Sireace's quick eyes counted head to. "Oh great.." She said, clearly annoied, but also slightly worried. "That makes...Richter, Darius, and Jackie all missing..not to mention people like Aleth and Yurat..who we have no idea where they are.." She said. However she shrugged her shoulder, there was nothing to be done about it as this point. (sorry..bit of a boring post there..i'm going to be gone for a few days..^^; so i needed something. Don't post to much without me..)

((Why did everybody ignore what I posted )) Seeing that the dragon guy was ignoring him, Tobias turned to Crowley, sighing. "Well, where are we going now?" he asked, having forgotten quickly because he knew somebody else would tell him.

(OOC: Aeros, friend, I thought you flew away, right? Okay, now, for the sake of keeping this organised, Darius, Richter, Tobias, you will all be travelling with me to the meeting point. Aeros, you can do whatever you want, like encountering us in human form or startling us in dragon form, what would be an example of a dumb dragon. Rayl, don't bother looking for us. We're coming your way. Aeros, you can't post OOC posts only, you have to make an actual post. Anyway... )
Crowley didn't bother paying attention and completely ignored the drunken mage and just threw him over his saddle. He gestured Tobias to follow him. He was cursing allright. Oh, this night was getting crazier by the minute. First they came into hostile territory, then they didn't get chance to booze, then there was a bloody DRAGON and then he heared the assassins had found them. Well, probably assassins. It could also be a guys who fancied wearing long, dark cloakes and riding their horses to death. But then again, that wasn't probable either.
Still going as fast as he could, he encountered the pinkhaired dude. He waited for a while to let Tobias catch up, who was still jogging in the distance. He blinked and looked in amusement at the guy.
"What are you still doing here, fool? We should regroup. Let's go!"
He then managed to drag/transport/lead the guys to the meeting point. Finally, he got them all together. He got of his horse and slapped the sleeping Darius a few times in the face.
"Wake up. I've got some booze for you in my backpack if you start moving now." He then looked at the others with a grave expression. He folded his hand behind his back and said with a loud voice:
"Listen, from my good friend Rayl" And he said this very sarcastically " I heard some thugs have found our location. The High Inquisitor will have our heads on a stake in the morning if we don't start moving now. We'll be going to Delphia as fast as we can. No pausing, no drinking. Only I can drink, but I need it to function. I need the rest of you as sharp as possible. If you have a problem with this, I'll leave you behind with the assassins and that big, scary dragon. Okay? Get your boots warmed up and your horses ready. We're done here."
He then handed some water to Darius, patted him on the back and winked. The water bottle had a label saying 'Whisky'. He'll surely like that. He looked around. By the Saint, they had a big group now. It was terrifying. With a gesture of the arm, he ordered them to get moving.
(We'll have some 'bonding' posts now, and then we'll start a new thread in Delphia. I'm sorry for godmodding and pushing a bit, but we can't be stuck in this town forever. Sorry! If anyone doesn't like my post, I'll edit it. Thanks.)

OoC: I support Crowley's post. This thread got really unorganized. People were in two places at once, etc.
Richter nodded his head. He liked this Crowley; ready to move and ready for action. Not arguing, Richter strode alongside Crowley's horse towards the meeting point.

(OOC: I see nothing wrong with it, the thread was going haywire anyways. Anywho...)
IC: Upon Crowley and the rest of their group's arrival, Rayl nodded his head in approval (though he later rolled his eyes at Crowley's tone) at Crowley's mini-speech, and then a shake of his head at the sight of the drunken Darius, though he couldn't help but wonder: Was he ever like that when drunk? All he knew from those around him was that he was a jerk...but now wasn't the time for this, as he held a hand out for Sireace if she needed a lift, since the group lacked the same number of horses as they had troops," Into the belly of the beast eh Crowley? So what is this, a quick strike against the Herald and then what?"

"Mmm, I wouldn't call it a quick strike. First of all, we'll need some intel. The new guys will cover that. When we've found out more, we'll strike. I hope this action will help us solve the assassin problem..." He drank some more from a bottle that magically appeared in his hands. But then again, bottles always magically appeared in his hands. They also magically dissappeared.
Emptying bottles was something you had to learn. Just like fighting.
Crowley started riding in the direction of Delphia. They could have their little chats while riding. Now he wanted to put as much distance as possible between him and the dragon.
"So, Tobias, what happened over there?"

Sireace didn't really need the hand up, but she took it anyway. She had been riding horses almost all her life. She smiled and nodded her thanks to Rayl, "How long have you know Crowley?" She asked quietly. Her naturle curiosity getting the better of her. She frowned slightly at Darius, a drunk mage was never good. Hopefuly he would get sober sooner than later, otherwise who knew what could happen.

"Not long I'd say. A few months. Though we haven't seen each other since a little...alright, big, drunken error of mine. One of the reasons I stopped drinking, and I think you can piece the other reason together by now." after the Sacaen woman was on, he began to ride off and after Crowley, before taking up the lead for a just a brief moment, then remembering that past mistake, and shrank back to be just behind the mercenary," You know, I've always wondered how the plains people lived...I bet it's quieter than the big cities...and more peaceful, not having to worry about large scale wars and all..." quite honestly, Rayl was tempted to just float away in that Sea of grass that was Sacae after this all ended...

Richter piped in and answered Crowley's question directed towards Tobias. "There was a boy being chased by a mercenary, then Night walked up and began threatening the man. After that, the boy turned into a dragon and joined in threatening the boy." Richter nodded his head at Tobias, "After Rayl grabbed Night and essentially diffused the situation without bloodshed, this idiot came up and couldn't help but off the helpless man." Richter shrugged. "Why? I assume you know better than me. I would have left him to satiate the dragon." He scratched his head. "The dragon-boy disappeared after that."

(OoC: good post Rayl.)
Crowley nodded at Richter. It was easier to get answers from a stranger than from Tobias. Tobias was a crazy man. A dangerous one too. He sighed. He became a saviour all right, and he was making up for mistakes of the past, but somehow he longed for the simplicity of his mercenary life. Or just him and Wylie, when they were fighting against Bern and that bunch of wacko mages. It wasn't even that long ago, but it seemed they had been travelling forever, causing chaos, everywhere they went. He grinned at Richter. Another person who had the fortune of getting into this mess.
"So, what are your motives then? I mean... you're not into this for money, not for fame or women, since you won't be getting any. At the end of the day, we'll all dissappear in the masses." He thought about this for a second.
"Only you will remember you're a hero. The buggers won't even know you saved them from a bunch of zombified evil-doers." He laughed at that. It should make him sad, but it didn't. He had his share of fame, and he had enjoyed it, oh yes, but it wasn't true or honest. People would forget about him as fast as you could say Magnificent.
He looked at Rayl, who seemed to be in a rather melancholic mood as well. Oh well, he deserved it. He had done some wicked things back in the day, and Crowley's heart wasn't big enough to forget that easily. He could do it, over time, but now he was an ally, and that was it.
He hoped that Wylie would come ride next to him. He wanted to talk about the old days, and know, no, feel, what he his friend feared and hoped, lived and died for. There was one thing Crow knew about himself. He was to superfacial, and he mainly cared about himself. Even this hero thing he was going through, was just to satisfy his conscience. He sighed and got another bottle out.
Liquid bravery and a cure for the smitten. He made an ugly face and he drank.
Soon, he'll forget.

"Blah blah blah, WHO CARES!?!" Night asked, having caught up. He had a tendency, as Rayl already knew, to disappear from the span of a few minutes to a few days then randomly appear when it best benefitted him. "Money, women, fame, who gives a sh*t about it all anwyays? In the end, doesn't do you a bit of good." he commented. "At the end of the day, whats the point of it all if your not satisfied with who you are?" he further pointed out. "I like to think thats why I'm here. I don't know who the h*ll I am or where the h*ll I'm from, and I know I probably won't get anything out of this. But I do know this: I can either run away with my tail between my legs and live with the shame...Or I can stand and fight, and if I die, at least I'll die knowing I'm a man. Thats enough for me, and should be enough for you, yah' philisophical panzie!" he commented, socking Crowley in the arm.

Richter scoffed at Night. "Think, imbecile. There's more to life then just doing what you want. Life isn't that simple, or that easy." He turned to Crowley.
"I'm not in this for fame, money, or women, because as you probably know, there are more profitable ways to get all of those three than being a mercenary." Richter closed his eyes and shook his head. "I shouldn't even call myself a mercenary. I'm not even doing this for money. I'm a homeless vagrant who left his village to become the greatest swordsman in the world." He sighed. "I probably won't achieve it, but it helps to have a goal." "Sorry for not spilling my guts," said Richter snidely, "but I don't see the point."

OOC: and now for Rayl to join in on the whole Kodak moment.
IC: Rayl, since everyone else was having a touchy-feely-let's-share-our-emotions-and-almost-cry moment (I officially declare that a new phrase), decided for a while to just listen out of the sheer awkwardness of it, but hey, even Crowley, who started it anyways, was saying something, so he may as well," I have to admit, I started out my career as a knight seeking fame and fortune, but quite honestly, after all this dragon-slaying, zombie-smashing, day-saving business, I've had quite enough. I have nothing anyways, save for a horse and a name, and in the end, if I SOMEHOW make it out alive, all I'll have is my horse, and I can live with that."
He took a breath, before continuing,"Money? I doubt I'll be needing it if I wind up losing my head, most likely literally. Fame? There isn't even a guarantee that we will be remembered forever, if at all. Women? Don't see why you'd want alot of women hanging on to you, Though Crowley and Wylie can probably give me five-hundred reasons otherwise" A smirk before he continued," Personally, I'd rather settle down and raise a family, you know? But as I've said: It all really depends if we make it and back. I doubt I will. Most people here (those who haven't being Richter, Elina, Natalie) know how many times I've been hit bad. Heck, I'm probably still bleeding from that bandit incident a few days back." At this moment, he placed a hand on his left side to check, and in the dark, you could see some drops of blood on his fingers, thus concluding his mini speech, before shrugging," But that's just me."

Tobias had kinda phased out for a while, but then he snapped back suddenly, just in time to hear some of the explanations. Since everybody was doing it he assumed it was manditory, so he decided to give his own bit. "I started out looking for revenge, but then I realized how stupid it was. After that I just started doing whatever interested me, which is why I'm here. Not that anybody cares."
