OoC: Remember, most of them are PROMOTED. Check my post out, I said "General, Snipers, Falco Knights, Paladins" as a hint. Not necessarily THOSE classes, but they are all promoted.
BiC: Matis sighed, as he ran forward, spun the lance around, and used it to make a couple of Heroes trip and fall to the sand, stabbing them all right after they fell. That had taken care of 3 of them, but some Swordmasters were on their way to him.
"If I only were also good using axes, I'd be unstoppable." he said, smirking and laughing at his own comment. Like THAT would happen.
The first one tried to stab right through Matis, but he used his lance to vault over him, and spun in mid air, using the tip of the lance to cut the man's head off. "Who else has a death wish?" he said cockingly, as the swordmasters stopped on their tracks, grunted, and kept running towards him.
OoC: Alan, I just noticed...why does your Steel Sword have the sprite of a Steel Lance? XD

"I could use a little help!" Ralph said, he quickly jumped out of range of a General's lance. He ran a ways away, finding an easy target to strike down with his new sword. He ran up in front of a sniper, striking him in the chest. The sniper winced in pain and, being too close to Ralph, clobbered him in the head with his bow. "Ow, I'm not sure that is how they're used." Ralph swiped at him again, this time sending him down, and dodged the General's lance again.

OoC: We've got two promoted chars (one of which JUST promoted), one manakete, solid middle ranked character, and two of the weakest active characters... Ralph and Lyndsey won't be able to do much of anything if they're all promoted. I think Zeiss is also with this group, and he's another unpromoted unit. That's two promoted, one powerful, and four unpremoted. Fifty promoted units would chew through us in no time. Besides, why would a group of mostly promoted bandits be doing in the middle of the desert?
Lyndsey could see Ralph struggling, but was having problems of her own. She'd managed to take down one of the weaker mages, but the rest were looking strong. Not to mention that her dive had drawn the notice of several snipers. Gritting her teeth, she rolled the pegasus, a tricky manevour, barely missing several shots. Before she could move out of the way, a fireball smashed into her leg. Thankfully, it didn't pierce much of the armor, but she would have burns. She pulled out of the roll, almost running smack into a pegasus knight. Crying out, Lyndsey stabbed the knight as she continued moving. She got lucky, her lance dragging the wing, causing the stronger opponent to spin out of control.

Dray'Gon landed on the ground, and faced the oncoming army. He'd try to focus on the more dangerous foes, but would take out anyone that decided to get in his way. Thankfully, most of the weaker foes choose different targets. Starting off the fight, Dray'Gon stated in a threatening voice, "You've messed with the wrong dragon!" He then summarilly bowled over several of the bandits, mostly axe weilders, but they weren't out yet. These are definately tougher foes, thought Dray'Gon as they continued their charge. Dray'Gon tried to dodge the attacks, but a few managed to connect, and actually wound him. It might be time to try out my new stone. Dray'Gon quickly shifted his concentration to the other stone he now possessed, in preperation for his next attack. (OOC: I may be a dragon, but I'm certain I'm not invincible, nor do I feel I should be able to always take stuff out easily. I'm gonna try to limit attacks down to only a few a post, as technically, each attach should constitute a use of the stone. Besides, I don't like seeming to be all powerful as it makes me feel like I'm godmoding. )

OoC: There are bandits in the desert, Matt. Paul and Jasmine, anyone?
BiC: Alan was surrounded by Falco Knights. With his Sword in one hand and one of his lances in the other he kept them at a distance. But the Pegasi riders were smart. They circeled around him looking for a blind spot. And they would sooner or later find one, Alan knew.

OoC: Since when are dragons "weak", so to say? >_>
BiC: "Beware, everyone. These are not to be confused with the weaklings we've been facing so far!" he said, blocking two hits from a swordmaster, but not seeing the second one, who moved fast enough to make a deep cut on his left leg, making Matis fall to the ground.
Using the lance as a cane, he stood up, and used a vulnerary on his leg, and fastly dodged to the right with his now healed leg, as the first swordmaster lunged towards him. Seeing a weak spot, Matis stabbed forward with his lance, impaling the swordmaster. Afterwards, he spun the lance around, and made it so that the corpse would fly from the lance towards the incoming swordmaster, as the body hit the promoted myrmidon, making him fall.

"Will somebody help me?!" Ralph didn't see the same General that had missed him twice strike again. "Ah," Ralph winced in pain, and he jumped on top of his head. "What the-" Ralph quickly used his vulnerary and jumped off just in time.

Hearing one of those who was with him calling for help from behind, Dray'Gon took a quick moment to look back and acess(sp?) the situation. Catching the young human jumping off the head of one of the bandits whom looked to be a leader of some sort. Returning his gave ahead, and preparing to breathe out a strem of fire upon the bandits he'd hit earlier, he lifted his tail, and tried to blind aim and strike the bandit leader. Recalling what he had glimpsed from the quick glance, and using his training on the mountain, he hoped it would pay off.
In one quick motion, both his tail came down, and the fire spewed forth from his mouth. He hadn't noticed his tail seem to catch flames as it came down, due to the new stone he was focusing on. He did see, however, that he set ablaze three warriors. He also felt that he had hit more than just sand with his tail. While it seemed to have been armored, however, he didn't have time to check to make sure it was the bandit leader, and had to hope he didn't hit any of his friends.
(OOC: I did have my character practice such an attack, so it's very possible that he hit the general, but it's still open for me to have somehow hit somebody else. I'm not suggesting I've taken out the general, mind you, but it should at least help out Ralph a bit.)

Zeiss looked as the Dragon was catching flame. It was quite a spectacular sight. Though the trained bandits were continiung the fight quite a few young ones stood by Zeiss watching how Dray'Gon coped with it.

OoC: Yeah, Paul and Jasmine... two. Oh well, it's behind us now.
Lyndsey had noticed the dragon's move towards Ralph, and had dived down. She'd barely managed to grab onto the thief's hand and pull him away as the dragon started his flaming spin. The pegasus didn't appreciate the added weight, and Lyndsey could feel her arm straining. Ralph may be a boy, but Lyndsey wasn't that strong. She drug him safely away and released him into the desert, aiming for an unfortunate archer.

OoC: That is 4/20 and 4/30 so far, if I'm not mistaken.
BiC: Matis was astonished after having seen Dray'Gon take down three Mercenaries with a single blow, and having severely damaged a Knight's armor in the process as well. And he wasn't the only one. The Swordmaster, who was still lying down, had turned around to see the flamethrower as well, and so did a couple of Snipers nearby. Snapping out of it, Matis rushed forward, and stabbed the Swordmaster through the stomach, but not before dodging an incoming slash from said sword-user.
OoC: That's 5/20 and 4/30 now.

(OOC: The attack wasn't aimed at Ralph, but I'm not sure how close he was. :/ Oh well. I'll continue with the fight.)
More bandits approached him, and Dray'Gon circled a bit to get a little away from Matis, and the others. He didn't want to risk hitting them with any attacks, and being close to them caused him to pull a bit on his attacks. When Dray'Gon felt he was sufficiently away, he gave out a roar, hoping to stun the bandits as he prepared to attack. It seemed to work as a couple held off their approach. Dray'Gon took that time to slam them with his forelegs.
Two more down... several more to go. Thought Dray'Gon as he seemed to have drawn even more attention, if that was even possible. "Hurry up and take that dragon down! The others should be easy pickings!" Dray'Gon couldn't believe they seemed confident that they could take him down, but these bandits were better trained then most he fought before, and some of them had a lot of armor. It would be tough to take them down.

(OoC: I was at a Rotary club camp this weekend but I'm back now. Also I'm attacking some unpromoted units kay?)
"Look at the tin can man" Brad laughed poking at the group of bandits, he liked to make his foes angry before he finished them off, made them more innaccurate. "If that's a mouse you better feed it some cheese" Brad pointed at the knight's crotch in an attempt to further distract him, it didn't work but that was ok. "Fine then, no more foreplay let's just get to the fun part. LUNA!" Brad cast his spell at the knight he had been taunting and killed him, now it was time to find some more morons to destroy.

The FalcoKnights heard the calls from below and went to help. 'Wher are ya going?! I wasn't finished!' Alan dived down after them and stabbed one in the back, the woman screamed but Alan hardly noticed.

"Oof." Ralph had just been picked up by a dragon, carried by a pegasus, then dropped on an unconscious archer. "It just isn't my day." he said. He stabbed the archer's limp body, then immediately felt cold.
