If you keep reading past this and haven't seen it yet, your own fault.
Spiderman: I really enjoyed his introduction, his awkward talk with Tony and Aunt May was fun, his original spidy suit was... Interesting. His fight scenes were pretty good too, I'm glad he made more than just a cameo like a lot had suspected. When Tony asked why he did what he did, I expected him to quote Ben. After the credit scene was the best.
Black Panther: I don't know anything about him outside of him being the king of Wakanda and married Storm, which brings up a good question. In his movie, how are they going to play out that relationship if they can? Is Disney going to strike a deal with Fox and get just Storm?
Overall: The fight scenes were done pretty well, the big clash was amazing. I probably would have enjoyed the movie if the assholes in front of me stayed off their phone and the bitch behind me didn't feel it was a good idea to get high AF(she was laughing extra loud at EVERYTHING. "Pinch of paprika" LOL PINCH OF PAPRIKA LOL). I didn't want to miss the movie because I was kicked out for punching on her man after telling her to stfu.
The ending is the only thing I really didn't like. Steve lived, Chris' contract is up so what's next for Steve? Just a replacement actor and pretend it's the same guy? Bucky is on ice again so if they replace Steve as Capt, it means Falcon gets it. What did you guys think of it?

I thought Spiderman was funny but the CGI bothered me a bit, but no so much that I couldn't stand it. I'll be interested to see how his new round of movies does, though I'm just a bit tired of Spiderman at this point. Maybe he'll change it, who knows?
Let's be real, Fox won't let any of the characters tied to the X-Men IP be pried from their hands, so if we get a Storm it will probably be in the same vein of how we got Scarlet Witch.
I really liked the choreography, like really really liked it. That final battle between Cap, Bucky, and Iron Man was so intense and emotionally fueled, that you honestly could have believed any of them could have been killed at any time during that.
Also, Note that Chris' contract IS NOT UP until after Infinity Wars, so he's here until at least that, and he's said he actually enjoys playing Cap now. (also I always take Hollywood contracts with a grain of salt; Downy JR's is up after infinity wars as well, but he will apparently be appearing in the new Spiderman, so yeah, I wouldn't focus too much on the whole contract thing). So in that light, the ending is just fine and Cap will be in the big world bending finale.

Yeah, I think Falcon and Bucky are waiting in the wings if Marvel decides to kill off Cap, or if Evans decides he's done, but it's not an absolute thing that he's done. He's Marvel's most popular superhero right now, so I don't see them writing him out for the hell of it.

I don't wan to be "that guy", but can I get a link to the source on Chris being on board till Infinity Wars? So many places reported 5 movies as Capt, I haven't seen anything saying he's going on yet.
Edit: I think I saw something about Chris wanting to move into being a director, not sure how true that is though.

screenrant.com/captain-america-chris-evans-marvel-contract-extension/I think after Avengers he mentioned he wanted to go into directing, but as of recently he's definitely warmed up to staying on as Cap. I mean, in Avengers he was just the bum guy that ran around on the street telling cops to make perimeters. After Winter Soldier he a boss, and now in Civil War he's THE man. Another quote from the article:

^ What Richter said.
But yeah, there were some great interactions in that movie.
"Can you move your seat up?" "No."
"Who is that other voice?" "This is your conscience, we haven't spoken in a while."
"Hank Pym told me to never trust a Stark." "I'm sorry, who are you?" "Come on, man..."

I'm typically Captain Grumbles, but I actually really enjoyed the movie. It was different from the comics in a way that I felt made sense with the directions taken so far from the Cinematic Universe. I thought the pacing was nice, and if felt very different from most Marvel movies, which made sense since it was a blend of multiple perspectives. The fights were great, I especially like Black Panther and the Falcon in this one. The shifts between drama and comedy were handled better in this than the Avengers movies IMO.
Dislikes:
1. It still had the Captain America is the good guy feel to it. Granted, Captain America's name was in the title sure, but I agreed with Tony in the movie, and I mostly agreed with Tony in the comics. It's disappointing that in both the writers can't hold it to themselves to portray Cap in the real moral gray area I felt he deserved, though I felt that they made an effort with him punching cop cars and whatnot, I'm probably just too jaded with my general dislike of Steve Rogers to identify any scenes that made him look like they weren't saying, "Gee, Cap sure is right, aint he?" 2.Power Scaling felt way off to me. Iron Man has been pretty powerful in the past, and in Avengers he was putting up a less than horrible fight against Thor. In this, Bucky hit him with a pipe and it did damage. That's an issue with most Superhero films, but still, felt it was worth mentioning. 3. Rhodey was basically around to take a beating. 4. Steve Rogers didn't die. 5. No reason for Aunt May to be that young except for the fact that it actually makes sense but it's not like the comics so idon'tlikeit. 6. Shoehorned in age joke. Peter would assume everyone had seen Empire Strikes back, and would know what Hoth was called.
Likes:
1. Spider-Man! 2. The guy playing Black Panther was as kingly as he should be, he was outstanding. 3. Everyone got some good screen time, and had a few decent lines at least. 4. I think Zemo was really well done. 5. SPIDER-MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for what's happening with Cap, I felt there was foreshadowing for it to be Bucky, but just enough with the shield wing bit at the beginning for it to be Falcon. Personally I'd prefer Sam Wilson to become Cap, but that's just me. I like Chris Evans, but I'd be fine seeing Steve Rogers go.
Tired of Spider-Man is a sentence that doesn't make sense to me. I could watch a well made Spider-Man reboot every year.

I stand corrected then. But still, story wise it would have made a lot more sense to off Cap at the end of Civil War. People hated the Avengers quite a bit AND he was a fugitive of not only the US but most of the U.N., there was a shoot to kill on sight for Bucky why not Cap? Also, with the Avenger hate I feel only Tony received it from the public, there was a few times Steve could have caught some of it. I guess that goes with the "Cap the hero" part Sillyboobs spoke of, fans were able to agree with Ironman but it was far easier to agree with Cap since we didn't get a scene where he felt like crap one on one with somebody.
On the Star wars reference, I felt they did it right. Just because everyone is older than you, don't mean they enjoyed the first movie to watch the first three assuming they even watched the first one.
One movie I'm wanting is a stand alone Hawkeye movie, it feels as if they're trying to write off Clint since he has a family. I don't want to see him go, he's a fantastic character in the comics, but with him "retiring" to be with his family the chances are slim. I haven't read much about Kate outside of her being around Clint but it could give Clint more bad ass fighter on screen. On that note, Clint should have actually fought Black Panther not just shot arrows at him, he's pretty good at QCQ as well.
On the stand alone film subject, we know where Thor is, Asgard for Ragnarok but what about Banner? I can't remember, did they announce a Hulk movie or was Planet Hulk just a rumor?
Please say I wasn't the only one waiting for "With great lower comes great responsibility" quote when Tony asked Peter why he did what he does.

It's not so much that Iron Man is getting nerfed as it is Cap getting buffed in the MCU. Which I think is a good thing. In the comics Captain America falls in the goofy "peak human" garbage category that Batman does, where he is "not super" but can cut through tanks, has nebulous talents like "tactics" and "strategy" that somehow let him fight galactic level threats, and all around is at the mercy of his writers to not be a scrub (see Captain America in Avengers vs Captain America in Winter Soldier). I think having the Super Soldier Serum actually make someone super is a positive change.
Also, Iron Man in the movie was sympathetic, Iron Man in the comics was a fascist and was written horribly. Boo on you. Also Cap is the hero. The government has proven over and over to be disgustingly corrupt. Tony has demonstrated over and over to make awful decisions when he feels guilty. Bucky didn't bomb the UN. Thunderbolt Ross can shove it up his red hulky butt
Ant-Man had the best one-liners in the film.
Clint is probably getting written out because there's no way Hawkeye can go toe-to-toe at Thanos tier.
Peter is also 15, so he was born after Phantom Menace. He wasn't a Star Wars kid, doesn't have a dad who would have necessarily watched the movie with him, and being a teenager, wouldn't necessarily assume all these adults watch the same movies as him.
No Planet Hulk movie, but he will be in Thor: Rag-nar-roog

Like Black Widow can? She's a super spy that fights good. Her gadgets are as useful as Hawkeye's trick arrows.

I think Black Widow is going to be way out of her league too. She has the token female plot armor, but I could see them introducing Captain Marvel in Infinity War. Also, if I'm being honest, if Black Widow was a dude, he'd be about as popular as Hawkeye, which is unfortunately not that popular.

But the difference is Black Widow has been in multiple movies outside of Avengers, Hawkeye made a 5 second cameo in Thor. I'm pretty sure, out of her league or not, she WILL be in Infinity Wars. Rumor is she's going to get a stand alone film.

I mean it's not about what's fair or anything, it's about money, and Hawkeye is far and away one of the MCUs least popular heroes right now.

That's partially their fault. With very minor roles in the few movies he's been in it's hard to like the guy. Arrow is(or at least was) a pretty popular show as far as superhero stuff goes, people would normally say it was better than Agents of SHIELD. MCU Clint is a better character than Arrow's Ollie, who is a Hawkeye level archer with Stark's money.
Don't get me wrong, his role in Civil War was pretty good. Distracted Vision, dropped him to his knees for a second and provided fantastic cover fire in the superhero brawl and had some good lines. But in the Avengers he flew under the radar because of the mind control, then rallied everyone up for Avengers 2.
