"...We've had some run-ins in the past." Rayl muttered, not going to say much more, before looking back to the final fight...no not the dragon brawl, he tried to advert his eyes from that...he was dragophobic now," Can you fight, Night my friend? If not lend me your sword for a moment, we have to finish this. Now." he was going to charge at this Hargus man and help end this once and for all...if only he had a sword, otherwise he'd die that much sooner...

Hargus, there will be hell to pay when I get out of this, Aeros thought hazily as he tried to blast the other dragon with fire again. He missed, of course, but he would get lucky and hit...he hoped. His wing wasn't going to hold out much longer, and his leg was starting to hurt again.

Kenshin had prepared to dodge when Hargus raised the axe, even if it was aimed for Alan. At the start of the swing he raised his blade and placed his hand under the dull part to block the axe if he wasn't able to move out of the way quickly enough. Jumping to the left he was able to get out of the way of the now projectile. The bandages around him started to turn a light red, almost pink then grew darker in red. His wound had reopened, his whole body was hurting and tired and Alan's couldn't be much better then his.
Two wore out men fighting one who barely started to fight would end up with both of them getting in each others way, as it has shown to this point. He wasn't sure when the others would join in on the fight, Alan seems too stubborn to back down while Kenshin wore down Hargus. If Alan fails then Kenshin would join him, he had to speak to Katara one last time if this was going to be the end.
Painfully walking over to her he threw his arms around her. "I love you." He held her tight as if it was the last time he was going to see her.

Hargus was grinning madly as he bared down on Alan. Kenshin distracted by the projectile. The injured rider couldn't hold off the force of the Bandit King, and the sword moved closer and closer towards his skull, as Hargus' grin only widened.
"You never even had a chance. How does it feel that everything you've tried to do will fail here under my swo-" He didn't finish that line though, as he felt his legs stumble. Something was caught in between them, and he looked down to see a lance wedged in between his legs. Someone had discarded it in the fight, and it made him stumble. Thanks to the lack of footing, Alan gripping his sword was the only thing keeping him from falling, but that was fine. If Alan released it, he would die anyway. Victory was still assured.
And it was at that moment, that single moment of pure arrogance that the fate of the world could have been changed forever, by a single, pointless soldier that nobody would have foreseen being useful at all. He felt the twin blades pierce into his back, a good inch and a half each. The blood ran down his back as he realized that he had just been stabbed in the back, but by who? Nobody here fought with two swords. The swords, and their wielder, lacked the strength to pierce anything vital, but the point was made as he turned and stared down at the boy with a mixture of shock and rage.
Some pretentious, mongrol child had stabbed him.
He wrested his sword away from Alan, turning his back to him and raising the sword high.
"You won't live long enough to regret that you cur!" He shouted, the blade falling with the power of a mallet and the sharpness of a razor.

'That was a mistake, finally." Alan said with a smirk, though it ended up more of a grimace. He didn't know who just sacrificed themselves by attacking the Bandit King and he could care less. His back was wide open. He pulled his sword back and made to drive it into the mans back with everything he had left.

Matis took this chance too. He took out the Slim Sword that Rayl had given him and attempted to thrust it up Hargus' back, along with Alan's blade. Chances are the blade would be badly damaged after having to drive it through Hargus' armor and then into the buff back of the bandit leader. But now was not the time to think. If Hargus were to die, it would all end then and there.
Once and for all.

Dirk got a bit closer and took aim with his more accurate Short Bow. He fired two shots in succession, aimed at the Bandit's head and neck. Regardless of whether or not Hargus and Dragon died, he felt easy knowing that he had helped in some way.

Rayl sighed now, Dirk's words had hit their mark more than his arrows had been so far on Hargus. Their homeland was in danger from this man, and while he had only been brought in to this mess a small while back compared to the others, he was still a part of this and now wasn't a time for chit-chat.
Turning his horse around, he broke out into a charge, grpping the reins tightly as he readied his lance in his left hand. His back was exposed, and Sir Matis and that man who had had Malte were both attacking, and now was as good a time as any to help save the world...if he was his old self he'd be happy to be a part of this, but he really just wanted to retire now...upon getting close to the Bandit King, Rayl thrust hisweapon for the man's right side, and hoped for the best.

Katara was stunned when Kenshin left Hargus to embrace her. She let him wrap his arms around her, and she did the same to him. She could feel the blood from his own wounds soaking through her clothes. He needed a healer. She looked into Kenshin's eyes. His conflicted, emotional eyes. Then she whispered, "I love you too, with all of my heart." Then she looked away and saw it. She saw a young plainsman stab Hargus with two blades, right through the back. Was this over? Would that take down Hargus? She had to make sure Kenshin would have the will to fight on if it did not. She only thought of one way to do that. "My love... You cannot die here, we both must fight on... You must make the world safe... For your child."

"My..." Kenshin said slowly while looking into Katara's eyes. "child? Do you mean you're, when did you find out?" He was shocked and happy at the same time. He held her tighter then he was already and kissed her on the forehead. "You shouldn't be out here, you should be somewhere safe."

Yaen blinked in shock. He actually stabbed the Bandit King? He, Yaen, the WORST fighter in this entire group, was the first one to make Hargus bleed. This was an utter shock. Not so much so, that he couldn't notice the evil eye said Berserker was giving him. He attempted top stand and eye the man defiantly, but as the blade fell, he suddenly felt weak kneed again, and started to stagger. And by the grace of God, that infirmity saved his life. He stumbled towards Hargus as his blade fell, causing the blade to cut into his back, but nothing more. Still, the power of such an attack on a body as frail as Yaens was enough to leave him as a crumpled, bleeding, shallow breathed heap on the ground at Hargus's feet. It would have been better to let him cut me in half... The sacaen thought bitterly. Now I'm just going to bleed to death...

"I found out when we got back from the Western Isle," Katara said, smiling, "words cannot describe how happy I am at how you are reacting... I was so afraid you would... Never mind." She sighed and stayed held in Kenshin's arms. "If you wish me to stay on the sidelines, then I will wait for your cry of victory. Then I will be by your side fast as the wind through a valley."

Richter paused as he saw the pathetic nomad crumple under the god-man's axe. This poor excuse for a fighter didn't even know how to approach an enemy, and managed to injure the giant. "And he paid for it..." Richter thought to himself. Richter tried to turn away, but he couldn't. The man's bravery, however idiotic, was inspiring. "God d*** it," he muttered as he pulled a vulnerary out of his pack, dashing towards the injured man. He wasn't going to let somebody suffer like that before his very eyes. Not again.

OoC:Lol Richter's first thought is to heal the meat shield and let the ones who's bloody and beaten from fighting the whole time bleed everywhere...
"You were afraid I would what? Leave your side? Have you gone mad. I love you, nobody nor nothing will end that love I have for you, not even death itself can tear the bond I hold with you.
"It would be impossible for you not to be by my side for I'll never leave yours." Kenshin's breathing started to become more rapid as he felt a bit woozy from the blood lose and pain. "I will stay here with you for a few more moments, I need a chance to rest. I went from fighting an army to fighting Hartmut to this."

Richter dumped the contents of the vulnerary on the young man's back wound. "That should do it," he said to himself. He wasn't sure how fast the vulnerary would work. He then grabbed the man and pulled him out of the way. Looking back to the battle, it was now 2 on 1, but the armored man didn't look in the best of shape. "I've got 1 use left," thought Richter. "I don't need it..." He saw the man was attacking Hargus. "Here, use this!" he shouted as he tossed the vulnerary towards the man.
