Wylie - Troubador
Age - 18
Eye Colour - Blue
Hair Colour - Blue
Stature - slightly shorter than average height, fit but non-muscular physique.
Born - Etruria
As a child in the town of Alia, he was witness to an attack on the town by a group of renegade Etrurian knights. The loyal soldiers fought bravely to defend the village but one by one they fell with injuries. Wylie brought them water and in doing so became friends with each of them but couldn't find a healer to treat them all. The local priest was only moderately skilled and also quite elderly, unable to reach more than a handful of soldiers, despite Wylie's frantic and desperate pleas. As a result, the majority of the local soldiers bled to death painfully, despite having healable injuries while the renegade knights looted and sacked the town.
The experience changed him in two ways.
One, he took up apprenticeship from the priest until he could learn no more of the healing arts without a more advanced teacher.
Two, he came to hold very high value on vows and promises so he could in no way be like the traitor knights that looted his hometown.
He is currently wandering through Elibe searching for some way to do something meaningful, something that will make him be remembered as more than just another healer. His only companion is his horse, Alia (in tribute to his town). As a source of income, he enlists as a medic for small mercenary bands when and where he can.
Personalitywise, he is confident in his abilities to take care of himself outdoors but prefers a walls and a roof to a tent and the stars. He also enjoys towns and marketplaces and is a feather-weight when it comes to drinking. On the whole, he is a fairly calm and somewhat noble individual with a desire to heal and learn.
EDIT: Having played as Wylie for 2 - 3 months now, I've edited his back story to more closely reflect the character I've played with.
