Drax had decided to leave Bern for a while and go to Ilia. It was a Very long time since he last traveled outside of Bern. Snow was falling ontop of snow that was already laying onthe ground a good 2 inches now. Shaking his head, he now remembered wh he mostly stayed in Bern. But since all the reports about a Dragon in Bern was going around faster then a wild fire, he decided it be best to move along for a bit. With his hands in his long jacket pocket's, he would keep moving trailing his way through the snow. He didn't want to use his Dragon stone to fly and get the chance of being shot down by an archer. His breath shout out in streams as he raised his body temp slightly so that he was comfortable. As he stepped, some of the snow would melt and then freeze after his feet moved on. "Bloody snow, no wonder why us Fire types stay in warmer area's like Bern. Heh, it be something if I ran into another Manakete right now. Doubt full though."
Continuing his traveling, he would begin to get the feeling that he was being watched. Stopping in the middle of the path, he would turn around and look to see if there was anybody there. Sure enough, there was. Behind him stood three bandits, axes drawned and ready to spill blood. Looking over the weapons, he could see that the weapons were dull and cracking. 'Close to breaking they are. Eh, maybe this will give me a good workout.' The bandits closed in slowly with weapons still raised. With stone in his right hand, he would take out his left hand and aim the palm at them while giving them a warning. "Don't come closer, this will be your first and only warning." Since Drax was so old, his scent was barely noticable if any Manaketes would so happen to show up out of the blue.
The bandit's not taking the 6'5 tall man seriously. Drax would let out a sigh as he pulled out his sword that was used for show. Seeing the blade, the bandits now had a choice. Either face a swordsmaster and most likely die, or run away and live to see another day. making their minds up, the leader of the three would shout out. "You may have won this one Swordsman, but we brothers will be back for your gold, your blade and your Scalp!" After that little threat, they ran off down the trail. Shrugging his shoulder's, Drax would turn around and begin his travels again.
