Looks pretty solid, I'd say! Maybe it's just me, but the only thing that looks odd to me is his right eye, cause it looks like there's just a blank white spot. Other than that, it's awesome.

I'd say it looks pretty darned good! Only thing I would try is, like Kyra said, to make the monocle more recognizable.
