Isabel shrugged at Jya's comment. If the girl didn't want to take the bed, and, instead, give it to Isabel... She must have already caught on to the chain of command! Impressive, honestly. Sure, Isabel had figured that the assassin was intelligent, but... Yeah. Isabel rushed back over to the table, grabbing her stuff. She grabbed a simple key that Andersmith had given to her on her plate (she had almost eaten it and IT WAS MENTIONED BEFORE NOW OKAY), and then handed it to Calvin. "All right, Calvin; you've got a room to yourself, okay? Have a good night's rest; see you in the morning!"
Isabel then practically ran up the stairs to follow Jya. She quickly found the room (she had intruded on plenty of other sleeping people, but... Oh well, they'd get over it eventually), and set her stuff down on the floor near the bed. She took off her outer cloak, but decided against the rest of her travel-wear; Jya appeared to have left most of her clothing on. Isabel laid her head on the pillow and fell into a dreamless sleep...

Calvin was childishly twiddling his thumbs while swinging his legs underneath his chair. He was completely oblivious to the conversation between Jya and Isabel and wasn’t even sure where his room was. The last thing he noticed was Jya head off down the hall and into one of the rooms, Isabel following. He blinked with a blank expression plastered across his face, curious as to what just happened…. And to where he was going to sleep. Just then Andersmith approached and Calvin opened his mouth, but before words could come out Andersmith let out a deep chuckle and pointed him towards his room. He smiled politely and thanked Andersmith before heading off for the night.

Jya simply stared out of the window, barely noticing Isabel's entrance. It was a nice view and she preferred sleeping out in the wilderness. Perhaps she should have been a hunter or farmer instead of just killing other people. The other jobs seemed more practical and guaranteed a worry free life. The only problem is there is no real excitement, actually...perhaps it was her sickness that was the real reason. She simply laid herself against the windowsill's side and slept.

((All right, so timeskip to the next morning, yada-yada... Anyone else wanting to join the party should... Umm... I dunno. Come in sometime during this in-RP day, before they set out? Meh. Why am I still writing this...))
It was now morning, and the sun's rays pierced through the clouds, in through the window, around Jya's body, and hit Isabel's face. This woke the pupil up, and set her in a rather foul mood. God she wasn't a morning person... The blue-haired girl sat up, running her hands through her hair as she yawned. She then swung her legs over to the side facing away from the window, and stepped into her shoes. She looked back at Jya, and then back to the wall. It was still early and already the sun was burning her eyes. That bodedwell for the coming journey... Not. Isabel yawned quietly again, pondering whether or not to wake up the assassin. In a rare fit of thoughtfulness, she managed to not walk over and wake her up, and instead, leaving her cloak on the bed behind her, set off down the steps to the main area.
It was early in the morning, but even now she could hear and smell the sound of food cooking in it's own hot grease and the giant Andersmith milling around the kitchen in the back. There were only a few people eating at the bar; each kept their faces forward, focusing entirely on their meal. Isabel caught herself from yawning yet again and then set off for a seat at the bar towards the end, where nobody else was sitting. She then saw Andersmith's face from a slit in the wall above a keg of ale, and heard the creaks signaling his approach. His belly was the first thing to come around the door, and then his grease-stained apron, and then the rest of him. He smiled at the young girl. "Will ya be eatin' breakfas', lass?" he asked, to which Isabel nodded. Andersmith nodded and then disappeared back into the kitchen, leaving Isabel to just wait for her food and friends.

The rays of the sun beamed through the glass of Calvin’s small room. It wasn’t exactly large or luxurious but it was certainly cozy. It had a single bed near the western wall where the window was positioned. There was a bedside dresser, with one drawer and a lamp. The bathroom was located through a door on the back wall, and consisted of a simple toilet and sink. The walls of the room were not painted but were somehow appealing just as a wooden wall, although the floor was complimented by a nice beige rug in the center of the room.
Calvin effortlessly got out of bed, his hair in a mess scruffled out in every direction. He quickly made his bed and crouched down to his bag which he placed beside his drawer last night. He reached in and after what seemed as almost a minute of shuffling, pulled out a hair brush and a toothbrush (his bag has a lot of random junk…). Then he disappeared into the bathroom and after only about a minute opened the door revealing a nice shiny clean Calvin... (or something like that.) After packing away his supplies and tossing his bag over his shoulder Calvin head out of the room as excited as ever. He made his way towards the tavern area, with a light pitter patter of footsteps, where he saw the familiar blue haired lass sitting at the bar talking to Andersmith. Delighted to see Isabel was already awake, he merrily skipped towards her and sat down next to her.
“Good morning Isabel! Is Jya still asleep?”

Tara hid behind a barrel, hoping her pursuers had lost sight of her. She gripped her sword and mumbled a prayer to Elimine, not that it had ever helped her before. Here she was, a twenty-six year old housewife, tron into an unfamiliar world of blood and loss, and all she could do was mutter up words to someone she wasn't eve sure was there? How her brother would laugh, had he known what was happening.
The clink of chain-mail told her that e to men chasing her were still on to her trail. She had run into this village in hoped of blending in to a group of people, but it was early, and no one seemed to be out yet.Her last hope was for her hunters to not search a pile of unsuspecting barrels beside the inn. The footsteps grew louder, and Tara knew that he had been found. She unsheathed her sword and lumped to the side, kicking a barrel at nearest enemy.
"Why so jumpy, milady," one of the guards, a very sleazy-looking man, said, "we're just here o collect ya and bring ya back to your dear ol' husband!"
Tara wordlessly swung her sword, only for it to be met with he man's blade. "Come now, I know yer little lover taught ya a thing or two, but you know yer arms can hardly cut through a thick sandwich, woman!" the man nagged her.
"Stop playing these games. Your master has taken everything from my, he can have the d*mn castle without needing my head on a platter!" Tara swung again, and the man parried her blow, throwing her to the ground.
"But girlie, wouldn' ya want to see who you'll be spendin eternity with? yer husband in the clouds,or your stepson in hell!?" the hunter laughed again, too busy loving his own jokes to notice Tara' sword. She swung upwards, is time meeting flesh. The man fell over, his head attached to his body with half a neck.
Tara looked to the other was getting up from the ground. "Come on then, let us finish this!"

The sound of metal on metal could be heard fromninside the inn, as well as two voices, though the words were lost to those inside. Andersmith popped out of the kitchen again, looking for the source of the noise, before realizing it had come from outside. Isabel had just started to respond to Calvin's question when she heard the sound of one of those massive kegs being moved aside; her attention drawn to the movement and away from Calvin. She saw Andersmith hoisting a huge axe onto his shoulder, and he turned back to the kitchen where a door led to the outside. Isabel raised an eyebrow, grabbed her tome (how could she even think of leaving it in the room; her talents might be needed at any time!), and followed behind the huge man. What she saw when he opened the door was... Nothing. At least not at first. And then she saw, a little ways to the right, the pool of blood and the woman and man fighting. She gritted her teeth, and then, in an almost instinctual motion, flipped open her tome, laid her left hand on the page, and muttered a word. A ball of dark energy began to form, and, even though she had put her all into forming it, it stopped growing after reaching the size of an egg. The egg-sized ball sunk into the ground, and re-emerged a little ways away, only to bounce off a nearby, small building and up into one of the windows of the inn. Isabel swore, and then hastily sent another spell off.
This one met it's mark. However, instead of sending the man sprawling, it only stunned him for a moment. He turned, only to see the business end of Andersmith's axe go through his right arm, causing him to drop his sword... Not that he could have held onto it as the huge axe and it's wielder's strength sent the limb falling to the ground. The man went to clench his stump, but found a new worry as this giant's hand went towards his stomach. Isabel watched in more than mild horror; she could feel herself vomit a little in the inside of her mouth.

Jya was having quite a nightmare. If someone can see her, she would look slightly paler then usual. Then again she was already sick enough that it won't affect too much at all. Then a sudden blast from the window caused her to wake up. Seconds later, she couldn't recall anything about the dream, even if it felt somewhat important.
The noise caused her to topple over onto the ground. Window shards shattered on the ground and thank goodness she wore her clothes like usual. While she fell, she managed to land on the ground enough that the glass did nothing more then poke at her. The ground still hurt as the shock settled in.
Her mind was racing far too quickly than it should. In the span of a a minute or two, she had scuttled below the window grabbing at her armor. While still strapping the leather belts and the live, she jumped through the hole in the window, careful to land softly, to figure out who was out for her. She doesn't understand why anyone would be out for her head! Her eyes drifted to the closest weapon and she found that the bartender had an axe on hand. She silently trudged over to examine what had just happened.

Tara had taken a defensive stance when she heard noises coming from the inn. She watched as a young girl and a large man emerged. The girl sent out t blasts of energy, one missing, the other hitting Tara's opponent. Tara stepped back, expecting the man to attack her once more, but the large man had jumped out front with surprising speed, cutting off her pursuer's arm, then going in for the kill.
Tara's mind raced, each thought more paranoid than the last. Then she saw the body of the man she had killed. She had been chased for a while now, but she had never been driven to killing her hunters. She had always escaped without harming anyone grievously. She looked at her rescuers, than back to her victim, then the ground. She fell to her knees an wretched, the though of stealing another's life too much for her. She never asked for this. Yes, she may not have acted wisely in the past, but she had done so out of love... She could not grasp how her life had changed to drastically.
Tara got up and regained her composure, then turned to the pair who had helped her. With a curtsy, she said, "thank you, kind sir and miss. If not for your help, I do think I would have been killed. I am new at fighting, you see, and I already ache from just one battle. You have my sincerest thanks.. I am Tara Kefler, if names are important to you."

Jya examined the messy little battle. It seemed one sided to her as Andersmith was hardly as thin and weak in appearance like her. She sat with one leg raised close to her chin, contemplating on the much deeper issue that crawled to her mind. Who was this woman!?! She felt oh so familiar even her name seemed to ring a bell. Has she met her before? With that thought, she jumped down from the roof, rather quickly climbed down, grabbing at ledges and anything on her quick journey from the second floor.
When she landed on the ground, kicking up dust here and there, she strode over and gently brushed past Isabel nonchalantly. She kept going until she was in front of the woman, staring at her appearance. After absorbing the basic features, she got awfully close to perhaps an inch or less from her face. Looking at her intently with her sharp assassinly eyes.
"Tara Kefler?" she said, softly...
"Where...."

Tara's eyes widened as another young looking girl appeared, most wraith-like. She did not back away from the girl, but rather, put her hand closer to her sword. "Y-yes, I am she. I do not believe we have met before, but..." she stopped and glanced down at the girl's clothes. She wore light leather armor and a cloak wrapping around most of her body, including her face. It then struck her that this sick-looking girl could be another assassin.
Tara knew that she should draw her sword, or at least try and run, but something about this girl told her that she was not exactly hunting her. I must have been the way she was examining her, like some kind of curiosity, rather than a mark. Had she been on the girl's list, Tara knew that one who looked so experienced, with twin swords at her sides and everything, would not hesitate to go in for the kill.
The girl still inches from her face, Tara said, "are you with this pair? If so, I suppose that I should thank you too, for your comrades just saved me. If I may, could I ask that we continue that at a more... comfortable position? I do like my persona space, and it seems that you must stand on the tips of your toes to see eye-to-eye with me, as you are now..." Still keeping her cool, Tara knew that years of small-talk with nobles had gifted her with a way to mask her true worries.

Before Isabel could bring herself to answer Calvin’s question the unfamiliar sound of colliding metal rang through Calvin’s ear, aswell as some audible, muffled mutters from outside the inn. Andersmith emerged from the kitchen searching for the source before quickly realizing it from outside. The scraping sound of wood against dirt could be heard as the large kegs from outside were moved. As Isabel’s attention shifted to the outside, Calvin’s followed. He was less curious about the noise but more so to what Isabel was doing. Although, Calvin’s attention was instantly stolen by the huge axe hoisted upon Andersmith’s shoulder. The intimidating man turned ‘round to the kitchen in which a simple door led to the outside. Calvin watched as Isabel grabbed her tome and chased after him. Confused for a second, Calvin chucked his carrier bag over his left shoulder, leaving the bag itself to rest against his right hip. He stumbled after Isabel and Andersmith.
Andersmith chucked open the door and Isabel followed, at first all seemed normal, but a just a little way to the right there laid a pool of blood, slowly drying into the dry earth. A man and woman were deep in combat, and Isabel and Andersmith quickly jumped into action. Calvin finally caught up and pushed his way through the door, Calvin unexpected how easily the door would swing open and flew to the outside almost completely falling over, but after catching himself before it was too late and sighing in relief, he turned his head only to see Andersmith pulsed his hand towards a de-limbed man. Calvin’s face turned a little pale, for once he knew what was happening, but as usual he failed to comprehend it. The defeated soldier fell to the floor in defeat, a small cloud of dust pushing out from underneath his corpse from the impact of his fall.
Just then Jya flew to the floor and sunk a perfect landing and Calvin jumped a little with surprise of her sudden appearance and loud thumping sound. Calvin didn’t understand, he had never seen anyone bleed before. He stared at Andersmith’s axe as the thick blood slowly dripped off the huge, intimidating axe. Calvin gulped and completely lost his trail of thoughts as he stared at the pale, lifeless body. However Calvin snapped back to reality after a thumping sound caused him to, yet again, jump and his natural instincts, few though they may be, told him to protect his organs and he half crouched in protection. He peered through his hands to see what was happening, only to find the woman, who in all this confusion he had totally forgotten about, getting herself up from the floor.
Everyone was communicating with each other but it all seemed a little quiet. Calvin’s attention was still focused on the dead soldier. His eyes were a little moist so he wiped then with his sleeve and inhaled in a sniff before making his way over to the body and crouching down. He put his hand out and pushed the body, causing some of the blood to sink onto his fingers and down along his palm.
“….Are you…. Ok?”

Jya continued to look at the woman's eyes for a little longer before disengaging. She didn't want to make it seem awkward for the woman. Hopefully she'll figure it out sometime soon.
"Maybe at the baker store...no that was a guy," she remarked, putting up a detective pose with the hand against the mouth. She shrugged over it, perhaps after breakfast. With that thought, it seemed that her stomach can handle solid food for the day.
"I wonder whats for breakfast?" she asked, barely audible. Dead bodies were highly her worries. She didn't kill them nor did she care, seeing as the whole situation was in some form or another, a case of self-defense. Some might find it difficult to stomach or horrible but she was used to it.
"I might figure it out after a good meal!" she exclaimed making her way back to the entrance. While making the way there, she had her hand behind her back, relaxed and feeling peppy.

Isabel steadied herself against the nearby wall. The two uses of Flux and the sight of the two limp bodies (although, if anyone cared to look, the one Andersmith had taken care of was still alive but unconscious) had been a little much on the girl, and she found herself barely able to stand. She managed to avoid vomiting again, and then turned to this Tara girl. She managed a small smile, and then, seemingly regaining her composure quickly, walked over to the girl. She was a little surprised by Jya as the assassin seemed to fall from the sky and then approach this lady, leaving to the door almost as quickly as she arrived. Isabel raised an eyebrow at that, and then turned to Tara.
"My name is Isabel LeFury, behind me is Calvin, and the green lady was Jya. I hope she didn't scare you too badly; she... Umm... I don't know, honestly. We just met her." Isabel said, and then showed Tara her tome. "I'm a magic-user, in case you wanted to know."
Just then, Andersmith stood up from his work, the hunter sling over his shoulder. The hunter's arm was crudely bandaged, but enough to keep him from loosing anymore blood. "I'll jus' let ya deal with this one later, lass. Me name's Andersmith, and I'm de owner of this here establishment, the Blue Heron. I, err... Hope we were of help ta ya. And come on in! We can't have ya just go on your way without a bite to eat, lassy!" Andersmith boomed, and then offered a (thankfully clean) huge hand to Tara.
Isabel turned to Calvin. "When did you get here?"

Tara stood still, a bit confused over what had just happened. She was approached by a blue-haired girl, the one who had cast the spells from before. After listening to Isabel's introduction, Tara responded, "well, it is good to see that someone here has manners!" she stopped and took a deep breath, She was being too curt with them; they weren't nobles, and most likely grew up in the streets or something. That's why they didn't have manners, and Tara knew she should not call them out on it.
"Forgive me, miss, I forgot myself. Thank you for coming to my aid. I did happen to notice your spellwork. I have only seem magic once, i a travelling circus. A magician did a few tricks, summoning some lights and the like. I have never seem battle-magic... It does look frightening. But never mind me," she saw what Calvin was doing and stopped talking. Why would he lean next to a dead body like that?! She ran over to him, her arms waving about.
"Child! You shouldn't do that! That man is an assassin, and if he is still alive, he could very well jump up at any second and kill you without a second thought!" She pulled out her sword and drove it through the body's chest, just to make sure he was dead. "Plus, it's covered with disease now. Dead things usually are."
