"Spiders", spoke Orland with a bit of wary. He hated spiders. He had a bad run in with them when he was younger. One of the little crawlers bit him in his sleep. The poison nearly killed him. The knight however had more control than to just freak out. His first instinct was to create a fire and burn the cave walls. That would get rid of the problem quick and in a hurry, but from the way the shamen was speaking that would probably start a fight. Fighting was Orland's second nature, but it was tiresome. Right now he needed rest not more physical exertion. "You better pray none of your friends bit me", spoke Orland as he grabbed a torch out of his bag.
The Shaman pointed out another person in the cave. It was thief. Orland hated thieves. They were worst than rodents. At least a rat only takes what it needs to live and flees. Thieves take that you hold precious and run away with it. Cowards, the very idea made him sick. If they wanted something he had then they should take it from him face to face, not hide in the shadows and run.
"So looks like we have another", spoke Orland. Some malice could be heard in his voice. He did not care to hide his distaste for the thief.

Bowing towards Yunneth, he would smile once again when she had both items. "With the paste, you can either eat it or mix it with anything you drink." His eyes shifted towards the entrance of the cave once again when a thief decided to come out of his hiding spot screaming about spiders. Raising a brow, Dio stood up straight and looked at the man. TO him, it seemed that the man was going crazy once she said spiders. He didn't mind the small creatures. After a bit, he shook his head looking at the man still. "Miss Yunneth, what would you do with such a man snooping in the darkness? Orland, I dare ask you the same question."It was noted with the feeling in the air that this man wasn't welcomed by the group as a whole then Dio and Orland by Yunneth earlier on.

For your information milady, i was going to help you if that oaf decided to fight. He'd smile warmly. He'd send her a sympathetic look, obviously he was now an invader in her home.
I'd hate to be a bother, please allow me to apologize for my intrusions. He'd bow as a noble would, one leg forward, the other behind it, bending forward with his cloak swooshing in his hand. He'd put all the charm he had into what he said next. Which is to say, quite a lot.
If you wish for me to leave, i will do so at your request. If you'd like some better company than these bandits, however, I'd be happy to stay.

Yunneth knew she was losing control of the situation. Yunneth first glared at Orland. It was a death glare and apparently she was not pleased about him lighting a torch near her little venom makers. Oh how she hoped to find him dead in the morning. When the thief apologized for entering her home unannounced, Yunneth just stared at him. Was he trying to be charming? Yunneth's expression turned back to her sheer cold demeanor.
"...I can take care of myself. I don't need anyone..."
Yunneth had no wish to have any more companions. Not after last time. Of course the intense solitude was slowly maddening her to a point where she is more violent, she didn't seem to care. Yunneth glared at the three and sighed.
"Rest here for now but you had better be out of my home by day break."
Yunneth soon returned to the canopy that she was keeping her various tomes, potions and research materials. Even a small cot for her to rest in. Yunneth was working on poisons right now while her plant experiment was taking time to go to the next step. Yunneth looked very tired but she couldn't sleep. And for a young girl her age, it was pitiful in a way.

By St. Elimine! How was it everyone could resist him so? Everytime he needed it, his silver tongue failed him. He'd give an annoyed look at the two bandits before deciding that their company wasn't something he'd enjoy. He'd push past the two with a sigh and follow the girl's path slowly. You two have fun... If i'm not back by morning, she probably fed me to the spiders. He'd take in the feeling of the cave as he walked, it was nicer than the last one he'd been in. Although in that last cave he had been nursing a rather gruesome wound that was still quite visible on his neck.
Hopefully this girl would understand his curiosity, he loved the sense of adventure that came from exploring restricted, forbidden areas. After all, if its there, why can't he look around inside? It wasn't like he wanted to steal her spiders or poisons, he had no use for them. Rarely had rogus gotten himself involved in something he could not profit from monetarily speaking, this was one such instance. He found the girl deep within the cave, in her inner sanctum it seemed. Rogus would hop onto a clear rock, sitting comfortably as possible, and watch as she tended to something he had no understanding for.
Spooky... Why'd a pretty girl want to live here i wonder?

"When she kills you I will take the coins off your corpse", spoke Orland as he took warmed himself by his fire. He did not care for the maiden's threat. He was not one to fear anyone really. He was born with a gigantic body and trained under the fiercest bandits. A little magic was not something he was afraid of, but he was wary. In truth he might have searched the cave some himself, but an angry shaman was not the best thing to have around you. Even more when your resistance to magic was low.

As Orland sat by the fire he noticed something twinkle in the darkness. Normally he would ignore shinny objects, but there was something about this one that caught his attention. It was an Axe and one of fine make. Still a normal axe would not truly draw Orland in, but there was something about this axe. He had seen it before. Somewhere in the past. The giant's curiosity had been itched too much.
He rose from the safety of his fire and walked over into the darkness of the cave. He picked up the axe. It was made of iron and was designed splitting armor. The axe handle was wrapped with shark skin and the pole was made of iron. It was pained over with a thick layer of black paint to protect from rust. On the pommel of the axe were the words "To my closest friend". The giant turned the axe around onto the other side and read the words "Butorega". He had heard the name before. In fact he had meet the man once. It was almost three years ago when his father teamed up with the Black Leather Bandits. "So that is why it caught my attention", spoke Orland.

Yunneth was working on her plant experiment. After a moment, she had noticed she was out of roses. It was one of the plants she was experimenting on but the growing serum she was making didn't work with the roses. She didn't know why but she wanted to see if a tweaked serum would work. Though she didn't want to leave these two idiots here, she had little choice. Just as Yunneth was leaving her large tent, Yunneth saw Orland mess with a Axe Yunneth had left on the table. It was Buto's axe. She had kept it after his death. She had been meaning to repair the sheath for it which is why she left it on the table along with the leather. Seeing the bandit knight mess with it ignited her fury.
"DONT YOU DARE TOUCH THAT!"
Yunneth hurried over and grabbed it out of his hand. She looked at it to be sure it wasn't scratched or anything. Soon she glared back at the knight.
"Don't touch this! Don't you EVER touch this axe!"
Yunneth looked at him then placed the axe on her belt and placed her hand on the axe with a slowly fading scowl that looked like a look of sadness. Yunneth walked toward the cave entrance and sighs.
"...Im going out...don't mess with anything else, stupid."
Yunneth soon walks out and starts looking for much needed components.

Rogus looked at the giant of a knight with a frown.
Come now, must you touch all of our beautiful host's things? He hopped off the rock he had been perched on. What an odd reaction. She hadn't answered him, but he had continued to watch anyhow. She was making SOMETHING, and whatever it was it interested him greatly. His mother was a physician and she taught him much of the trade. He knew how to make a medicine or two, but whatever this woman was creating, it had something to do with plants, not people.
He sauntered over to the knight and stepped in front of him with a hop. I think this would be an excellent time to become introduced... But, i forgot some of my things outside. He smiled cheekily, sidestepped away from the giant, and walked toward the cave's exit. As he left, he saw the girl going down further from the cave, near his old hiding place. Glancing around, he reckoned she might need help... Too bad she had the "Stay away from me" air all about her. But... she was in his path, looking around for something. He was the best at finding things.
He crept closer, how she saw him last time, he didn't know, but he was not trying to be silent, just quiet. He'd step over fallen limb and stop, taking a seat on the dead wood to watch.
Need a hand? I'm rather good at finding things. He said to the girl rather plainly, no added charm or niceties.

Orland was a bit baffled by her reaction. She flared up like a flame almost as if she was going to consume him then she began to die down. Once again she became the embodiment of fire. She soften up to embers and burned out. Her last response was to call him stupid. The giant was frozen in place for a moment. It was so far from what he suspected when she first blazed up that it caught him off guard. He was finally brought back to reality by the thief.
"... Whatever", spoke Orland as he walked away. With his curiosity sated he sat by the fire. However the maiden's reaction still swirled in his head. The thief seemed to have decided to make himself useful. Orland did not trust the man completely, but he figured he would not be stupid enough to try and steal from him. Still the woman's reaction forced its way back into his head. "So what is the story with the axe", asked Orland outloud. In his mind there was no point in beading around the bush.

Yunneth walked around till she found the rose bushes she was looking for. She began to pick roses off the bush then heard the thief offer some help. Yunneth remained quiet, looking at her bloody fingers then shook her head. How she loathed being helped. It was a simple request, yes but...one must think for a moment, Yunneth ended up as a hermit and hasn't spoken to another human soul till today. She looked at the rogue and clicked her tongue.
"...You can help by leaving me be..."

He sat on the rock as she acknowledged him. "...You can help by leaving me be...". He sighed, and leaned back. and was nearly about to go back as she asked until he spotted a familiar color of red his mother had so enjoyed when he was a boy.
A bush full of red blooms was just out of sight in the woods. A normal eye no doubt had missed them, but a thief's? Nothing could hide from that vision. Rogus stood and did as she asked, left her be... for the moment at least.
As you wish milady. He couldn't stand a girl being so mopey; what had his mother said cheered a girl up the most? Roses. He took his time in walking to the hidden treasure. It was a small plant, only holding no more than five blooms. He reached down and cut the stem of one off, being sure to not prick his finger with the dreaded thorns. He wagered such a dark young lady would appreciate something so sinister as thorns, and didn't bother to widdle them off. After a few minutes of leaving her alone, he came back, silently walking out of the wood just a few feet behind her.
I know you said to leave you be, but i cannot allow the mood of my host to consist so drearily, perhaps this will cheer you up. He held the rose for her to see, it was between his thumb and ring finger, hanging oh-so delicately. He took a small whiff of it, Please, I hope this can be a gift of kindness, sorry if i am continuing to be an annoyance.

Yunneth was glad to be rid of the man for a little while. She honestly wasn't in the mood for interruptions. Yunneth wanted to take her time and perhaps think some things over. The witch was thinking about visiting her old friends grave but she doesn't trust the imbeciles who are intruding upon her encampment. Perhaps moving would be good? Yunneth sighed and saw the rose. Yunneth looked at it and sighed.
"...You really cant take a hint...can you?"
Yunneth rubbed her temples and soon a weary looking gaze fell upon the man.
"...I don't care anymore...do as you please. Just...stay out of my things."
Yunneth took the rose since she decided to humor the man and soon begins to speak once more.
"And as for "cheering me up" just forget it. Happiness is merely a stranger to me. Happiness? Bah...such hogwash should be forgotten. Keep this in mind, happiness isn't real. The faster you realize this the better..."

"I am going to have to disagree", spoke Orland as the giant rose form his seat. At first he was simply sitting there biding his time. He only decided to join in on the conversation when the maiden cursed the very thing most people seek in life. Happiness, the one thing bandits and brigands seek above all else. For happiness they will kill a thousand, and for happiness they will desperate themselves from all of society.
"Happiness is fleeting", spoke Orland. "I will not deny that, but it is real. When one pulls victory out of what looks like can only be defeat one feels happy. When you are reunited with a person you thought was dead you are happy. When you finally achieve your goal you are happy."

Big bad and ugly is right. Rogus grinned at the giant knight. Well, his example was horrid, but he's right.
I'm not here to patronize you, but being all alone in a dark cave sure doesn't seem to hold any hapiness in the future. He paused and grinned at her, But, hey, maybe I am wrong. It's perfectly possible for you to find happiness in solitude, but if i may offer my own opinon; Isn't solitude much more enjoyable when you have someone to share it with? He thought anything worth enjoying was worth sharing, besides loot of course. Any loot to be found was his: no sharing.
He laughed, realizing the shaman had asked him to leave her alone, he simply nodded to her and went to pick another rose. It wasn't often one came apon such a miracle as a wild rose bush Rogus reasoned. Might as well take a souvenir. As he walked away he caught himself in a net of hypocracy; he wanted to be alone as much as Yunneth once, and he lost something quite dear to him. No dooubt the situations differed yet the underlying motive was still the same. He whispered his conclusion to himself:
Its quite selfish really... and I'm a thief, selfish is my specialty...
