Name: Sanguinem Symbolum or "SS"
Other Aliases: The Stealhearts Four Corners Trading Company
Type: Thieves guild planned to be operating under the guise of a merchant guild.
Description: The product of the shared ambitions of four thieves to gain wealth and influence, and for some to further their own private goals. Using the gold gained from smuggling, heists, and other acts of thievery the guild furthers their profits and influence by maintaining the front of a merchant guild. The official goals of the guild are, in basic terms, to get rich and provide an organization to other thieves of acceptable caliber and character in which they can thrive and do what they do best. SS may create a merchant front to conceal its true nature, but as the guild is in its initial development it is possible the idea of a merchant guild front could be dropped in favor of a greater focus on thieving, smuggling, and other activities typical of a thief's line of work. (Of course, I will update that when the guild is out of its "beginnings" stage.)

Hal edit: Due to the lack of activity of this member, this guild is open for somebody to take over(cannot become a high ranking member)
Name: Elibean Dragons Type: Mercenary Description: An ever growing mercenary guild, expanding their reach and specializations. They utilize uniforms to identify themselves and even have a colour coded system based on specialization and rank. Green is for newbies who have yet to pick a speciality or prove themselves, Red is for assassins, Blue is for bodyguards, Yellow is for substitute soldiers, and Purple is for spies/thieves. Rather than solely depend on a uniform matching the colour of one's rank, a member's uniform will also bear the insignia of a dragon, and that insignia will be the colour of their rank. Uniforms need not be worn at all times, but many members tend to at least wear them from time to time. All members are simply called “Dragons” or are referred to by their colours (“So-and-so is a Red”) unless they have achieved considerable success in their respective field. The Elibean Dragons consist of 5 ranks. Greens are the bottom, with any colour being above them equally. Then you have the Coloured Dragons: considered to be masters of their craft, the best at what they do in the guild. The Red Dragon is the best assassin in the guild. The Blue Dragon is the most successful guardian or bodyguard. The Yellow Dragon is the best at working with real armies in war and combat missions, and The Purple Dragon the best thief or spy. Eventually there will be a Green Dragon, who is the best trainer of new recruits, and an Orange Dragon for master of healing arts and medicine. These make up the third rank. The two highest ranks, however, are Black and White Dragon. The Black Dragon has shown incredible skill in all areas, and is the second rank. While the White Dragon is the leader of the guild as a whole and the first rank. Though the rank has only belonged to Bismark Wallenstein, the core founder of the guild, since it's creation: it would be decided based on a variety of factors including strategic prowess and a vote from the coloured dragons. It is most likely that a coloured dragon would become the next White Dragon but not necessarily guaranteed, however it is almost definite that the next Black Dragon would have to be a Coloured Dragon History: Founded in the year 1285 by Bismark Wallenstein, Torsten Florent, and Kabul Temujin, the Elibean Dragons started off small but soon gained fame in Etruria. The aim was to create a guild that could provide reliable and proven workers for just about any contract a mercenary could find. Such a broad goal meant the guild has many, many rivals and would need many men and women in order to protect the guild and meet their objectives. As such Bismark has dedicated his time and energy to spreading word of the guild and personally overseeing recruitment processes, trusting his judgement to help determine if someone was a good fit for the guild. His charisma, money, and intellect allowed him to slowly amass the guild he has today, and he continues to look forward, hoping to gather fame and spread it across Elibe. Members (alphabetical list): -Arthur Stark {Rank: Green, Novice} -Bismark “Chessmaster” Wallenstein {Rank: The White Dragon, Mage Knight} (eventually a PC) -Kabul “Blink” Temujin {Rank: The Black Dragon, Swordmaster} (eventually a PC) -Helena “Lady Scarlet” Sinclair {Rank: The Red Dragon, Assassin} (NPC) -Miss-Ra'dheh “Big Missy” Jakku {Rank: The Green Dragon, Warrior} (NPC) - {Rank: The Yellow Dragon, } - {Rank: The Purple Dragon, } - {Rank: The Blue Dragon, } Notes:
I'm definitely looking to add/recruit already existing characters, or even have characters specifically made for the group. Feel free to ask me any questions about them, or let me know if one has any interest. A few higher-up positions are open as well, but will be filled by NPCs until a PC takes the title one way or the other.

Name: Northern Wind Type: Mercenary (Freedom Fighters)
Fame/Infamy: 0
Description: The guild was formed out of the remnants of knights still loyal to The royal family of Etruria, believed to be only Carlisle. They operated out of Lycia while waiting for Carlisle to recover in Nabata. Nine years of operation gave rise to a guild with two faces. The Inner Circle and the rest of the membership. The members of the Inner Circle consist purely of the original knights and Carlisle’s most personally trusted. Historically vertical movement into the Inner Circle has been impossible for nine years and has created malcontent among members previously. With the command of the guild being handed over to the mysterious ‘Hartmut’ the questions surrounding the Inner Circle only grow.
On the surface the goal of the guild is to help the common folk against problems with monsters and bandits. They have a history of denying well paying work if it involves taking sides in politics. Hardly a famous guild those that know of them know them for their honor and the refined nature of the leaders and kind treatment of even their defeated.
The true face of the guild is a group patiently waiting waiting to fight back against the Prophet. They gather men and resources until the time that the prince can declare himself to the world. Their current focus is in gathering the support of nobility across Elibe. Each member of the Inner Circle possess a signet ring denoting their status. Whether this is worn, or how is up to the owner, as trinkets revealing status are risky by nature.
