. The inspiration comes from the Russian Altyn helmet, Sallet, and Stahlhelm. Wanted to make an unique little hybrid that looks functional. Went with the two colors to help make it stand out a little more and play with the mix and match look I really like to do with my German WWII late-war reenacting. (Early war insignia on a late war jacket, which was done often, etc.) I realize that I made the helmet a little too tight to his face so I messed with it a little. Also corrected the right side to add the rim flare that was shown on the other side of his helmet. Didn't go hardcore with the shadowing, but it's noticeable.

I'd really like to update my Synkkis mug to mainly fix the shading and namely the cloak as I know it falls and wrinkles unrealistically. Any input is greatly appreciated.

In regards to Synkkis's cloak, it looks like you're stuck between going two different directions with it.
Is it a half cape that is supposed to be worn over the right arm? If it is, then there wouldn't be that "pin up" wrinkle where the dip meets the folds going straight up. The shading would follow the edge of the cape down. That's the direction I feel like you should go with given the very well defined edge of the cape.

Alright Tiz, I made some changes. -Added a collar bone -Balanced the use of colors in shading, namely around her shoulders and arms -I made her right shoulder curve into her neckline better -Added more curve to both the shading on her arms and her straps -Added more "material" to her "sleeves" and straps so that neither ended right where her arms did. -Brought her back, just below the right arm, back. I didn't touch her clothing at all outside of the sleeves and straps, but that doesn't mean there isn't some work that could be done on it.
