Trainees have gone the extra mile, so I believe that they should have something to tell them apart. Like a different color star or something simple like that.

1 yellow star-Trainiee 2 blue stars-Basic 3 green stars-Promoted. To create a difference between trainiee classes as they promote and the normal ones I would have to create more groups. That would take a decent amount of time for making them look special.

I always saw it as an RP experience, nothing more. A character's "specialness" is dictated by the RPer, not a gold star  |
