Agni wriggled her tightly fitted leather curass so it sat straight on her thin frame again and grinned back at the bard as he looked over. Seoras seemed enthralled with the two bards, when he gave her his attention again she gave him an answer.
"Technically I'm just looking to do some good. The fighting about over at home and I wanted to do something to even out this crazy place." She grinned at the tall boy. "What about you? What brings you to the big city?"
Agni retied her hair up and smoothed her ponytail out. Glory she was tired! She saw Ichabod melt into the crowd and hurry away as Kearn seemed to settle what his next move would be. Agni remembered she was looking for a town hall where she might find some information about work getting rid of bandits or the like.
"Seoras? Would you want to join me? I could use something to eat and a companion around town for a bit." Agni smiled nervously "Plus I'll split the bill with you!" Agni shuffled her feet a bit and twiddled her fingers. She would like some company... after all she really missed traveling with other people.

The fiery haired bard heard a voice calling out his name as he readied to make his way forward, and looked before moving on. It was that pair of dancers he'd spotted earlier. "The only act here is life, Lad. Sometimes it's grand. Sometimes it's grim. If there's a script writer, I'd love to meet him. As to it bein' an act, it was. And it was natural, and it was unrehearsed." He smiled. Improvising and riding what life had in store for you was the best path....
He started to draw near, but held off as he saw the pair's attention going to each other. He heard the girl commenting that she wanted to so some good here, and elsewhere. That was a pleasant surprise. The world needed its heroes. And so did he. He just hoped that his actions, and the actions of other dogooders would inspire more to take up their packs and help others.
A sly smile came over his face as he came up with his plan, and he slunk away into the crowds. Heading towards the center. Before he got too far, he stopped at a small bench in the shade, and pulled out his quill, ink, and a few sheets of parchment. Working quickly, he drew up a few sheets of paper with his draft on it, and then went passed through the most crowded parts of the city, handing out a few gold pieces to orphans and other youngsters to act as criers for his message. When he reached the the center of town, he posted his job up on the board, and made for the Four Flagons. They were known to be a large tavern, and they had a large open air eating area with plenty of room for him to perform outside. Even at night. Reports on the food seemed to differ depending on whether you had the innkeep or someone else actually cooking the meal, but mostly people went there for the socializing.
His poster and the criers said the same thing. They said:
Kearn was sure that he'd get people interested after his performances today, the poster, and the criers. People would come. Some to gawk. Some to make fun of him or hassle him for what he was doing. There were always a few of that sort around. Some would find it in their heart to step up and assist though, and he did need help. Help to help a sick people in Tuscana, from what he'd heard.
