As Aren looked to Rayl that greeted him he smiled. "Good Morning Sir Rayl."He said as he looked to him. He then talked to a few people introducing him. First it was Saffra, he could tell it was a kind of Dragon and he heard it was a Manakete. "Hello Lady Saffra."He said as he gave also a little bow to her. He then meeted Gabriel the pupil of the group. "Hello Sir Gabriel."He said as he gave a little smile.
They went to the town as he was on his horse. He smiled as he looked to people saying good bye as he then looked to Chelsea. He went off his horse as he walked to her looking into her eyes. "Is everything ok Lady Chelsea?"He asked as he looked to her.

Chelsea blushed slightly and quickly wiped the tears from her eyes. "Yes, Sir Aren. It was a momentary lapse into old memories." She sighed. "Please, don't worry about me. I'll be fine." She did her best to give him a small smile then turned away. As she did, the tears came right back to her eyes. It was times like this that truly made her miss her family the most, when so many other complete ones were all around her. And now with the addition of another Sacaen, it made her pang for them that much more. She moved her bangs and headband slightly so they blocked out her eyes. She continued to wave at the various people who waved to her, but also continued to cry softly.

"TEN-HUT! SADDLE UP! WHEN I GIVE THE SIGNAL! WE WILL RIDE OVER NIGHT AND ARRIVE AT SANTARUZ IN THE MORNING!" he smiled as his soldiers nodded. He had made sure that Gabriel was on the same horse as Lady Lucy, just he'd be able to know where the noble was, having made it his business to see the young man safe. he looked back a ways, Chelsea was crying softly, doing her best to hide it, but his eyes were sharp like a hawks, and while he could do nothing, he quietly had some of his men pass down a handkerchief. When the last knight, a mounted archer, obtained the cloth, he gently tapped the Sacaen on the shoulder, "From Sir Rayl."
Giving a wave to the crowd. His eyes fell upon so many faces...people he knew...the restraunt owner...The Baker family...they were sending a large group of men out on this journey for peace, and Rayl knew full well, it was part of The Marquess plan that he had discussed late last night. They would send a large group of men not just for confidence, but in the event that Laus would be attack, The group of Pheraens would be able to temporarily fight back the expeditional force of The Prophet should he attack, while Rayl and a smaller group of his knights continued with their message of Peace. the Marquess had already been sent news concerning Marquess Araphen's decision to stay out of the mess, and presumed may even join up with The Prophet against the Sacaen plainsfolk...
Rayl continued running the plan through his mind as Marquess Pherae continued his speech,
" You know...danger looms...not just us Pheraens...but our brothers of Santaruz, Caelin, Laus...the whole of Lycia, nay, Elibe could be in danger without....united Lycia! My friends, doom stands...the world, the...seen since The Scouring..."
Santaruz was sure to assist again in this fight...Caelin was often neutral, but with it was sure he would be able to convince the marquess, as The Prophet would have to pass through Caelin to continue through Lycia to Bern...
" Sir Rayl hath volunteered to...daunting task...ride across...beacon for...save...posterity..." cheering entered his mind from his soldiers and citizens, and he was forced back into reality, waving to the others before taking a bugle from his saddlebag, "So give these brave men and women your thanks, and pray that they return safely!" the crowd erupted in cheering, and with this Rayl raised the bugle to his lips, and blew, a loud note ringing out which quieted the people...with this, they all began to ride through, people waving and tossing flowers and flower pedals across the riders as they made their slow journey through the cobblestone streets, before out and into the wide open plains. Above them was the shadow of fang, who had flown off form the caretakers to see it's master off, flying low for a moment to rub it's face against Saffra's for a brief moment, before taking off and heading back to the ranch.
It would be some time before they returned...
