Zachias caught the light bedding while almost dropping his heal staff and letting out a slight eep. He then put the bedding under his arm as he got a tighter grip on his heal staff. He then turned his attention back to Morrigyn as he went to answer her question. "Actually, that's primarily why I've been trying to travel around the continent, so as to improve my healing abilities. I personally don't think I'm too good at it, but the people at the church says that I actually am somewhat good" he said. Granted, if it wasn't for him, the warrior that came in that one day to his church would have died, he still doubted his own abilities. "But I'm still more than capable of healing more than simple cuts and scrapes though if that's what your wondering" He finished.
Zachias then finished as he went and put his bedding on the cot that was brought out to him. "Well then...if you don't mind me asking, what convinced you to pick up the lance?" he asked. He knew that many Illians became mercenaries to make an income for themselves, but with the war thats going on with Etruria, their trying to defend themselves from the Etrurian forces that threaten their and Sacaes borders. "...and how long have you been training here approximately? You don't have to answer me if you don't want to though if it's too personal for you. I understand after all" he said. He whipped his hair back as he looked around some more. Clearly, if she wasn't nervous, he certainly was.
