Lugh and Lilina both have 5 Con, but Lugh has better Speed which means Lilina will have a harder time hitting and evading with heavier tomes then Lugh.

Yeah but what tomes are heavier? Bolting? Foreblaze? Its not like nino getting nuked when using excalibur. |

This isn't FE7 and Lilina isn't Nino, Nino has very good growths in return for coming so late and underleveled, Lilina can get in trouble with her Speed and Skill.
