The Monster's Blade (Mila/Vincent Support C)

The day was growing old and the group was able to rest before the mission began so Vincent found this to be an optimum time to speak with Mila about her research and perhaps cast a bit more light on his concerns. "So, the thing I wanted to talk to you about is this blade I got a hold of." Vincent carefully produced a weapon wrapped in several layers of cloth.
He proceeded to set it onto a table and unwrap it. After the several moments it took to get through all of the layers he revealed a wicked looking sword. The handle had tiny barbs that threatened to prick the hands of its would be wielder and a blade that pulsed with a purple glow. The worst part of all was that it gave the feeling of someone watching you, watching and hating. It was an oppressive air to Vincent and he could only imagine how much so to Mila who was innately far more in tune with spirits than he was.
"A few weeks back in Cornwall a caravan had been destroyed and the people involved slaughtered by bonewalkers and a wight. It was... horrifying. It was like the nether surrounded this creature and empowered it beyond what it should ever have been." He nodded to the blade, "And it eventually drew this. Mila, I have never come so close to death, not even at the Siege on the City of Heroes did I feel so outmatched. I'm honestly terrified of what this might mean is to come for us all in the future." He stepped aside in the case she wanted to examine it closer.
