Sitting the living room of the two story house, sat Venessa who had been relaxing from all the flying and blood shed that was going on in the world. Sorrow was in the field eating the pile of meat that his master had placed for him. She was looking at the fire place sipping on some wine that was sitting in the cellar for a good five years. She was thinking about going back into the field of combat or even rejoining her old unit again. She had lost all contact with them when they returned back to their Kings Castle to protect it. Slowly standing up, she looked outside and saw the sun was slowly setting to the west. Night was approaching and she had much to do still. Going into the kitchen area and placing the goblet down on the counter, she went to the cellar and grabbed some meat and potatoes with a few other Vegetables. Going up the staircase, she set everything down next to another fire place which was used for cooking. When she went to grab some cooking prongs and a fork with knife, she looked into a hallway which connected to her armoury. There stood on it's rack was her black armour. Letting out another sigh, she went towards it. The Wyvern rider felt rather empty inside. With no one to live with and without flying anymore, she had fallen into a state of mild depression. Company of any kind would be gran to her since she also lost Klain. Not knowing where he was made her wonder if he was painting or stealing art work again.
Placing a hand over the kneck guard, she looked at the full suit of armour over and over again. Her old Iron spear sat in a corner collecting dust. 'Has it been that long since I last been in here? Dust now covers everything.' Shaking her head, she decided that it was enough waiting around. Dismanteling her armour, she would begin to slide the pieces back onto herself. The helmet was the last piece to be put on. Moving every part of the armour to get use to it again, she walked out of the room and snatched the Iron lance into her hand slamming the door behind her.
When outside, she breathed in the night time air. Lifting up the face guard, The wyvern Rider would let out a loud pitch whistle which was the calling for Sorrow. Sorrow stopped eating and perked up his head after hearing the Whistle. With his sharp horns and a belly full, he ran towards where Venessa was standing. Leading him to the barn, she grabbed the sattle and mounted it on him as well as some pieces of armour to keep his belly and kneck safe. Once that was all done, she patted the black Wyvern and jumped onto it. Grabbing the reigns, she kicked off yelling "HYAA!" Sorrow ran out of the barn and took to the sky.
