Alan was grateful for Dray'Gon's protection, but had to leave it all the same. Lyndsey was high in the sky, a good deal above the Mamkute. Is she mad or just suicidal? He thought while flying toward her.

OoC: I didn't know Alan was with Matis.
BiC: Brad walked along with the group, silentently reading his book, it was very facsinating and he was learning a lot on both Dragons and the Scouring, but now was not the time to read. Brad looked up and put his book away again and looked up into the skies where he saw the great manakete Dray'Gon and the Pegasus Knight Lyndsey, who he didn't trust just yet, but soon he would see if she were worthy of his trust. It would be a long trip and possibly one of the hardest, this group would have to go through the most severe weather changes, from the blisstering heat of the desert, to the cool plains of Sacae and then to the freezing mountains of Ilia, a long hard road layed ahead.

'Wonderous, aren't they?' Zeiss mused to the fellow shaman. 'I never understood why he is able to maintain his wings during his human form, nor have I had the guts to ask him.'

Lyndsey watched the wyvern lord approach her. She didn't remember his name, or how he acted. IT would be better off if she just stayed her course, and let him approach her. The time for fighting wasn't there yet. She passively watched him as he came, a bored look on her face.

Alan noticed the bored expression on her face. So! she thinks she is better then us, well perhaps I need to remind her of our last clash. He had leveled with her. 'I'm sorry, but have I taken all your sense of self preserfion as well as your honor? Or do you like the blazing desert sun?! Get your cute little ass down to the rest of the party!'

Matis simply walked at a fast pace, trying to get out of Nabata as fast as he could, but staying below Dray'Gon's amazingly big shadow. It would be faster if they were running, but even Matis himself had problems when trying to move fast on the desert's sand. His feet would stuck every so often, and he would get tired way to fast. That is not to say what the rest of the party would suffer. Dray'Gon, Alan and Lyndsey have it easy, because they have a breeze on their faces, but for Ralph and Brad, running would be impossible, no matter how agile they were.
He was grateful for the shadow Dray'Gon casted upon them, though. Hadn't it been there, they would all die from sunstroke sooner or later. Thirst would become a problem, but they had enough water to last for a while.

"I've been studying them for quite some time, it seems that Dray'Gon is a cross breed between two different dragon types but still has pure dragon blood, or that would be my guess at least" Brad said.

"Really?" Matis said, having heard Brad's comment. "A pure a cross breed...that might explain why he maintains his wings in human form, unlike all other dragons in Arcadia."
The sunw was starting to go down, and the heat was starting to fade off. "This feels much better." he said, as they kept on their way northeast.

Ralph pulled his cloak over his eyes so that they wouldn't get hit by the sand. "I have a question Matis, how will getting other countries to help actually help us fight the heroes, wouldn't people not want to kill them since they are heroes?"

"They are reseructed evil hollow beings, people should know they are dead so of course they would want to help" Brad answered the question for Matis, allthough he just hoped he wasn't jumping to conclusions with his answer.

"Brad is right. Hopefully, we will get some people to their senses, and they will come to aid us. How is a hero that destroys anything and everything in it's path still a hero?" Matis said, sighing.
He then proceeded to copy Ralph's action, and used his trench coat to cover his face from the sand. The desert seemed endless, and they had been walking for a couple of hours now.

Luckily Brad had his coat to cover himself, he would be screwed without it.
"I wonder if the other groups are moving as quickly as we are" Brad said thinking of the other two groups, so far his group had been succesful but this desert could be swimming with bandits for all they knew. Brad worried about his friends in the other groups Ryan, Sokka and Alexia.

(OOC: If the rest of the group isn't up for a fight, then I can edit this, but for now...)
Dray'Gon scanned the horizon as he glided across the desert. He had seen the pegasus rider, and the wyvern rider fly up, and take positions a little distant from him. He had his concerns about the pegasus rider, but seeing as how everyone else seemed to trust her, and that she hasn't done anything yet, Dray'Gon was content to let her be for the moment.
Dray'Gon's attention snapped forwards, and he narrowed his as as he spotted movement up ahead. Upon closer inspection, he could see a tent set up in the desert. He had seen these tents before back when he was fighting off the bandits. It was too early to tell if the camp ahead was indeed a bandit camp, but Dray'Gon didn't want to take any chances.
Adjusting his wings to take him down closer to the ground, Dray'Gon flew near Matis, and said, "I spotted a camp of some sort ahead, over the next dune. I've known bandits to traverse the desert before, so we may need to be cautious." Dray'Gon waited for Matis' response before he would decide to fly back up again.

Lyndsey ignored the wyvern lord. This high up, the sun wouldn't do any damage to them. The altitude made the air chilly. if anything, she'd have to fly lower before the sun began to really bake her. Not to mention she didn't have to deal with sand. She saw the dragon move closer, and moved down to hear what was being said. she caught the last few words, something about being cautious. Flying close enough to hear, she waited to see how their leader would respond.

"We should go around it for the moment. If they attack, then we will answer their calling. Otherwise, I see no need to shear useless blood. Everyone, be on your guard, though. If we are lucky, Dray'Gon might simply scare them away."
Matis kept walking, and was now starting to curve his path to avoid the camp, whose fire was now in sight.
