Chelsea leaned softly against Kelvin as her eyes started to get heavy. It had been a long day, but she was feeling better at least. She slowly looked around the cave at all the new people and wondered how long they'd be staying. If they all stayed, they were gonna need a bigger cave. She noticed quite a few of the group had already fallen asleep. She knew she'd be joining them soon. Then she noticed Val was working on someone. He drew good, so she got a little excited and made a mental note to ask him about it tomorrow. She then looked up at Kelvin and smiled softly. She opened her mouth to talk, but closed it and just snuggled into him. Her eyes finally closed and she was sleep before he even had time to wrap his arm around her.

Morgoth had been deciding what to do next when the pirate at his feet asked his a question. "I'm new to the group, but I can tell you a few names. The man with the two swords is Yaen. The young boy is Valcrist. The red haired man is Gabriel." He looked back down at the man.
"As for what we're doing, haven't the foggiest. I'm looking for strong warriors to join a sort of mercenary group. Lots of battles and fighting, we'll probably be famous." Morgoth took out his vulnerary. I can't believe I'm doing this. "Need some?"
Morgoth took a strip of the ointment slathered cloth and handed it to the man. "You fought pretty good out there. If you weren't so out numbered I bet you could have taken them. Very brave."
OoC: Please excuse me if I mentioned any names he didn't know, I'm in a hurry and forgot who's names he knew.

As the darkly clothed man pointed out a few people saying their names, Joseph looked at them. He was pretty good at knowing faces and names. The people that were pointed out seemed to be resting. He could blame them, being that it was late and that skirmish seemed to be a rough one.
As the man continued to speak, Joseph was observing his friend. Fargo looked tired, and so did the cleric beside him. The pirate could remember when he first found the boy, sitting by a tree. He was almost dead, and there were bandits on his trail. The scallop looked absolutely miserable, and practically dead. A soft look spread over the sea rover's face. He knew Fargo deserved better company than him, a mangy pirate looking for vengeance.
He sudden looked up, seeing the strip of bark the man was holding out to him. The softness in the pirate's face left, and was replaced with stone hard features. He muttered thanks to the man, and retrieved the bark. Joseph then began to rub the liquid over his wounds, closing them from the outside. Granted, this would not fully heal the buccaneer, but it would do for now.
Joseph then looked up at the man. He had been the only one who took notice to him, and the pirate was grateful. In a sincere tone, crossed with a pirate accent, Joseph began speaking to this darkly clothed person. "Thanks mate. Mean's a lot to me, and now I guess oi'll owe ya something, eh? Well, either way, oi still 'ave no idea who yew are. Can oi get meself a name from ya?"

Arturia nodded to the myrmidon who answered her question. "Thank you," she said. Maybe she could go with him until Sacae, after that she would go to Bern alone. She had to go to Bern, her last family lived here, if they was still alive. Yeah, she was the last bloodline of Garland family after her family was killed. She didn't have any siblings and her family in Bern was just a distant relative.
The cleric looked to the other, few had fallen asleep. Then she saw the wounded man, he looked better than she thought, someone with black clothing gave him a vulnerary. She felt relieved somehow after saw he got better.
She leaned her back against the wall, she wanted to sleep. Her eyes was heavy, her body was hot and tired. She closed her eyes slowly, it didn't take too long until she fell asleep. Sleep was the only thing she need after this hard day. Tomorrow, she would wake up and decided whether she would go with him or not.

Yaen slept tonight, and as promised, he was gone at the crack of dawn, along with those who had agreed to go with him.

Just as he told Yaen, he went as well. At the crack of dawn he got up with the rest of the group, before anyone else was even awake. It was a long, long day, even Val felt like he wanted to go right back to bed. The fact he was up half the night drawing didn't help. He couldn't tell the exact moment the rhythm of the rain ceased, but by the morning there was barely a cloud in the sky. The earth still was covered in mud and puddles, but atleast he would be dry and that was a reason for relief itself.
He packed up his things and stepped lightly over the mass of sleeping bodies. As he reached Chelsea, he left a something near her sleeping form. All snuggled up to Kelvin, just as he figured she would be. Just as he was almost out of the cave with the other people in this small group, he stopped. Standing for a moment in silence he looked back. He quickly turned his head back to Yaen with a wide smile. "I can't wait to see Sacae."
It was a sketchy drawing, but one made with great care. Chelsea, Kelvin, Gabriel, they were all in it. There was even a little bit of Mikar there in the corner, and underneath it all it simply said "Thank You"

Arturia got up early, she felt better. She stood up and saw a group of three people prepared to go. One of them had invited her to go with them to Sacae. Sacae, she never went here before but she knew about it from her parents. Arturia decided to go with them because Sacae wasn't far from Bern and it was safer to go with them .
She just carried few things so it was easy to pack up. When she stood up, the blonde cleric saw that the other was still sleeping. She felt bad to not say good bye or thank you to them, she hadn't know their names either. "Thank you very much." She said to them although they didn't hear her.
After looked to them for the last time, she ran outside the cave where Yaen, Valcrist, and Wein had been waiting for her. She smiled to them and then followed them to a place she had never seen.

Meanwhile, the night before....
“My name’s Morgoth Animus,” Morgoth replied as he held out a hand to help the pirate up. “As for owing me something, I don’t really have anything I want. But it would be real nice to have somebody like you on the team. You’d be a great help in tight situation.”
That’s it Morgoth, let him think it was his idea, he thought as he helped the pirate up. That way later you have them in a bind. Besides, if you get him people will more likely join. “What was your name?”
OoC: Sorry for the short post, didn't know what else to say.

That night...
The pirate listened to the man, who he now learned to be Morgoth. He seemed like a nice kind of person, even if he did not look it. The pirate knew better than to simply judge a man by his looks, but it was hard in this situation. He really did look creepy.
Joseph thought for a moment before responding to Morgoth. He needed help to go back home, and find this 'Prophet.' He was the one responsible for the deaths of his shipmates. This man would find that the sea-wolf had no problem with tearing him apart. Still, he was on individual who probably could not make a difference on his own. But if he could get help from this man...
With a sigh, the sea rover looked up at Morgoth. He began to speak to him. "The name's Joseph. And as for yer offerin', well, that's a tough question. I find it to be an interestin' one at that, mate. Still, Oi've gotta sleep on it. So, let me get some rest, and we'll talk in the morn'." At that, the pirate relaxed his muscles, laying back down on the hard board, and closed his eyes. The exhaustion suddenly overtook the man, and he was in a deep sleep within seconds.

The next morning, Aaron woke up, sat up from where he'd crumpled against the wall of the cave, and stretched out the soreness in, well just about everywhere in him. It wasn't particularly early, some of the troop appeared to have already gotten up, moving out and about. Yaen, for one, and a few others he really hadn't gotten to know yet.
The Green-haired mage combed his hand through his long, loose hair before fastening it in it's customary tie. He shook out his dark blue cloak, trying to break it free of the shape it had dried in. before slinging that on. It was a relief to actually have some solid energy again. Oh, he was far from fully recovered, but after the stress he'd been through on the last few days, well, even this cave had seemed like a luxury suite.
He looked around. Who did he know? He knew the names of Morgoth, Gabriel, and Marcus... wait- Marcus? Who's that? I must've meant Kelvin. Yeah... That left a few the archer girl, and the gray haired axe-man. Aaron didn't know who was actually awake and who was still asleep, so he figured he'd wait until someone else started stirring before he made too much noise.

Kelvin awoke slowly the next morning, cuddled close to Chelsea. He raised his head slowly, blinking and looking around. Everybody was asleep, except it seemed for the green-haired mage. "What was his name again," Kelvin thought to himself, "Garnet was it? No that wasn't it. Aaron! That's what it was." Kelvin quietly slipped out of Chelsea's arms and stood up, stretching. He planted a kiss on her forehead and strode towards the mouth of the cave. Leaning against the wall of the cave, he reflected on what had happened in the past couple of weeks. The dragons, Rayl and his army, the Mage school, the demon wolves, Chelsea... it was somewhat overbearing. Plus he still didn't know where Merio was. He shook his head and turned back into the cave. He motives something pinned to the wall. It was a picture that Valcrist had drawn if everyone in their ragtag group. At the bottom was simply written, "thank you." The cavalier's eyes darted around the cave looking for the boy, but he had apparently left, along with Yaen and two of the strangers. He wondered where Val was off to, and silently wished him good luck.

Chelsea felt herself starting to get a little colder. Her eyes cracked slightly and she knew why. Kelvin had already gotten up. She sleepily looked around the cave. Almost everyone else was still asleep. She noticed the green-haired mage guy was awake, but quiet. Then she noticed Kelvin standing nearby. He looked around the cave then grabbed some sort of paper thing. What was going on? Did she miss something? "Kelvin...?" She said in a soft, tired voice. "Why are you up so early...? What's wrong...?"

After Morgoth's chat with Joseph, he had gone and laid down in a alone. He was exhausted, exhausted from all the running and magic he had been doing the past few days with so little sleep. And yet for so reason, he was awake this early.
Why? he questioned, his eyes still closed. Why does my body wake me so early when I'm tired, and then not allow me to sleep? After trying to go back to sleep for ten minutes, he opened his eyes.
The guy and green armor was up, along with Aaron. Why are they up so early? he mused. Why are you up so early? Morgoth quickly stretched, his back and shoulders popping. I don't think there's anyone else here that would join. Well, if Joseph comes I'll at least have one person. That'll make it look like we're serious and then perhaps I can...persuade others to join.
OoC: Incase anyone asks, yes this happens to me. I could go to bed at midnight and then without an alrm wake up at six. It's real strange.

Kelvin looked towards Chelsea as she approached him. "See for yourself," he said handing her the picture, "Val drew it. He left it behind as a sort of thanks. I don't know where he, Yaen and the others are going, but I hope theyre alright," Kelvin said, a little worried.

Chelsea quickly took the picture from Kelvin. There they all were. Her, Kelvin... everyone. And "Thank you" written on the bottom. But why? He could just- And that when Kelvin informed her he had left. She looked around and saw he was serious. Val was... gone. "He just... left? Without saying goodbye? But..." she shook her head. "I just talked to him. Why would he just leave? Why..." She looked around again. This was a joke right? But no Val. She felt her eyes starting to water as she hugged herself to Kelvin. How could he just leave? It was the first time she'd ever had a friend who left and she wasn't taking it well. "Don't you ever leave me, Kelvin... Never..."
