Willow dismounted and entered the church. She immediately left, spooked by the rows of corpses. As she mounted Storm, she noticed fire spreading. “Oya…” she whispered. “St. Elimine, grant him his safety.” Riding quickly toward the main gate of the village, she noticed a familiar figure in the distance. “Oya!” Willow shouted. “Oya, it’s me!” Drawing nearer, Willow dismounted and ran up to the herbalist, giving him a tight hug from behind.
“Thank you for caring for me when I was ill,” Willow said gratefully. “Without you… I’d be dead. I’m so glad I found you, though, because I woke up and you had disappeared! Where are you off to?”

“Oh willow”, spoke Oya. “I thought you had already left.” Willow began to thank him for helping her. “Don’t worry about it”, spoke Oya. A feeling of guilt rose in his stomach. It had been quite a while since that had happened. “Anyway”, spoke Oya trying to drown out the guilt. “I am probably going to head to Littlerock. I have family there and would like to go see them while I was in Bern.”

Hmm. This was interesting… An opportunity to travel, and with a friend, too. It sounded good. “Oya… Would you mind if I travel with you? I’m sure I could help you… I mean, I don’t want to be a burden, but I can heal you and I’m quite good with sacred light magic… So… Would you mind terribly?” Willow asked, hoping with all her heart for a chance to travel with the herbalist.

“Having a beauty like yourself travel with me how can I say no”, spoke Oya. Once again Oya gave into his base instincts. With Willow traveling with him his options were now cut short. She was a priest and would not agree with some of his methods, but Oya could not say no to such a face. I guess that what happens when you are born and raised out at sea. You gain a weakness for the fairer sex. Oya left the village with a new traveling partner.

A black stallion trotted through the dead town, it's hooves clopping in a slow steady rhythm. The green-haired man whistled a jaunty tune as he strode past the carnage. Bodies everywhere, caught in the devastation of such a nasty plague. Why, that "Orange Demon" Oya was quite effective. He yanked the reins of his warhorse aside, guiding him around an overturned cart in the middle of the road. His coat glowed with a couple of runes, hexes to ward off disease.
Such a nice stockpile this proved to turn out. So many souls and all without having to lift a single finger. Hargus would be living again soon if every day could turn out like this. But alas. Perhaps he'd go see what the other Rebels were up to. Their leadership had been quite active lately and word was on the wind of a proper attack soon. Nacht rounded out of the open gates and stirred Midnight to take off at a gallop, riding away from the dead city.
What a joyous day!
