Kenshin and Flyssa quickly made their way into Bern without being seen. Voices of the bandits were heard so Kenshin pulled Flyssa into some bushs and listened to what they were saying. "Boss wants us to get more people to join us, I think he wants people that weilds lances and swords." "Damn I hate the dark, what way is the base again?" The first bandit pointed at the rundown castle.

'Ack! Must you pick such a prickly bush!' Flyssa said in a angry hushed voiced.
'Imagine what types of insects are hiding here!' Flyssa whispered, shivering.
'Eeeekkk! There's something crawling on me!!!'

"Hey somebody is in that bush, lets kill'em." "Good job Flyssa. You stay here I'll deal with them." Kenshin whispered to Flyssa. He jumped out of the bushs and attacked the smarter one and killed him with one slash. He barely avoided the other one. "Do you think you can beat me? I've fought your kind before, all wimps if you ask me." "Haha wait till you fight the boss then."

Flyssa sighed, 'Stupid men! (OOC: >.>) I can fight too!'
Flyssa pulled out her tome from under her cape, ready to rain judgement on the bandits.
'I call upon aid from thy holy flames, come forth and deal judgement upon my enemies (>.>)' Flyssa shouted, as she raised her hand. She then spun around gracefully, as two pillars of flame came from the ground.
'YES!' She shouted happily jumping into the air.
Her flames had engulfed one of the bandits, making him fall. 'Told ya I was good!' She called to Kenshin.
She approached the bandit wearily, 'I'll spare your pitiful life, if you offer to join our cause...'
The bandit looked up at Flyssa and spat at the ground near her feet, 'I will never join you!' The bandit yelled, as the flames burned him to ashes.
Flyssa looked down at the bandit Kenshin had killed, 'Heh, what do we have here...' She said bending down to pick up the Vulnerary, 'I can't believe I'm scavenging off bandits,' She whispered to herself.
She thought of the rest of the group, wondering how they were getting on. 'If I ever catch that thief, I WILL murder him!' She shouted, thinking about Kyo.

"No more talking, we head towards that base. But thanks to you they seen the flash from the fire. Ruined the whole element of surprize."
