Change to thread limits.

So, for those who had missed it, there was a big discussion in the Cbox about main plot vs personal plot. Some had felt personal plot held the main plot back and others felt it was the personal plots that got things moving in general. Don't get me wrong, ignoring exacting wording because it would be boring to write and to cut to the chase, they both had valid points.
My first thought was to add more slots, but that would still alienate one side. Unless, we add one extra slot solely for main plot. So you would get 1 Main Plot slot and 3 Personal Plot threads*. Currently the only main plot is the war with Etruria, we may add more to that list after we(Mods) talk about it.
This change is effective immediately.
*You can trade Personal Plot Threads for Main Plot Threads but not the other way around.
