ugh... one of the i play over wifi always plays as lucas DX it really annoys me. he really sucks

Lucas is a lot better then you think. If played right he shuts down the can of spam known as Meta Knight.

Let me rephrase that, a GOOD Meta knight is hard to stop once he starts spaming.

Well, if you time it right you could use Ike or Marth's down B, though personally I just run in using Captain Falcon's Forward B. It usually workes, and then I can follow with a knee smash If I've done enough damage.

I would just throw something and go in for the kill. I throw items alot though, so that's just me.

Items are banned at tournaments thus defeating your way around it.

Most of the time they'll come at you with the glide then go into the tornado and spam the hell out of B. |

Well, them I would use a ranged attack and go in for the kill. I love the Metaknight glitch in stage builder stages where you can go through the floor. I'll let Quosimito explain it, as I'm occupied right now.
