Yep, here I am again with another bundle of weapon requests. So FE has actual Poison weapons of varying type, such as the Poison Sword and Poison Axe. Well, I was wondering if we might be able to either get those in the shop or maybe as part of the Magical Weapons. Really would love being able to have a poison themed weapon as it'd really work with thief/assassin types as well as other potential character concepts too.

Canonically speaking they've generally just been 'generic' weapon types that could fit into normal swords/axes/etc, but I think it'd be pretty friggin' awesome if they got to be a magic weapon option here. Corrosive geyser stuff would be AWESOME to play with.

While it may be fun to use poison weapons, and make sense for some characters, it would require god moding to actually be effective here. It would have to be a fast acting poison in order for it to be viable in combat but that's treading into god mode. It works in a game because it does chip damage each turn where in a RP it literally means life or death, either it works now and they die or it kicks in later and they die.

I could see this being implemented as RP fluff here and there.
Example: Tut poisoning the well in the battle at Arriston's HQ ahead of time. It knocked out a chunk of the defenders, and allowed the significantly weaker force of Richter's army to actually breach the walls.
Example: Rayl was poisoned, and it significantly weakened him for a time in the rp.
This feels like it would make a better set dressing agreed upon by both sides than something put into a rigid stat system. At least to me.

Just my two cents worth -- what if the poison wasn't lethal, per se, but more debilitating? Hazy vision, unsteadiness, cramps, etc?
