Using FE8's Ross I got Fighter and Pirate, they are pretty much the same except Pirates are cooler Brigands are pretty much the same as fighters and pirates (they promtoe to beserkers too) so I'm gonna make Pirate Pirate/Brigand.
*1 OK to get the Wyvern rider, I found the lowest leveled Wyvern Rider I could find (Jill from FE9) and subtracted her growth rates from her stats like 60% was just 6 and 35% was just 3, it should work out and it seems reasonable, turns out there aren't any level 1 wyvern riders in FE history. I'll do the same for Mercenary and Brigand.
*2 Strength just seemed way too low at 3 so I bumped it up too 4 even though that's not what the growth rates say...
