OoC: Seeing how Rob hasn't logged on since March 28, I say you find your horses and get back to the hospital. Whatever he was planning to do can be done at a later date.
IC: It took roughly an hour, but most of the troops had gathered back at the hospital. Only a few faces were missing. Namely, Kelvin and Chelsea.
"I don't think we can wait much longer..." Gabriel said to Harlow and Lucy, who still stood by him. "Hopefully the rest will see us on their way out of the city and join the ranks."
"Golden Lance division of Pherae!" he said, raising his voice as he approached the soldiers. "We will move on as planned. There's little to nothing we can do here in Laus right now, and I don't think the marquess is happy with our presence after yesterday's events. Everyone, march towards the gates of the city."
"Be careful" Gabriel said to Lucy. She nodded, and then left the clinic, much like everyone else had. She was still quite hurt, but she probably knew what she was doing. Gabriel met Starlight outside, and trotted along the ranks towards the city gates. Ostia...was it really destroyed? The closer and closer they got to the strongest city in Lycia, the more and more rumors and claims about it's siege popped up. Gabriel still hoped to find the mighty city towering above him once they got there, though. It never hurt to hope.

Yaen had been sharpening his swords when the call to march had been delivered. Girding his swords to his waist, the Sacaen mercenary fell into line as the division began the trek to Ostia. Just a little longer, and his mission would be complete. He just had to get to Ostia. Then, he and Wyatt could figure out how to send word to Laus. Messenger bird, or maybe Wyatt would go back. He himself, however, wanted out of this as quickly as possible. But where would he go? The entire country was embroiled in war... Sacae, perhaps... At least he would have the peace that home brings.

After finally finding their horses, Chelsea and Kelvin made their way back towards the group. Picking up the pace so they weren't left behind, the archer darted through the crowd. She finally spotted a few of their group heading towards the main gate of the place and headed towards them. "Come on, Kelvin!" Within a few minutes, the two had fallen into line with the group. She gave a stretch. "Nothing like a morning run after horses to get the blood flowing."

Valcrist wore a mixed expression as he trudged on. He had a lot on his mind. Many things happened that day, and most of them unpleasant. Still, there was still some happiness salvageable in the crushed heap that is the day that laid in the wake of their army. A crushed academy, a crushed heart, and more then a few crushed bones. Still... with all of that... there was some new things rising from the rubble. A new desire, and a means to fulfill that.
He looked forward and also feared the prospect of training with Yaen. He was a proper swordsman, with skills in fighting and an incredible blade. To him, Valcrist was nothing more then a kid with skinned knees and a branch from a fallen tree, pretending to be a legendary warrior. An ignorant boy, but... hopefully... he can cure that with training.
He perked his head up, a smile forced on his face. He thought he heard another potential sourspot, and he did. Chelsea was there, smiling and talking to her boyfriend. He put them out of his mind, he was getting pathetic now. As long as he stayed away, maybe he could act like they don't even exist, and that his annoying problems will be more focused on what he can fix, rather then what is impossible.

Kelvin pulled into the line next to Chelsea, "Yeah, it's good to keep the heart pumping. Without your tracking skills, we not have found them in time." Kelvin turned to look back at the city as they headed toward the gate. "Too bad we have to leave so soon. I really wish I could have had a chance to talk to some other cavaliers. Oh well."

Chelsea gave Kelvin a smile at his compliment and let him finish speaking. "I'd rather have you here where I know you're safe." She reached her hand out so he could grab it. "And I like knowing that you're safe." She gave another little smile at that, but this time one mixed with concern. After the battle at the school, everything seemed so much more real, like they'd be fighting all the time now. And... that scared her.
