Alan flew lower until he was at speaking range of Matthias. 'So, are you going to take the old one's quest. Become saviour of the world?' Alan smirked, he had travelled far with the archer lately and knew he was more likely to join in with the bandits.

Zeiss looked at Dray'Gon and nodded approvingly. 'You speak for me also, I knew that the bandit threat that is rising has to be dealt with but it seems that we are dealing with something much more menacing.'

Sergey stood silent still. He did not even reply to the insult on Alan's part. Patience is a virtue but yet, we are in a desert. This town surely is an inhabited island in a sea of deserted lands. My chance might come sooner then I thought. Still Sergey listened to the Archsage's reply. It was an interesting story.

Matthias blew out his lips, thankful that the wyvern scared off any people on the streets. "f**k no, I'm not exactly hero material, if you hadn't noticed yet. How about you, 'Sir' Alan?"

OoC: just me, or did Matthias lose the censor?
Kenshin and Lumino's discussion had interested Alexia, but it would be rude for her to interrupt. She was rather disappointed that Matthias and Alan had just taken off like that. To think that two of the most strongest members of their party would abandon them. "I agree with the more learned members. I barely understand magic... let alone something like this. Do you really think we'd be able to fight this?"

"Why did I listen to you...because you were defending. I suppose that's a poor reason though, I mean even the villanous can defend. But I just had this feeling that you weren't out to do the wrong thing, plus Alexia did help me at the start. But...bah, I tire of this conversation. Our main concern should be to plan our next move."

'Pfah... I'm not sure, this lot all has great intentions and all but... the Ostians need us too, suppose we oughta head back there.' Alan said thoughtfully.

"Why are you all so selfish?!" Ralph had been quiet for some time, tears were dripping down his face. "You care more for yourselves than everyone in the world! Even if you are fighting bandits or Bern, we need to think about the world, and everyone in it, even if they are from Bern, Lycia, Ilia, Sacae, Etruria, or Nabata! Oh, sure, we can defeat the bandits, but only by working together can we save the world."

OoC: three conversations at once, what fun...
"Yeah, since for some reason I'm in charge there. How exactly did that f**k-up happen?" he chuckled darkly to himself, causing some of the few people on the street to avoid him. Anyone chuckling darkly while standing that close to a wyvern should be avoided at all costs. "though you might wanna avoid that area. Ain't you a deserter or somethin'?"

"Excuse me? Deaf ears? Your the one who tried to kill innocents back at that village." Katara said to Sergey. "I hope you dont see all of us like that Dirk. Alexia and Lumino are true Martyrs when it comes to saving and caring for people..."

Alexia blushed a little at the words. "That's not necessary. I just do what someone should do in the circumstance," she looked over at Athos. "It seems as though it would be in the best interests of all if we accepted his quest. I, for one, am not about to let the world simply end. Though, I have to admit I really want to kill those bandits for what they did." She looked a little ashamed to be saying that. "Nevertheless, I think we should accept this burden. All of us. Even you, fighter," she looked over at Sergey, who had spent most of the time arguing. "If Athos summoned you here, you must be of some importance as well. Do not be so willing to throw aside your destiny."

Dray'Gon added onto what Alexia said, saying "I'll be taking up the call as well, even though I was not summoned here. It seems to grave to just pass off as some simple errand with few risks." Dray'Gon then turned to Athos, saying, "I just hope I know what I'm getting into. As I said before, I was not here to hear most of the conversation. If for some reason I will not be permitted to assist, at least let me know, though I would be disappointed. I'm sure a dragon alongside these folks would be a great asset." (OOC: Kenshin, or Matthias, one of you will have to restate what my character was not present for as he knows little about what this whole thing is about. )

OoC:Ok, look at what topics your character was in. Look when he entered/exited. Everything that's within your entrence and exit is all that he knows.
BiC: "Well if Athos is right, they are the legendry heros. They were able to take on, and drive the dragons away. I would belive giveing Athos time to study them to see if he sees a weakness is our best bet, or we could try fighting one and test their limits and see our selfs. I'm not sure, any ideas? I'm asking because you seem to be wise for one your age."
