SOME of you are unaware of the awesomeness that is the Turbolks. What started as a joke in F3 quickly became important to absolutely nobody.
Of note is that all of the members of this family had bright red hair and wore monocles.
Jones Turbolk, founder of the Turbolk Clan, was a commander in the army, and he had two sons.
Johnathan Jones Turbolk, was a famous pirate who traveled all the way to Derekland, but was never seen again. Reports from the Dereklanders had him going even further West, but he was never seen in Zenath.
Joe Turbolk was an aristocrat who collected money from his father's will, and Johnathan's life insurance, his son was named after his brother.
John Turbolk was a private eye, reporter, and explorer. He was able to fund expeditions across the sea using his father's money. He also 'helped' in the War against the demons. His life's work was to chronicle the War in a weekly newspaper by bugging absolutely everyone related to it in order to get information. When he crossed the sea, he brought stories of the War with him.
Jacoby Turbolk was the son of John and a random barmaid from Falns. He never believed a word his father said and lived in Falns all of his life.
James K. Turbolk was the son of Jacoby, who believed his grandfathers words. He went to see this Yericrom for himself. He took up his Grandfather's job and dedicated his life to recording the happenings during his time. He writes the Books known as The Cursed War under the pseudonym "The Historian".
In F3, John and James were used in their respective time periods. John's entire use in it was to bug the players at the most inappropriate times, such as a romantic kiss between two of them. After the first round of F3 died, it was implied that he brought both sides of the war together to fight the demons somehow. Or at least, he thought he was the one who did it.
James had the notes of his grandfather, the only historical records of the past left. He was able to slowly piece everything about the last war together and stop a second War against Demons.
James was a lot less annoying, and a lot more helpful as a person.
