The newly fallen snow of Ilia began landing upon Mattew's face just as morning dew or rain begins to fall whilst in a fast movement. Lead didn't seem phased by the snow and cold, as he had most likely been standing in such for a while within the stables. Mattew could still barely see Viola up in the clouds with her bright green hair flowing in the wind. It was quite peaceful to Mattew. Mattew hadn't been able to observe Viola taking flight until this point and in his mind, he was indeed quite right when it came to her expertise with everything pegasus. From feeding, grooming, and generally maintaining her pegasus she seemed like she knew what she was doing. Mattew kept an eye on her as he continued along with Lead and began thinking about Viola and his past. He hadn't met anyone who was as much kind to him as Viola had been up until this point, saving his life and all. Viola hadn't done anything out of the ordinary for him but compared to the betrayal he had faced in earlier years of his life it was a warming welcome. Not to mention Mattew was reminded of her sparkling green hair, and the way she conducted herself he had to admit he found somewhat attractive. His face turned slightly red at the thought. Mattew wasn't in love or anything of the sort he assured himself as well, but traveling alongside a pretty girl trained in everything pegasus and one who is at minimum polite and kind in exchanging words was absolutely a step up in his life.

Viola soared through the skies. Despite his seeming trustworthy, Viola did not really know much about Matthew's past. She had shared quite a bit about herself, but had never inquired about him. Well, she did not want to ask of anything that he might not want to share. After all he had said she did not have to share as much as she did. She decided she would not worry about it and if he told her about any of his past, she would listen as diligently as he did top her story. Viola landed near a few trees. She knew Matthew was not far behind so he would be here soon enough. It was getting late and this seemed like ample cover for a night's rest. The sun was setting which cast a red hue to the sky. It seems sailors would be delighted tomorrow. Anima stood by the trees to shield himself from the wind as Viola put up a medium sized tent. Viola had modified it so that Anima could stand inside to be shielded from the cold winds, but also put a small flap between Anima's and her own sleeping area so she wouldn't get too cold. Viola started a small fire as the red hued sky started to turn black. She placed two pieces of rabbit on sticks and placed them on a rack over the fir to cook. She had applied a simple seasoning mix of salt, pepper, and thyme to the meat before it cooked. ((thread for this support. Takes place just after it: Link ))
