I would prefer to do that after meeting up with "The crew" so we don't have to wait LONGER for everyone to meet up.

Just, don't start killing kings in the middle of the night and blame it on his guards. BTW, you start with a slim lance, not an iron lance.

Ya, it would test his character to find our of he really likes me. Regaurdless if he likes you or not he'll protect you. And I quote him back in the desert before Brad/Ryan dissapeared... "I'll protect you with my life, all of you."

Oh Katara! Golden sun rox. I've been waiting for the third one to come out, but it's not certain if that's going to happen.

ya, what do you think it will be? A prequel or sequel?

*Changes weapon to a Slim Lance*
Added: BTW I'll have my own reason for kidnapping Katara. My character could care less about his love life and he has many more important things to worry about.
GS3 should definately be a sequel. Too many questions left unanswered.

Indeed. And the ending was really lame. I had so many difficulties with beating that dragon. But I found Golden Sun I better than GSII. And I was really disappointed that there was almost nothing to see or to find around Lemuria. Dull place, really.

I too preferred the first one, I'm a bit of a so-called expert on the series, cause it rocks. I haven't heard anything conclusive about a SECOND GS (TLA was the second half of the first game.), but you can bet that when I do I will be jumping for joy. Maybe on the DS, no?

I agree that the first one was better. You got that epic feeling, especially towards the end of the game when you meet Babi.
I heard some good news thought. It is rumored that Camelot is making a new RPG and even hired a brand new team. Could it be GS3? Maybe, but I'm not getting my hopes up just yet.

There was this Hoax that GS3 (or 2 according too Lumino) would be there. This joke originated on the GS forums. And when I first read it (it even had screenshot) I was all worked up and then read that it was a hoax... I cried.
Anyway, one of my favorite sidemissions in GS part 1 was the one with the cloak, you know, that you had to walk in the shadows. I also enjoyed the Games in Tolbi A LOT.
That was awesome. oh! oh! and the ship! you know, that you had to pick who had to man the oars. That was awesome too.

I remember those two screenshots. I also thought it was real. Oh well...
I'd have to say that my favorite part in GS1 was when you first entered Venus Lighthouse. I don't know why, but the music in Venus Lighthouse just got you feeling like the last showdown is right around the corner.

So true, General, so true...
And, they only said that the development of a third game in the series was up in the air. Sounds kind of familiar, doesn't it?*coughFF7remakecough*
Anyway...I hope they DO release a third game, for the DS, this time around. Think of the possibilities...Blowing on a mic would cast Whirlwind, touching water puddles would make someone cast Frost on it(this someone would be the first in the party order that has it)...
