And the full body. Had to redo his sword to make it look more like a Katana. Here is the original if anyone wanted to see!

I don't see too many FE9 mugs used around here. It's a nice change of pace to see!
Both the Ike sprite for Genkumaru and the Roy sprite could use some work. Ike's hair wasn't meant to only have 3 shades used, like most GBA sprites' hairdos. It also looks chunky and flat because you made all the individual hairstrands taper off to a point in the middle-ish part of his hair. Ike's original hair isn't broke, so you shouldn't try to fix it my man.
Ike's also a little young looking to have a full beard. It's not uncommon for teens/young adults to have beards like that(read: Selibas), but you probably should find a different face for it. As for the beard itself, the arc on/around his upper lip needs some more pixel arcs added below it. The rest is looking fine.
Roy/Ross has some weird colors going on, and though I like the creativity, I'm not sure what your intention was there. Most characters from FE7 or FE8 have good palettes all on their own, so try taking colors from just one character if you're not sure what you're doing. And as a general piece of advice, try not to mix color palettes from different games. The end result makes for a lower quality mug.
Roy's beard has the same problems as Ike does (including being too full to be on such a youngish face), and it also needs more vertical lines of shading added around it. Try referencing some characters with facial hair for that.
And finally, you should re-add the hair colors to his hair. Roy's hair is already simple enough, and taking away the texture it already has makes it look two-dimensional.
All that said, I'd love to see more of your stuff!

Thanks! I plan on continuing with Fe9 and Fe10 edits. I noticed the hair thing, simplest way to change it is to swap The hair back in and palette swap.

It could still use some minor improvements, particularly a lighter palette of black, but that's nothing major, so don't worry about that. All I'd suggest is bringing back the original scar - the new one is too faint, and the way it's grafted on his face, it looks like it wasn't cleanly sliced like a normal wound from a blade should look like.
Other than that, it's looking good.

It's good stuff! It's a very tedious and painstaking ordeal to convert FE9 and FE10 mugs to the 6/7/8 scheme. That said, they look fantastic when finished.
Your scar is a bit jagged when it comes down to the pixels. Take a look at some FE6 mugs to see some good examples of scars.
It's always a learning process and your skills will improve over time and practice. Looking forward to your future edits!

Pretty good, pretty simple yet effective splice. I'm into it.
There's some shading troubles going on with the neck, but the main problem here is the color choices. Mr. Halberdier's got dull green hair, which clashes with his bright baby blue armor. His skin also looks like it's sickly pale, and doesn't add to the overall color composition of the sprite. You've got a pale yellow, bright blue, and dull green for your main colors; when dark color's mixed with light, they clash.
Looking at his hair further, it looks like you took green/brown colors from two different characters and put em together. The end result looks weird because the green used for his lightest color is an different shade of green than the other two, and the end result I've said try not to mix color palettes from different games before, but you should also try not to improvise your own color scheme until you're certain that you've got the hang of the color theory that goes on behind making sprites. FE7 and FE8 have a wide range of colors to pick from when it comes to making sprites with colors from those particular games FE6 has garbo sprite coloring, stay away from picking colors from there if you can help it
There's also something strange going on with the outline color you used. Did you edit its color value? It looks waaay more saturated than it should.

Tomorrow I am gonna beef up the skin color then. Probably gonna darken the armor and make the outline a lighter dark gray.
