Name:Viola Verran
Class:Squire
Age:15
Born in:Etruria, 1276 AS
Appearance:Viola is about four feet and six inches. She has grassy green hair and wears a blue cloak.
Personality:Viola is shy to new people, but is still very kind even to strangers. She likes to see the good in people. She loves animals especially ones capable of flight. She sometimes gets depressed when she tries to remember her parents though.
Story:Viola was born in southern Etruria. She was always aquiet child. She never caused trouble for her parents. Her mother and father were both merchants and devout followers of St. Elimine. When Kraft proclaimed to be her prophet and took control of Etruria, they didn't believe him. They continued to go about their worship as normal. They even spoke out against Kraft on several occasions.
One night, an assassin broke into their house. Viola's father kept the assassin busy for his wife and daughter to escape. The assassin was skilled and wasn't delayed long. He pursued his two remaining targets as they fled.
Viola's mother told her to run and to keep on running, not to turn back. Viola had never had a reason to disobey so she did. She ran. Her mother had done some kind of magic light thing that might have stopped the assassin. At least in Viola's mind, but really the assassin was just delayed more before killing her mother. But now the assassin had lost viola's tracks.
Viola ran and ran. She eventually ran out of the city. She eventually collapsed half a day's journey down the road. A caravan of merchants found and took her in. When she woke up, she couldn't remember her last name, her parents' name, or about the assassin. She did rememeber a lot abut her childhood though. She stil knew she was from Etruria and other key memories. The caravan's leader gave her the last name of Verran and adopted her himself.
The caravan traveled all over Elibe. Viola saw the blizzards of Ilia, the desert of Nabata, and almost everything in between. On a particular trip to Ilia, Viola happened upon a pegasus with an injured wing. She was able t convince the caravan to let the pegasus ride with them while she treated its wing. After a week, it could fly freely once more. When Viola said goodbye to it, the pegasus continued to follow the caravan. Viola asked if she could keep the pegasus since it followed them anyways. She eventually got them to say okay. She named the Pegasus, Anima.
When Viola was 15, the caravan stopped near the Sacae-Bern border where they were attacked by bandits. Viola was told to flee on Anima. She didn't want to leave her new family, but did as she was told.
Now, all alone, she wonders where she should go.
