Appearance:Stands at 6'3". Weighs 211 pounds. His skin lightly tanned and a bit weathered from his service of marching in any weather in his military career. The color of his hair is pure white, neck length and always in a pony tail. The Iris of his eyes are like tigers, that deep amber color. Has battle scars on his torso from war. Muscle is the only thing he is built on since his days of being a lumber jack making him a heavy hitter for brawling.
Wears black baggy pants with shirt to match it. Has a pair of riding boots with steel plated armor to cover the top of it. Ouken still wears the armor he wore while he was in the military as a sign of pride to himself which was a royal blue for the Ilia Royal army. Has a small round shield to go with it and a full head cover helmet.
Personality:Ouken is a man of few words, but when he needs to put his input on a conversation or on a battle strategy, he tends to surprise people on how much he really knows and that he actually does have a voice. He just prefers to be quiet like in the military. Raised to be honest, truthful and loyal. Not once has he broke those teachings at any cost. When he sees a person in distress, he's willing to go forth and help in anyway shape or form. Even meaning putting his Lance and shield to use.
Story:Ouken was born and raised in Laus. For most of his life, he worked as a lumber jack along side his father, Deivon. His mother died while he was at the age of 10 while in childbirth with his younger sister Krystal. It was hard for him and his father to raise young Krystal for there wasn't a mother figure. They lived on the outskirts of one of the villages called Dante's Peak since the village was funded and built by a rich lord named Dante many decades before. Their house was near the forest line to make it easier for the men to go out and chop wood to bring in income.
At the ripe age of 19, Ouken had a sit down with his father and younger sister that he was going to join the military and do his duty out in Ilia. Everyone knew of the reputation of Ilia's might and how their soldiers were trained. Explaining that he would learn much from this choice that he would be able to come back later on and be able to do much more then just chop down trees and sell them for fire wood. Deivon wasn't happy with his son's choice, but supported him non the less. Giving Ouken 75 gold coins that he was saving incase of an emergency. He swore that he would return to Laus and make his father proud.
His travels to Ilia was like most people's travels on the roads. Having to worry about bandits, raids, random acts of conflict or even harsh natural disasters. Ouken did make it to Ilia and joined into the military. Training hard every day with his Lance and his devotion to the military and the lords of Ilia, he rose up in the ranks for the next Six years. While in service him and the army went to different battles at the border of Ilia and even in Bern. His leaders seen a good warrior amongst them and kept their eyes on him.
At the age of 25, he was promoted to the rank of Captain. But that was also around the same time he received news of Laus's fate. Pleading with his Commanding officers, he had to quit the military in order to go back home. Yanking off his rank from his shirt, he placed it on his Commanding officer's desk and quit that very day. Buying a horse, he rode for the few days back to his homeland without rest.
When he arrived, he found that the house his family lived was destroyed. His father laid out front of the house dead with an Axe in hand. Getting off the horse, he walked over to his dead father's body and cried for a moment. Then went searching for his sister Krystal who's body couldn't be found. Instead he found a small track of human foot prints running in the direction towards Bern, a place he has done battle in as a Soldier of Ilia. Ouken barred his father at the tree line where his father always worked at. He vowed that he would track his sister down and bring her back home safely.
He set forth that day following all possible leads of to the whereabouts of his beloved sister. Days come where he thinks he is about to lose hope and think she is already dead. But something sparks him back up inside to keep going. He's been tracking Krystal for two years now, hoping that one day he will find her.
