...So...Allow me to get this straight. A brigand...I repeat...A BRIGAND, wants help....to go into this Bern city. Of for the love of Bramimond, he must take me for a fool. Unlucky, bloody bastard...
These were Yunneth's thoughts on the request. A minute after he asked her and after she thought all this to herself, she gave a the stupid fool another look. This time it was a death glare. It was obvious Yunneth wanted him dead already. Even though he told Yunneth he meant no harm, Yunneth didn't believe him. Especially with that wolfish grin. Was he trying to make her go "Ah what a handsome smile! Perhaps he isn't all that bad!" If that was the point then he has no luck with Yunneth since she wasn't one of those types of women. But...if it was a grin that showed he was up to something then Yunneth will be using his corpse for her experiments. She wasn't letting her guard down. Yunneth gave a sweet smile at first but her next words were unfitting for such a sweet smile. Bone chilling to the point it chills marrow even.
"...If you don't wipe that..."cute" little grin off your face, I shall kill you. I will use your flesh in a few experiments I have been wanting to try out. Your bones will be a nice touch in some jewelry I have been hoping to craft. And maybe I can literally pick your brain. I wish to know how the actual human mind works. Mind volunteering?"
Yunneth giggles madly as she gave that sickening smile. Though it is unknown if this young bandit has met a shaman like Yunneth. Yunneth was certainly quite morbid. Especially towards those she didn't trust or particularly liked. Yunneth giggles then a look of emotionlessness appeared on her face. It was hard to tell if Yunneth was simply dark and morbid or insane. When she soon heard someone yelling profanity. Yunneth glares and takes the bandit by his arm.
"You...you are coming with me. I don't trust you near the cart. Now move it!"
She yanked him and looked to see a old man. She looked down at him with her red eyes and sighs
...Why are there so many annoyances tonight...?
She looked at the old man and looks at him. She could look into his eyes and could tell he was blind. Yunneth let go of the bandit with her and glared at him.
"...Stay there."
She walks up to the old man and crossed her arms. She really didn't like to see old people suffer. It was...pathetic to watch. She takes the old man by the arm and tries to get him up.

In truth Butorega did not know what the problem was. His wolfish grin was his normal exspression. His sister Yashi had always told him he looks a bit sinister, but it never came up amongst his brotheren in the camp. For a while he assumed it was an opinion linked only to his sister, but now it had been brought up again and by a person he had barely met.
During his time with the Black Leather Bandits he had seen plenty of necromancers as they usually held the most valuable of trinkets. On one occasion he was even captured by one and nearly had his bones animated inside his own body, but his brothers had rescued him before the shaman had finished his ritual. Butorega knew the dark arts well and he knew everything she spoke of was possible. The only thing that puzzled him was weather or not she was sincere to her threats or was she trying to simply scare him off. Either way Butorega had to defuse this situation before he got himself in a situation he could not get out of.
Butorega opened his mouth to speak in his defense, but the sound of profanity soon shot him down. The young brigand turned to see an old man rolling down the mountain cursing along the way. In truth the young brigand thought the sight was hilarious, but his respect for the elderly and the tense situation made him reframe from chuckling.
Without any warring the young brigands arm was yanked. "You...you are coming with me. I don't trust you near the cart." she yelled. Butorega's assessment of her was now complete. As threatening as she was before her moral decision to help the old man told him enough about her. She was no longer a possible insane shaman, but now a young and foolish woman. She dared to show here back to someone she did not trust. None the less Butorega intentions were not clear. They were not targets and thus their was no reason to do harm.
"Now move it!, she shouted as even sinister grin cross his face. He allowed the young shaman to drag him along. He did not resist. In fact he made it easier by matching his foot steeps to her’s making her task as smooth as silk.
"...Stay there.” she shouted, but the young brigand did not listen. If he allowed her to punk him out now it would become a trend if he stared to travel with them, besides this was a perfect opportunity to earns some trust points, plus his honor as a man of Bern would not allow him to watch an old man lie on the ground. Without a single word to the shaman he walked past her and made his way to the old man in the dirt. The same wolfish grin that marked his face at their introduction still persisted as he squatted down and spoke to the old man. "Hay are you alright" he asked?

Pity and a stupid question. These are what Aurek's misfortunes had given him. Neither of which he wanted, needed, or otherwise cared to even give the time of day to. He tried to take a swipe at the stupid question person, he was the closest. That failed. He was hoping to bash the shield into the rapscallion's face, but found nothing but air. Then he tried to shake off the pity party person helping him up. That failed too. More cursing. Failures followed by cursing. That seemed to be the way things had gone ever since that fight in the arena. When he was finally up, he had no idea who, or what, he was facing. He did know a few things though. There was a male and a female here. Maybe more, but these were all Aurek had met. The idiot who spoke was definitely a male. The voice gave it away. The person who helped him up was a female. The hands were what told him. She had a strong grip but a gentle touch. Weird how one notices these things when there is nothing to see.
Since he had never deviated from telling his mind at a given moment, he saw no reason to do so now. "What moron asks if a person who fell is alright? Of course, I'm not alright." He had no idea where the person was so he was speaking in the direction he was facing. "I tripped. I hit the ground. I'm in pain. I'm blind for crying out loud! What part of this picture makes you think I might be fine?!" He was sorely tempted to stab the idiot. If only he could see! Shaking himself off, he straightened up just a little and addressed what he hoped was the direction of the pitying person. "Now, what do you want from me? You don't help people unless you want something," he said rather cynically. Dithering fools... Aurek wanted nothing more than to be left alone. And to get into a nearby city. Either was good at the moment.

Yunneth watched as the Brigand didn't listen to her. Her eyes glare at him with much spite. This guy must really want to die. Perhaps she could make a nice little experiment/decoration out of him. It was apparent he wouldn't listen so at some pint she will make a example out of him. This Brigand may this the young shaman foolish...ah but that is a mistake. Yunneth was no fool. Those who thought she was were soon a memory falling in the dark. When the Brigand asked if the old man was alright, Yunneth could already tell how this man would react. When the old man started to yell at the Brigand, Yunneth couldn't help but chuckle. Oh, what a gutsy little old man. He was even trying to stab the brigand. Once he was up, Yunneth crossed her arms and sighed.
"...You are welcome sir. As for something, I know it is something you wouldn't agree too. Plus im not in the mood to hear you cry out curse words all night when I practice a few...experiments. Unless you are willing to do that, I want nothing from you old man. I found it too pathetic to just leave you there. No need to yell like a blithering child..."
Yunneth sighs and plays with her long, dark hair a little. She turns around and looks at him one more time.
"By the way...if you are blind...you should go home. I respect what you are doing. You still show valor thought you lost your eyes. I respect something like that...more than anything. That is why I suggest you return home if you haven't learned to hone your other senses. It would be a shame if Elibe lost someone with such will. Others are simply pig headed and pathetic with no will. You show promise. Now...I will be taking my leave for the city."
Yunneth looks at the two and walks away.

As the old man struck out at the young brigand images of his past began to flash into his mind. His grandfather, Alexander, came to the forefront of his mind. He was a tough man who trained him and his sister hard. He never accepted their help, nor did he ever ask for it. He trained them to be soldiers and was the second most important person in his life.
The young brigand chuckled loudly as he slammed his palm on his shoulder. "You remind me of my grandfather," spoke Butorega. "He is a tough old man like you. You may have served with him in the army. He was a soldier about two generations ago."
As the young bandit reached the height of his excitement the young maiden shot him down. She spoke her piece with the old man and began to walk away. Her actions forced Butorega to abandon his conversation and chase after the maiden.
"Wait" he shouted as he came up from behind. He rushed in front of the mage and cut off her path. "Hay listen. I need your help to get back into Bern, and you all could use someone who actually knows where they’re going. I suggest we partner up for a while. I understand you don't trust me so", spoke Butorega as he took out his axe and flipped it around. He placed the axe handle toward the mage as he held onto the blade.
"You can take my axe", spoke Butorega as he extended it toward the mage. Sincerity could be seen in his eyes despite his sinister facial expression.

Butorega had not noticed the young man comeing up to the Shamen. At the time he did not know if it was magic or his own destraction. The young man asked about his ability fight and to lead them into Bern. For four years Butorega has been traveing around Bern. Fighting and hidding with the Black Leather Bandits. If there was one thing to be sure Butorega knew Bern and he also could battle with the best of them.
"Yes", spoke Butorega as he pulled his axe back. He no longer saw a reason for holding it out. "I know my way around Bern. I have been traveing around Bern for four years and have fought in more battles than I can count. If you need a guide into Bern than I am your man. All I ask is that you allow me to traverl with you. Alone I stand out far to much, but with a group I blend in like air.

"Agreed," spoke Butorega as he shook Helios hand. His grip was firm and his eyes focused. "Ok", spoke Butorega "who is the first to be crushed?"

"Butorega grandson of Alexander the hammer", spoke the Brigand. His wolfish grin once again returned to his face. Underneath his sly exterior Butorega was happy. Happy to be out of his previous situation, and to be moving back into Bern.

"Nice to meet you," spoke Butorega as he extended his hand toward Lloyd. The young mage's position was already revealed to him. The shaman Yunneth had done a better job at hiding as she blended into the shadows. I wonder how storng he is thought the young bandit as he began to size up the mage.
"How fare you in battle" spoke Butorega. "You don't seem to have the eyes of a warrior. It may be your profession that confuses me , but I would like to know how well you can fight for future refrence.

Lloyd got a bit mad"just because im short doesn't mean im weak and i fought some bandits and mages before we got here" Lloyd didnt like when people judged him by size but he was young so he had to get use to it. Helios pulled out his sword" i have been trying with this blade all my life you count on me"
