Having been walking awhile, his sword drawn just in case, he learned one thing: He hated the thought of having to fight on the ground, and honestly missed that Bernese Charger of his. Hopefully the group had been able to get it, Surely it would help them well, Especially Rayne, her armor would slow her down otherwise...just like his was a pain to be walking in, even if it wasn't as heavy-
Why was he rambling on and on about Rayne?! Anyways, at about this point, he turned back to his two companions, since he had either been walking abit fast, or they just preferred having him in front, he could and probably would never tell, didn't I make it clear I wasn't leader material?!

"Rayl, I can tell, you miss having them around to. Just try to reconsider! They're leaderless, and wondering where we are. What if they get themselves into trouble? You were always the one with the plan, and some of them are fairly new at the fighting business. Just promise me you'll think about it, okay?" Darius nodded his head after the last part. That was all he could say. He had already said that he wouldn't cross Rayl, cause he was after all, their leader.

"We do not know where they are even are now! We could travel back to Lycia, but by that time, they may have gone somewhere else! For all we know, they could have split up! Besides, they can handle themselves. Night may be reckless, but he's capable (besides, Kaim is always around to keep him alive.). Sireace isn't a strong fighter, but her speed makes up for that. As for Yurat, but I never fully trusted him in the first place, long story. Aleth is almost as experienced as I am, and has been a companion of mine for a long while, I wouldn't doubt her if I were you. As for Rayne...She may be inexperienced and Anxious, but so was I when I started, but it doesn't last long, and I know she has potential." he seemed to speak most fondly of Rayne, odd...
"Besides, as I have said: They know the plan: Find out as much as possible about Etruria, and possibly recruit more people...I have a feeling things are going to get worse. They also know I've gotten myself into worse situations and made it out alive, though I doubt you know about those. Jackie does, though. Right?" he then called back to their other, more silent, mage friend.

"Rayl, you may think you aren't cut out to be a leader, but you should listen to yourself. You just gave everyone's strengths and weaknesses, most leaders don't care how well their soldiers can battle."

"No, I just had nothing else to do when I was injured that one time, so I watched the others fight. Now where was I, oh yes, Darius. He fights alot like you, Jackie, besides the fact of the whole fireballs of death thing, though I have to admit, he's abit more reckless that you are, but he's skilled. You however, are more reliable, though not as strong. And myself...I let my own problems get in the way, and protect you all more than myself (as you have noticed.), and I am technically the most valuable fighter in our group...just try and keep me from drinking booze, even a sip and I'll be a complete Jerk, as I've been told, by alot of people...including you."
That last part was said quieter, but you could still hear it, as he quickened his pace abit, sword gone from a relaxed position to a ready position...did he see something?

Darius sighed. "Alright, whatever you think Rayl. I can't say much more at this point, I've covered it all. If you haven't changed your mind now you never will." Darius looked down and followed Rayl. "Maybe you aren't such a good leader after all. You know, Rayne probably misses you." After that last remark Darius decided to keep quite. After all, he did say he wouldn't cross Rayl, and that was that. Darius didn't know how much good they could do with a lone knight and two mages, but that was that. After all, if they did succeed, then he might get a chance to meet Athos. And that was what he really wanted.

"Your trying to get stabbed, arn't you Darius?" He mumbled to himself, before speaking aloud," Besides, why would she miss me when we just met, you doltard!" Shaking his head, he sped up abit more, sword still at the ready, as you could now see lights up ahead," That's either a town, or a bandit camp...let's hope it the preceding of the two." he muttered

"Stop fighting you two, we are at a disadvantage in the open with only three people and you two arguing isn't helping." Jackie sighed frustratingly and quickened her pace to match Rayl's.

Darius receded into himself. He wouldn't talk any more now. This was Rayl's problem not his. He would just have to wait until he saw how much they needed them. He opened a book of mythology and read while he walked. There was always some truth in mythology, and some of it would be useful. That was where he had learned his "Fireballs of death" thing. Darius had become adept at reading wherever he was, as he often found sanctuary inside books. He could imagine himself being the hero in the story, and it felt good, especially since Darius was always so insignificant. He had learned that reading could calm him, so if he was ever angry or unhappy, he would just read a book for a while. Back to the current situation. Rayl would see the light, it was just a matter of time. Darius was confident that Rayl would learn about how important he was to them all.

"...He started it..." Rayl muttered, despite how childish it sounded. She was right however, but from what he could tell, up ahead was a small village, and it was doubted to be any of the ones that Jackie had marked on the map, mainly since it shouldn't have taken them this short a time to get to one of them, especially when on foot and walking the dark, so he turned his head to seek Jackie's (not Darius', he'd pissed him off once and right when he had woken up too.)," Should we pass through this one, or do we need supplies?"

Darius decided to just keep quite. HE thought that they should go for provisions, but after all, no matter what Rayl said, Rayl was the leader. Darius receded farther into his own thoughts, and thought about how everyone else was doing. It had seemed like nobody else had liked him that much yet, but Darius was friendly by nature and quickly took to them all. Even Leeroy Jenkins. But who knows how long it might be until they met up again. He might not even see any of them again. Rayl didn't seem to notice that. Maybe he was so fed up with helping others instead of himself, that he had snapped. Everyone has to do somethings for themselves. It was only a matter of time before Rayl realized that he needed his friends. Darius knew it would happen, so he decided not to rush it. His outlook turned brighter. "Hey Rayl, I'm sorry. I kinda went off on you there. Truce?"

Richter had traveled outside of the bustling city of Etruria. Whoever this "Kraft" was, he was no villain. Perhaps he may have come to power through unscrupulous means, perhaps he was no saint, but he did not oppress his people. The citizens seemed happy, however boring the city may have been.
Richter walked far until he saw a small village, but it was growing dark. "Perhaps I'll camp out here for the night," he muttered to himself. He plopped himself down under a tree to get some rest.

Rayl had stopped suddenly, holding up a hand for his friends to stop, as he squinted to gaze better into the darkness, if possible. There was an outline of a shape near a tree, a human outline," Stay back, I'll check up ahead for bandits." Hey, you never know, right?
Sword still at the ready, he took a few more steps, before circling around the tree, evaluating the sleeping, if he was (couldn't tell, too dark), if they were indeeed a bandit, before he shrugged, and tapped the man in the leg with his boot," Hey, you shouldn't rest here, bandits may be about." He wasn't sure why he was helping him, but oh well: that's what he did.

Richter, feeling the kick against his leg, slowly came to his senses. He looked to his sides, but there was nobody there. As he looked up, he saw a man hovering above him, his outline drawn by the moonlight.
"Hey, you shouldn't rest here, bandits may be about." Surprised, Richter fell backwards, clutching at his sword hilt. Wait, what? Richter went over the man's words in his head. The man wasn't attacking him? He let go of his sword hilt, but kept his wrist rested upon it. Adjusting his glasses, Richter stood up, and stared at what he could see of the man in the darkness. "Who are you?" Richter asked in his usual blunt manner.

"I can't and won't say. You may call me Raymond." Since they had entered Etruria...well, since he woke up in Etruria, he had begun to take his idea of disguising himself abit more seriously, you never know who is out to cut your throught here, and he was still following those rumors of an army being formed rapidly in Delfia...or whatever the capitol was called, he couldn't read well for crying out loud!
"The point is you better get moving to that village before an thieves and bandits find us." Keeping his voice to barely above whisper, he held a hand out, probably the only part of him you could see in the darkness, since the moonlight reflected off his armored gloves, the only part of his armor currently in view even if it was daylight, keeping his cloak over him, and bandanna over most of his face.," NOw it's my turn to ask: What is your name." Oddly enough, it didn't sound like a question, for he had started to change his tone form his usual self.
