After seven long days, days that seemed to be an eternity to those involved, what will come to be known as the "Siege on the City of Heroes" has come to an end. Heavy casualties were sustained on both sides, but in the end it was the City of Heroes, and the brave men and woman that fought in its defense, that stood triumphant.
News of the battle has begun to spread to nearby lands. Sacaens of all kinds now look to the City of Heroes, once a city of repose for the war weary, as a seat of power. Lycians have been emboldened by the news of the defeat of the monster army and turn to seeing the blight cleared out of their own lands, while their leaders, the Lycian Marquesses, wonder if their monster problem may lessen now that Hargus has been killed. Ilia has remained largely ambivalent toward the whole affair, but has been looking into strengthening alliances with Sacaen tribes now that it has seen how easily its easy passage to Bern could be lost.
Fame has been awarded to those that remained in the event until the end based on their contribution to and visibility in the fight.

- The once verdant grasses outside the city no longer look anything like the fields that Sacae is so prided for. The long grooves of trench warfare have made their mark in the earth, and the blood and rotting flesh of fallen combatants seep deep into the dirt. It will be a long time before the lands will return to their original beauty. But while the grass outside the city have been rendered foul, the City of Heroes itself sustained minimal damage. The fall of the southern palisade resulted in the destruction of a number of southern homes, but rebuilding efforts have already begun. With the focus having been in the south, northern fighters were able to keep the bandits at the wall. Many houses took minor damage from gargoyle attacks, and many innocents were killed, but overall the city remains wholly inhabitable.
- In addition to the warriors living in the City of Heroes, more than two dozen tribes elsewhere in Sacae sent warriors to aid Kenshin in the defense of his home. Many lost their lives to the bandits and monsters that assaulted the palisade walls, but their names will be remembered in the songs of their people for generations to come. As well, the aid of the Lycian knights and Ilian mercenaries that came to assist was vital, and any of the survivors were offered a home in the City of Heroes if they so chose, provided they aid in the reconstruction and cleanup.
- Most of the bandit hordes and mercenary forces that had come to serve under Hargus were either killed in battle, or turned to monsters. Their bodies still litter the battlefield. Oddly enough, banditry in Sacaen, Southern Ilia, and Northern Bern has almost disappeared.
- Nya's pirates pulled out of the battle when Hargus brought forth his fell army. Because of this they managed to save a good third of their initial force, but they recieved almost nothing in the way of loot. They returned to the Western Isles to recoup their losses, and took what comfort they could in the admiration of their peers.
- Upon Hargus's death, his monster hordes were scattered. Without a will to lead them, they were chased off by the remaining defenders of the city. Most of the zombies wandered off to rot in the hot sun of the empty plains, but small colonies of gargoyles have begun to roost in the mountains of Northern Bern.
