Yaen nodded. "Greetings Saffra. I am Yaen of the Amasi tribe." he greeted, returning her bow with one of his own. "...This will sound strange," he warned, "But I am wondering if, by any chance, you know a young girl named Myra."

Saffra gave a pleased smile, finally knowing the myrmidon's name, now she didn't have to say 'Hey You!' all the time,,,not that she ever had currently, that is. Smirking, she mouthed the word of his tribe, as if trying to taste it, and then gave a prompt nod of her head.
"Pleasure, Yaen of the Amasi tribe."
Bowing somewhat, she spread her arms as she curtsy-bowed, acting in the way with her arms as though they were her wings, in a sense. Once straightening herself up, she blinked at the name, and thumbed her chin, and frowned, shaking her head.
"I've only been in your world for around three or four-hundred years...but that name rings no bells for me...sorry...if I might ask, who is she?"

"No on, really. Just a young girl I met, a long time ago." he replied. It was the truth. Just not the whole truth. "Thats all, really. I'm sorry if I wasted your time." he apologised, offering another bow.

She just stared at him for the time being, trying to figure what brought on the question, but as he gave his bow, she didn't linger on his question, and gave a smile back to him, as Saffra took a step back, and waved to Yaen.
"Well Yaen, I hope to see you again sometime soon, I've got to leave for a little while, but I'll return as soon as I can."
Humming, she turned a little and dashed off back to the clinic. Her run was fast, really fast. She didn't feel like her time was wasted, but she needed to get going, and let Rayl know all which had happened here. In Dragon form, she could travel quickly to Rayl from Laus. He headed to Araphen, but was on his way to Bern. No way he would be there yet...so he would be in Sacae most likely, to make travel quick.
Once inside the building, she packed her things, and grabbed for her staff, and then her cloak. Once everything was ready, she began to hit the road, looking like just another traveler on a long journey ahead.

As the three sat by the stables, they would feel a wind blow by. Not the normal, comforting breezes of Lycia, no this was a colder wind, it seemed to chill to the bone.
Spirit shook her mane, stomping her feat on the padded ground and whinnying. It was a moment of stillness as Chelsea attempted to calm the horse down before another cold wind blew through and the horse pulled away. Snapping whatever restraints were in place, she bolted from them and began running east, at a full gallop. It was only a few moments before the horse had vanished from their eyes in the busy, city streets.

"Spirit! No! Come back!" Without so much as a look towards the other two, Chelsea hurried off after her beloved horse. Dodging around various people as she ran, she swept the area to try and find her. "Spirit!?" She asked a few nearby people but they hadn't seen anything. Feeling like she might cry any second, she kept on moving. She had to find Spirit. She just had to.

Gabriel and Harlow made it to the clinic not long after their chat. They looked around, but no one seemed to be in the hall. "They just had to go and fool around, didn't they?" he said, sighing. An attendant passed by, and he asked her whether Lady Lucy of Pherae was still inside the hospistal. After a nod and some pointing, they made their way to her room.
"Lucy, I believe we should leave Laus immediately. We have no idea what Sir Anothony will do now. He probably still thinks that we caused the academy to fall. I had a chat with him, but I doubt it managed much. Also I...do believe Etruria has spies in Lycia, given how Chester mentioned Kraft's name during the battle. We can't know if Chester is an ally of Kraft or just a simple pawn, but knowing that wouldn't help much either."
"Apparently Chester had been meeting someone from Etruria these past few weeks, and Chester convinced everyone in the magic school that we were a group aiming to ransack the city. That's probably why so many mages fought."
Lucy stood by the window, not having said a word since the two men entered.
"I see. I will do what I can to try and convince Sir Anthony. You head on as planned. Move towards Ostia with a smaller group, and send a messenger to Pherae, detailing the situation. Include Rayl's departure and the sighting of another dragon, as well as our problems here in Laus."
"If...you say so. Just be careful. Sir Anthony probably considers us to be enemies by now."

Kelvin was startled as Spirit ran off, but as soon as Chelsea took off after her, Kelvin followed. Spirit was getting farther and farther away and Kelvin realized that a chase on foot was futile. He stopped next to Chelsea, and whistled for Kashmir. His horse came running, but did not stop at its master's side. Instead, he kept galloping past, spooked by the same thing that had scared Spirit. "Great, just great," Kelvin said, "Now we're down two horses."

Chelsea watched as Kashmir went running by. She sighed, she had hoped that would have been a faster way to Spirit but apparently not. "Come on, Kelvy, before they get away!" She hurried off again, shoving her way through the crowd. All these people and not one had tried to stop the horses? People made her sad sometimes. She looked back towards Kelvin, who was still right behind her and grabbed his hand. She wouldn't lose him too.

(OOC: Thanks for the heads up about dragons, Gabe - I guess I somehow missed that bit of history. I'll probably edit my last post to reflect that)
IC: Gabriel was right - it wasn't long before they were back at the clinic. But there was almost nobody there - Saffra must have already come and gone - with the exception of Lady Lucy, who was looking a lot better. She and Gabriel had a brief exchange, during which Harlow said nothing. When they fell silent, Harlow spoke up. "I'm ready to travel to Ostia at any moment, but I don't know where everyone else is." Actually, Harlow wasn't sure he'd met everyone in the group yet - he was pretty sure Mikar and the red-haired blacksmith were still resting here in the clinic, but there were Chelsea and Valcrist and Kelvin to account for, plus that one myrmidon he hadn't met and probably a few others.
"But I don't know what we can expect to find at Ostia," he continued. "I don't believe I've told you, but I was in Ostia just recently and by chance decided to leave just before it was purged by holy fire. I'm sure you've heard the story from others, and I know it sounds farfetched, but I saw the blaze with my own eyes. So you can add mine to the stories about Ostia's destruction. I guess Sir Anthony doesn't believe the stories or he'd be more willing to help us?" Harlow didn't know anything about the supposed report from Denzel about Ostia still standing, but he figured maybe that information would help Lucy try to convince the Marquess.
"Anyways, I think I'll try to find some of the others. Excuse me, Gabriel, Lady Lucy." Harlow nodded to each of them and left the room, his stomach twisting into a knot as he resigned himself to a return to Ostia. But he was determined that this time his role would be to aid the once noble city instead of to help bring about its destruction.
Soon after he'd left the clinic, he spotted the myrmidon from before sitting on a bench nearby. Wondering why he hadn't noticed him before, he approached him and greeted him nonchalantly. "Oi! Myrmidon! I don't believe I've met you yet. The name's Harlow. Anyways, we're getting ready to move out. Where is everybody?"

Kelvin grabbed Chelsea's hand as they dashed through the crowd. They finally reached the edge of the city, but the horses were out of sight. Kelvin didn't give up hope and immediately began searching the ground for horse tracks. "Help me look for their tracks," Kelvin called to Chelsea.

Chelsea nodded and started to look around for tracks. After looking for a few minutes, she finally spotted two pairs of tracks heading away from the city. "There! Kelvin, here, I found them!" She started off after them, keeping her eyes glued on the tracks. She looked up quickly to see if she could see their horses, but nothing was there. She groaned softly as she looked back towards Kelvin as he caught up. "We're never gonna find them again are we..."

That was short, uneventful, and incredibly awkward... Exasperated, he sighed as he reflected on the little dinner he had. The whole time, it was like he was barely there. The two talked to each other, and only noticed his existance when they began to feel the pangs of guilt. It was they were on a date again, and he was dragged along for it, then dropped off halfway through. This didn't bother him though, he expected that going in. No, if he ever really wanted to talk to either person, he'd have to get them alone.
Still, his tummy was full, and he was out of things he could do. The people at the clinic were being helped by professionals, and he would just get in the way. No one there knew him either, that girl with gold eyes, the pirate, Sir Waltz, none of them knew him personally enough to want to see him... or be happy to. The recovering mages were busy being interrogated or busy being half-dead... He would be a nuisance. An obnoxious little waste of space with blond hair.
The town itself still held many things he could visit, but the flamed to do so has flickered and faltered until it wasn't even a warm glow. The only places he would want to visit now are either closed because it's late, or closed because of what happened earlier. No, he would have to go back to the encampment of soldiers for now. After a day like today... he looked forward to it.

Kelvin put his arm around Chelsea's shoulder to comfort her, "We'll find them," he reassured her, "If I know Kashmir, we'll find them. Well, no use just standing around, let's get looking," he said, taking her hand and leading her in the direction of the tracks. He hoped that he could get to Kashmir before something else did, something feral or vicious.

Chelsea followed Kelvin closely, her hand gripping tightly onto his. She was starting to get really worried. She had no doubt Spirit would be able to take care of herself. She was just afraid that she'd never see her friend again and she didn't know if she'd be able to handle losing another important part of her life. Her grip on Kelvin's hand grew tighter and her step quickened. It seemed Kelvin was becoming the only constant in her life. She wasn't sure if that scared or relaxed her.
